Abstract
Patente de Invenção para: <B>"MéTODO DE IODAçãO DE áGUA E BEBIDAS"<D> A presente invenção é relativa ao tratamento de água e bebidas utilizando iodo e pode ser usada na iodação de bebidas contendo água potável, assim como na produção de água mineral contendo iodo. Para este fim, o método envolve o processamento inicial da água potável (retirada de impurezas mecânicas), mistura da dita água com um ou mais concentrados iodados e finalmente a filtração da solução antes do engarrafamento para venda. O método para a iodação de água e bebidas utiliza um aparato de enriquecimento de iodo, onde um ou mais concentrados naturais ou artificiais de iodo são alimentados até que a concentração de iodo atinja uma faixa entre 50 e 2500 Ág / dm³, enquanto a concentração de cobre não excede 1000 Ám / dm³. Esta técnica simples possibilita que o método seja usado em larga escala para a iodação de água mineral e para a produção de diversas bebidas, com também permite o uso de concentrados naturais ou artificiais de iodo ou misturas dos mesmos.
