Abstract
本发明公开一种商标标签的制作方法,它包括搅拌天然橡胶原材料制作橡胶板;将该橡胶板按照特定商标标签设计图案进行裁剪;在商标标签的粘接面涂上原始处理粘结剂,在常温下搁置5分钟左右,自然干燥;在原始处理粘结剂上涂粘合剂;将涂有粘合剂的商标标签放入金属模具中与人造革进行首次粘接;清除首次粘接于人造革的商标标签上的异物;将已清除异物的商标标签再次放入金属模具中,并在150℃的高温下进行第二次热压粘接处理;将热压粘接于人造革上的商标标签在5℃左右的恒温中进行冷却;该方法将天然橡胶附着在人造革上,轻便性增加,且在焚烧等方法进行废弃处理时,不形成二氧芑等有害物质,所以能够大幅降低环境污染。
Description
技术领域
该发明涉及一种商标标签的制作方法,特别是提供一种利用人造革和天然橡胶制作附着于各种鞋、皮包及服装等商品上的商标标签的方法。
背景技术
现有技术,通常利用合成树脂TPR等材料制作并试销附着于各种鞋和皮包等商品的商标标签,但通过这一方法制作成的商标标签在焚烧时,将释放二氧芑等有害物质而污染环境,因此其使用量日趋减少,但由于尚未能开发出更合适的材料及制作方法,所以一直以来迫切需要能够改善这一现象的制作商标标签方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以有效克服上述问题发生的、利用人造革和天然橡胶制作商标标签的方法,并将着重提高商标标签质量和区别化、注重减轻产品重量以及强调环保商标标签视作其技术课题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括如下过程:搅拌天然橡胶原材料制作橡胶板;将该橡胶板按照特定商标标签设计图案进行裁剪;在商标标签的粘接面涂上原始处理粘结剂,并在常温下搁置5分钟左右,使其自然干燥;在原始处理粘结剂上涂粘合剂;将涂有粘合剂的商标标签放入金属模具(cavity)中与人造革进行首次粘接;清除首次粘接于人造革的商标标签上的异物;将已清除异物的商标标签再次放入金属模具中,并在150℃的高温下进行第二次热压粘接处理;将热压粘接于人造革上的商标标签在5℃左右的恒温中进行冷却;
上述制作橡胶板的天然橡胶原材料由如下组份构成:按重量份
天然橡胶6,000g左右,苯乙烯聚丁橡胶5,000g,腈聚丁橡胶4,000g,氧化锌1,000g,二氧化硅6,000g,异丙醇胺480g,丁醇改性三聚氰胺树脂100g,硬脂酸150g,愈疮树脂500g,氧化钙2,000g,硫醇基苯骈噻唑70g,二硫化物200g,TS(一硫化四甲基秋兰姆)(TetramethylthiuramMonosulphide)10g,石蜡化油P-1 3,000g,硫磺300g;
上述原材料放入辗轮式搅拌器中进行辗轮式搅拌,最终制成橡胶板。
按照该发明制作的商标标签利用天然橡胶原材料,将商标标签粘接在人造革上,提供有别于现有产品的商标标签。由于该产品可将天然橡胶附着在人造革上,所以用在特别注重轻便的马拉松等运动鞋的鞋底时,它的轻便性可大大增加缩短记录的可能,并且在通过焚烧等方法进行废弃处理时,由于不形成二氧芑等有害物质,所以能够大幅降低环境污染,其效果可谓绝佳。

具体实施方式
如图所示,图1为通过板块的形式展示利用该发明制作商标标签方法的工序图;如图2所示,在人造革2上粘接利用天然橡胶制成的商标标签1是该发明的特点。
为利用人造革2和天然橡胶来制作商标标签1,用于粘接及热压粘接人造革2和天然橡胶而形成一体化的原始处理粘结剂(primer)和粘合剂(binder)至关重要,同时还需进行清除异物及室温下的冷却、挤压等后续工序。
下面详细介绍通过该发明制作商标标签1的方法:
基于订购者等人委托设计的(一般称为原始设备制造商’OEM’方式)特定标记和形象设计商标标签图案,利用铝材制作金属模具;
然后特别配制以天然橡胶为主要成分的商标标签1材料;
即,利用商标标签1的原材料——天然橡胶制成的橡胶板的主要成分,其按重量组份构成如下:
天然橡胶6,000g左右,
苯乙烯聚丁橡胶(Styrenc Butadiene Rubber;SBR)5,000g,
腈聚丁橡胶(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber;NBR)4,000g,
氧化锌(Zinc Oxide)1,000g,
天然橡胶的颜色鲜明补充配剂二氧化硅(White Carbon)6,000g,
可塑剂异丙醇胺(Isopropanolamine)480g,
防老化剂丁醇改性三聚氰胺树脂(BHT)100g,
可塑剂及稳定剂硬脂酸(Stearic acid)150g,
防酸剂愈疮树脂(Resin guaiac)500g,
氧化钙(CaO)2,000g,
硫化促进剂硫醇基苯骈噻唑(Mercaptobenzothiazole)70g,
二硫化物(Dibcnzothiazyl Disulphide)200g,
TS(Tetramethylthiuram Monosulphide)10g,
抗污染,保持颜色稳定性的石蜡化油(process oil)P-1 3,000g,
橡胶硫化剂硫磺(Sulphur)300g的比率;
将上述组份投放到普通使用的橡胶搅拌器——辗轮式搅拌器中进行辗轮式搅拌(roll mixing),然后(加硫)形成橡胶板(rubber sheet);
利用气压机挤压在天然橡胶原材料中加硫形成的橡胶板,然后根据客户订购的商标标签1标识设计图案,进行裁剪制作商标标签1;
为将橡胶板制成的商标标签1粘在人造革2上,首先涂上由国内“KOJIN商社”生产的“No 503粘结剂”,然后在常温下晾干5分钟,以重量比例为0.5%的CRF硬化剂添加到“DONGSUNG产业”生产的“DS 5190粘合剂”进行涂胶,放入与商标标签相同的铝质模具中,并利用人造革覆盖上部,以封闭金属模具,使二者牢固粘接;
天然橡胶原材料制成的橡胶板(即,商标标签)与人造革2的粘接工序结束后,打开金属模具,从人造革中清除商标标签1以外的异物并再次放入金属模具中,在150℃左右的高温下进行热压粘接处理(hotpress),最后在5℃左右的温度中进行冷却处理并从金属模具中取出商标标签1即可。
下面通过实例介绍利用该发明制作附着于人造革2上的商标标签1的方法:
实例1
利用天然橡胶原材料制成的橡胶板和人造革制作商标标签;
即,将重量部分天然橡胶6,000g左右,
苯乙烯聚丁橡胶(Styrenc Butadiene Rubber;SBR)5,000g,
腈聚丁橡胶(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber;NBR)4,000g,
氧化锌(Zinc Oxide)1,000g,
二氧化硅(White Carbon)6,000g,
异丙醇胺(Isopropanolamine)480g,
丁醇改性三聚氰胺树脂Butyl-p-Cresol(BHT)100g,
硬脂酸(Stearic acid)150g,
愈疮树脂(Resin guaiac)500g,
氧化钙(CaO)2,000g,
硫醇基苯骈噻唑(Mercaptobenzothiazole)70g,
二硫化物(Dibcnzothiazyl Disulphide)200g,
TS(Tetramethylthiuram Monosulphide 10g,
石蜡化油(process oil)P-1 3,000g,
橡胶硫化剂硫磺(Sulphur)300g放入辗轮式搅拌器中进行辗轮式搅拌,然后(加硫)形成橡胶板(rubber sheet);
利用气压机挤压橡胶板,根据客户订购的商标标签设计图案进行涂胶处理,制作商标标签;
在商标标签的背面涂上“No 503原始处理粘结剂”,然后在常温下晾干5分钟左右,以重量比例为0.5%的CRF硬化剂添加到“DONGSUNG产业”生产的“DS 5190粘合剂”进行涂胶,放入与商标标签相同的铝质模具中,并利用人造革覆盖上部,以封闭金属模具,然后打开金属模具,从人造革中清除商标标签以外的异物并再次放入金属模具中,在150℃左右的高温下进行热压粘接处理(hot press),最后在5℃左右的温度中进行冷却处理并从金属模具中取出商标标签;
利用天然橡胶原材料制成的橡胶板制作的商标标签牢固附着于人造革并不使该产品变形。
人造革与天然橡胶之间适当配合制成的商标标签显得更加华丽,与现有的利用合成橡胶制成的商标标签相比,显示出更加突出的个性。
Claims (1)
1、一种商标标签的制作方法,其特征是:它包括如下过程:搅拌天然橡胶原材料制作橡胶板;将该橡胶板按照特定商标标签设计图案进行裁剪;在商标标签的粘接面涂上原始处理粘结剂,并在常温下搁置5分钟左右,使其自然干燥;在原始处理粘结剂上涂粘合剂;将涂有粘合剂的商标标签放入金属模具中与人造革进行首次粘接;清除首次粘接于人造革的商标标签上的异物;将已清除异物的商标标签再次放入金属模具中,并在150℃的高温下进行第二次热压粘接处理;将热压粘接于人造革上的商标标签在5℃左右的恒温中进行冷却,其中所述天然橡胶原材料由如下组份构成:按重量份
天然橡胶6,000g左右,苯乙烯聚丁橡胶5,000g,腈聚丁橡胶4,000g,氧化锌1,000g,二氧化硅6,000g,异丙醇胺480g,丁醇改性三聚氰胺树脂100g,硬脂酸150g,愈疮树脂500g,氧化钙2,000g,硫醇基苯骈噻唑70g,二硫化物200g,一硫化四甲基秋兰姆10g,石蜡化油P-1 3,000g,硫磺300g。
