Abstract

制砖用的切割机
本发明涉及用于制砖的切割机。
在砖的制造过程中,坯料是挤压出来的再输送到钢丝切割机。坯料沿其纵向长度横向地运动来通过钢丝切割机,从而将坯料切成单个的“未烧结”砖坯。钢丝切割机包括一个机架,该机架具有在顶部和底部通常为水平地、同平面的、垂直地间隔开的梁,并且在两个梁之间连接着拉紧的钢丝。钢丝通常是平行且水平间隔开的。钢丝穿过坯料从而将坯料横向地切成单个的“未烧结”砖坯。
上面提到的装置的缺点在于当将坯料输送到钢丝切割机时,只能制成具有平的表面和锐利边棱的“未烧结”砖坯。
本发明的目的是克服或实质上修正上面的缺点。
本发明公开了一种制砖用的钢丝切割装置,该装置包括:
一对通常垂直地间隔开的、细长的梁,它们通常保持平行的同平面相距的关系;
将多条拉紧的、间隔开的坯料切割钢丝连接到两个梁上并在两个梁之间延伸,钢丝沿着梁是间隔开分布的;并且
至少有一个安装在一个梁上的刀片与坯料相接触而在成型的未烧结砖坯上形成一个槽。
最好是将该刀片或每一个刀片都紧靠钢丝安装。
该刀片或每一个刀片最好是都有一个通道,相应的钢丝从该通道中通过。
最好是,该刀片或每一个刀片都与坯料相接触而沿着成型的“末烧结”砖坯的角部形成槽。
下面结合附图通过例子的方式对本发明的一个优选实施例进行说明,其中;
图1是用于制砖的钢丝切割装置的简要的主视图;
图2是图1中的装置沿着A—A线剖开的简要侧视图;
图3是图1中的装置的简要侧视图;
图4是在图1到图3的装置中使用的刀片的简要侧视图;

附图中简要地画出了在制砖中使用的钢丝切割装置10。特别是利用装置10将粘土坯料切割成单个的“未烧结”砖坯。坯料是靠压挤机成型的,然后该压挤机将坯料传送至一传送带。将坯料送到靠近装置10的一个位置上后,通常是沿着垂直于坯料延伸的纵向的方向将坯料压入装置10中。
装置10具有一个机架11,该机架包括一对立式部件12,在这对部件之间延伸着一对平行的、通常是同平面的、有垂直间距的梁13和14。将通常垂直的切割钢丝15连接到两个梁13和14上并在它们中间延伸,这些钢丝15沿着梁13和14是以相等的水平间距分布的。将每根钢丝15的下端固定到梁13上,同时将每根钢丝15的上端与固定在梁14上的拉紧装置16相连接。装置16以可操纵方式使每根钢丝15张紧,为的是让它在成型“未烧结”砖的过程中保持紧绷。
装置10还包括送料板17和18,沿着送料板将坯料按箭头A的方向输送,通过钢丝15来进行切割。未烧砖坯经过出料板20和21输出。板21相对板20向上偏置,同时板18相对板17具有一倾斜的入口部分。
装置16包括一个固定件22,该固定件具有一个“T”形横截面的纵向延伸的狭槽23。安装在件22上的是带有凸缘25的一个拉紧件24,凸缘25具有一个通常垂直于狭槽23的狭槽。接线柱26经过凸缘25上的狭槽进入到狭槽23中。接线柱26的头能使接线柱26被拉伸从而确保件24处于与件22相固定的位置上。件22的一端已经固定到有关的钢丝15的上端上。相对件22来讲,件24的可调节的活动能够拉紧钢丝15。
下刀片27装在下梁13上而上刀片28则被装在上梁14上。刀片27和28各有一个让相应钢丝15通过的通道29。该通道29只让钢丝15相对通过该各附着钢丝15至下梁13及相应拉紧装置16上去的安装点30的一个平面,作侧面上的位移。即是该钢丝15在位于刀片27和28间的相应钢丝部分,具有一个侧向位移的主长度36。
每一个刀片27和28都具有“U”形,从而通过底壁31将通常为平的侧壁32连接到定型侧壁30上。底壁31设有前缘33,而侧壁30和32都最终与一个倾斜面34相接。位于侧壁30和32之间的是让去除的粘土通过的空间35。每个通道29都斜向延伸通过侧壁30。
在侧壁30上设置有一个弧形凹槽36,它使成型的“未烧结”砖坯的侧面带有弧状突起。底壁31和侧壁32在成型的“未烧结”砖坯的相应的角部形成一个台阶。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于制砖的钢丝切割装置,其特征在于该装置包括:
一对通常垂直地间隔开的细长的梁,它们保持通常是平行的同平面间距的关系;
将多条拉紧的、间隔开的坯料切割钢丝连接到两个梁上并在其间延伸,钢丝沿着梁是间隔开分布的;和
至少一个安装在一个梁上的刀片与坯料相接触而在未烧结砖坯上形成一个槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于该刀片或每一个刀片都邻近钢丝安装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于该刀片或每一个刀片都有一个使相应的钢丝从中通过的通道。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于在两个梁上都安装着多个刀片,将刀片成对地分布并使每一对在每一个梁上包含一个刀片,并且使对应的一根钢丝在该对刀片之间通过。
根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于在两个梁上都安装着多个刀片,将刀片成对地分布并使每一对在每一个梁上包含一个刀片,并且使对应的一根钢丝在该对刀片之间通过。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于每一个刀片都具有一个主要的长度,相对于该长度内、刀片间的钢丝部分作侧向位移。
6.根据权利要求3或者4所述的装置,其特征在于该刀片或每一个刀片都与坯料相接触而沿着成型的“未烧结”砖坯的一个角部形成槽。
7.一种用于制砖的钢丝切割装置,其特征为它大体上是如上文中参考附图所述的装置。
