Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于机械打破和分离由加工气体产生并聚积在一悬挂熔炉和/或与悬挂熔炉永久联接的废热锅炉的内壁上的灰尘堆积的装置。根据本发明,其特征在于,在悬挂熔炉(1)和/或废热锅炉(6)的壁的外表面(7,13)上,在悬挂熔炉和废热锅炉的联接点(5)附近,安装有至少一个撞击装置(8,14),从而在装置(8,14)与至少一个灰尘堆积(12,19)之间产生机械冲击效果和机械接触。
Description
本发明涉及一种从用于熔炼含硫原料的悬挂熔炉中去除灰尘堆积的装置,该含硫原料包含如铜、镍或铅这样的有用金属的矿石或精矿。
为了从含有铜、镍或铅的含硫原料,如从矿石或精矿中回收这些金属,一般使用悬挂熔炼法,其中对细分的含硫原料中所含的热量进行利用。除含硫原料外,还向悬挂熔炉的反应空间中输送含氧气体,如空气、富氧空气或氧气。此外,还向反应空间中输送例如从悬挂熔炉的废气中回收和再利用的烟道尘,以及金属炉渣成形介质和熔剂。在悬挂熔炉的反应空间中,固态和气态材料相互反应,从而在悬挂熔炉的底部形成至少两种熔融相,要利用金属中所含的矿渣相和锍相。形成在悬挂熔炉底部,即沉淀槽中的熔融相以等间隔从悬挂熔炉中去除。在悬挂熔炉底部中产生的含有二氧化硫的气体通过沉淀槽传导到悬挂熔炉的烟道,并从烟道进一步到达与悬挂熔炉联接的废热锅炉,在此对来自悬挂熔炉的废气进行冷却,同时去除气体中所含的固体,即烟道尘。
当悬挂熔炉废气从悬挂熔炉的烟道传送到废气锅炉时,气体的流动方向从基本上垂直方向转变到基本上水平方向。另外,当烟道与废热锅炉之间的联接狭缝的流动区域制成基本上小于烟道以便减少来自悬挂熔炉的损失时,含有二氧化硫的废气与悬挂熔炉壁之间的接触不可避免。此外,由于废气的温度向悬挂熔炉的顶部下降,废气中所含的熔融颗粒开始固化,当接触烟道壁时,它们附着到壁上,特别是在烟道与废热锅炉之间的联接狭缝附近。因此在联接狭缝附近聚积了灰尘堆积,这阻碍了废气的流动,因而必须打破。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的装置,用于在烟道和/或废热锅炉的内部,打破在烟道与连续废热锅炉之间联接点附近产生的灰尘堆积。使灰尘堆积基本上不阻碍废气从烟道向废热锅炉的流动。本发明主要的基本特征从所附权利要求中看出。
根据本发明,在悬挂熔炉的烟道与和烟道相联的废热锅炉之间的联接点附近,安装有至少一个装置,通过该装置对烟道与废热锅炉之间的联接狭缝附近产生的灰尘堆积产生冲击效果,从而打破灰尘堆积并使它们下落回到悬挂熔炉的烟道底部和/或废热锅炉的底部。根据本发明的装置连接到悬挂熔炉和/或废热锅炉的壁上,因而能够通过该装置实现冲击效果,通过悬挂熔炉烟道和/或废热锅炉的壁到达位于烟道和/或废热锅炉内部的至少一个灰尘堆积。
为了从悬挂熔炉烟道和/或废热锅炉内部打破灰尘堆积,在悬挂熔炉烟道与废热锅炉之间的联接点附近,通过根据本发明的一装置,在烟道和/或废热锅炉的壁中,在对应于灰尘堆积聚积的位置,安装有至少一个撞击装置。通过该撞击装置,打击穿过壁导引到撞击装置用作钻铁的配重。在撞击装置配重的该端部,穿过位于烟道和/或废热锅炉内的该壁,该端部同时还是相对于撞击打击的相对端,还安装有一个撞击元件,通过该撞击元件,可在撞击元件与要打破的灰尘堆积之间实现机械接触。由撞击元件打击的打击力使灰尘堆积打破并从烟道和/或废热锅炉的壁上脱离,使它们下落到烟道侧部的烟道底部,并到达废热锅炉侧部的废热锅炉底部。
用于打破灰尘堆积的撞击装置以气动、液压或一些其它有利方式操作。撞击装置可有利地设置成操作以等间隔打击用作钻铁的撞击配重。撞击装置自然还可以设置成这样操作,使打击以基本上相等的间隔位于循环中,或者针对它们的聚积程度,根据打破灰尘堆积的需要而进行单次打击。另外,可以有利地对本发明装置中设置的撞击装置的冲击力进行调节,在这种情况下可以考虑由灰尘堆积的成分形成的硬度和粘着。

根据图1,在一悬挂熔炉1的熔炼空间中熔炼过程中产生的含有二氧化硫的气体通过沉淀槽3排放到悬挂熔炉的烟道4。烟道4通过一狭缝5与废热锅炉6联接,从而冷却含有二氧化硫的气体,并回收随气体一起排放的固体。在烟道4与废热锅炉6之间的狭缝5附近,烟道4壁的外表面7上,安装有撞击装置8。为了能够完成撞击装置8所需的操作,在设置于烟道4的壁9中的一狭缝中安装有一个撞击装置8的配重10,该配重用作钻铁。在位于烟道4左侧的配重10的端部还设有一冲击板11。
当撞击装置8用于打破聚积在烟道4中的灰尘堆积12时,撞击装置8打击配重10,配重10平行于设置在烟道4的壁中的狭缝移动。配重10进一步移动冲击板11,冲击板11将冲击引向灰尘堆积12。由于冲击力,灰尘堆积12被打破并向下落在烟道4中。
根据图2,在通过一狭缝5与悬挂熔炉1联接的烟道4联接的废热锅炉6的外表面13上,安装有撞击装置14。为了能够实现撞击装置14的所需操作,在设置于废热锅炉6的壁15中的一狭缝中,安装有一个用于撞击装置14的配重17,上述配重用作钻铁。另外,在位于废热锅炉6左侧的配重17的端部,还安装有一冲击元件18。
撞击装置14以类似于撞击装置8的方式操作,因而由撞击装置14撞击配重17的打击移动配重17,使冲击元件18与灰尘堆积19接触,并打破连接到废热锅炉6的壁上的灰尘堆积19。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于机械打破和分离由加工气体产生并聚积在一悬挂熔炉和/或与悬挂熔炉永久联接的废热锅炉的内壁上的灰尘堆积的装置,该装置在悬挂熔炉(1)和/或废热锅炉(6)的壁的外表面(7,13)上,在悬挂熔炉与废热锅炉的联接点(5)附近,安装有至少一个撞击装置(8,14),从而在装置(8,14)与至少一个灰尘堆积(12,19)之间产生机械冲击效果和机械接触,其特征在于,为了接收由撞击装置(8,14)产生的打击,并为了将打击导向聚积在悬挂熔炉(1)和/或废热锅炉(6)中的灰尘堆积(12,19),穿过悬挂熔炉和/或废热锅炉的壁(9,15)安装有一用于撞击装置的配重(10,17),该配重(10,17)可移动地安装在设置于悬挂熔炉和/或废热锅炉的壁(9,15)中的一狭缝中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,撞击装置的配重(10,17)在与撞击装置相对的端部设有一冲击元件(11,18)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,撞击装置(8,14)可设置成气动操作。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,撞击装置(8,14)可设置成液压操作。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,撞击装置(8,14)可设置成电动操作。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,撞击装置(8,14)可设置成以等间隔操作。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,撞击装置(8,14)可设置成以等间隔循环操作。
