Abstract

一种含下述组分(a)和(b)的洗涤剂组合物:(a)两性表面活性剂,2—35(重量)%,(b)除组分(a)外的,分子中含有羧基和氨基或季铵基的化合物,6—40(重量)%。不采用增稠剂的这种组合物是容易增稠的,并具有优异的温度稳定性,能赋予经清洁后的皮肤舒适感。

Description

洗涤剂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种不采用增稠剂增稠的、并具有优异的温度稳定性和能赋予经清洁后的皮肤舒适感的洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
为防止在使用时清洁剂从身体上流失，通常的做法是采用增稠剂使肤用或发用洗涤剂组合物胶凝化。然而，在洗涤剂组合物中加入增稠剂的话，需要在加热下进行搅拌，因此这种处理是很麻烦的。此外，由此得到的凝胶因易受温度或pH值的影响，因此还涉及稳定性问题。
为了解决这些问题，已提出了一种通过添加酰氨基甜菜碱和盐而不使用普通增稠剂达到胶凝化的粘性组合物(见日本专利申请公开昭58-79099)。但当这种组合物用作清洁剂组合物时，经清洁后的皮肤不会产生湿润感和舒适感。
因此，本发明的目的是提供一种不采用增稠剂而易于增稠的、并具有优异的温度稳定性和能赋予清洁后的皮肤舒适感的洗涤剂组合物。
本发明公开内容
本发明者将两性表面活性剂与分子中含特定比例的羧基和氨基或季铵基的化合物进行了复配，并已发现，根据这种复配，在不加增稠剂的情况下，通过在室温下混合这些组分而能容易地增稠的洗涤剂组合物具有优异的温度稳定性，并能赋予经清洁后的皮肤舒适感，如使皮肤产生湿润感。于是，本发明者完成了本发明。
因此，本发明提供一种包含下列组分(a)和(b)的洗涤剂组合物：
(a)、两性表面活性剂，2-35(重量)％，和
(b)、除组分(a)外的、分子中含有羧基和氨基或季铵基的化合物，6-40(重量)％。
实施本发明的最佳方案
作为本发明中要被采用的两性表面活性剂(a)，羧基甜菜碱表面活性剂是优选的，具体的实例包括烷基酰氨基甜菜碱(烷基-CONH(CH2)n-N+(CH3)2-CH2COO)、烷基氨基甜菜碱(烷基-NH(CH2)n-N+(CH3)2-CH2COO-)、烷基甜菜碱(烷基-N+(CH3)2-CH2COO-)及2-烷基-N-羧甲基-N-羟乙基咪唑啉鎓甜菜碱，其中，含C8-20烷基基团或酰基基团的甜菜碱两性表面活性剂是特别优选的。
作为组分(a)，可采用一种或多种两性表面活性剂的复配物，组分(a)的总加入量为2-35(重量)％(为简单起见下面都以％表示)，优选为2-20％(以总组合物计)。加入量低于2％时，不能有效地使系统增稠，而超过35％时，系统可能凝固而影响外观。
用于本发明的化合物(b)是除组分(a)外的、分子中含有羧基和氨基或季铵基的化合物。作为这类化合物，中性氨基酸、甜菜碱化合物和乙二胺四乙酸盐是优选的。中性氨基酸的实例包括甘氨酸、肌氨酸、L-丝氨酸、β-丙氨酸及氨基丁酸。甜菜碱化合物的实例包括每个烷基链中含1-5个碳原子的那些化合物，例如三甲基甘氨酸、三甲基丝氨酸、羟乙基二甲基甘氨酸以及单乙醇羧基甜菜碱(HOCH2CH2N+-(CH3)2-CH2CH2CH2COO-)。
这些化合物中，以每个烷基链中含1-5个碳原子的甜菜碱化合物是优选的，而三甲基甘氨酸是更优选的，因为它具有足够的增稠效果和保湿效果。
作为组分(b)，可将上述一种或多种化合物复配使用。组分(b)的添加量为6-40％，优选为6-30％，特别优选为6-20％(以总组合物计)。添加量低于6％不能足以使系统增稠，而添加量超过40％，则会使系统发生凝固。对于用作洗涤剂来说，用量至多达到40％是优选的。
组分(a)与组分(b)的重量比((a)／(b))在1／10-10／1的范围是优选的，具体地说为1／5-5／1，而更优选为1／5-3／1。重量比在上述范围，容易产生增稠效果并可得凝胶组合物。
也可向本发明组合物添加除上述表面活性剂以外的其它表面活性剂，其实例包括阴离子表面活性剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、N-酰基肌氨酸盐、N-酰基-N-甲基牛磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、高级脂肪酸酯磺酸盐、烷基醚乙酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚乙酸盐以及脂肪酸皂；和非离子表面活性剂如脂肪酸酰胺、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、糖酯、糖醚及糖酰胺。
此外，保湿剂(如丙二醇、山梨醇和甘油)、珠光剂、香料、着色剂、紫外吸收剂、抗氧化剂、杀菌剂、消炎剂以及防腐剂也可作为其它添加剂添加在本发明组合物中。
本发明洗涤剂组合物通过在室温下混合组分(a)、组分(b)、任选组分和水而形成易增稠的透明凝胶状，也可通过添加浊度赋予剂制成不透明状。水的添加量为40-70％(以总组合物计)，而50-70％是特别优选的。通过调整各组分的用量可达到所要求的粘度，例如，25℃的粘度优选调整至1000-1000000毫帕·秒，而10000-100000毫帕·秒是特别优选的。
如此制得的本发明洗涤剂组合物可用来清洗皮肤、头发等，特别适用作皮肤清洁剂，更优选用于脸部清洁。
实施例1
分别按表1所列组分制备洗涤剂组合物，对每种组合物的制造难易程度、形态、温度稳定性以及使用后的肤感进行了评价，评价结果列于表1中。
(评价方法)
(1)制备难易程度
A：不需加热，在室温下经搅拌就可容易地制得；
C：因为需要在加热条件下搅拌，所以制造不容易。
(2)形态
刚制成后以目视观察到的形态。
(3)温度稳定性
在-5℃下贮存一天后以目视观察外观。
A：外观与刚制成时一样，呈透明；
B：稍微呈混浊；
C：呈混浊。
(4)清洗后的肤感
用洗涤剂组合物清洗后的肤感是由10位二十多岁-三十多岁的日本女性专家组成的小组，根据下述评定标准进行评估的，并计算平均得分。得分为4或4分以上以A表示，得分为2．5或2．5以上，但低于4以B表示，低于2．5以C表示。
5：具有优异的湿润感和光滑的肤感；
4：具有良好的湿润感和光滑的肤感；
3：具有中等的湿润感和光滑的肤感；
2：不太好的湿润感和光滑感；
1：既没有湿润感也没有光滑感。

实施例3

由实施例2和3得到的洗涤剂组合物都是易于增稠的，呈现透明的外观，并具有优异的温度稳定性。此外，用该组合物清洁皮肤会产生舒适的肤感。
工业实用性
根据本发明的洗涤剂组合物是一种在不用增稠剂的情况下通过在室温下混合各组分而能很容易地增稠的、具有优异温度稳定性并能赋予经清洁后的皮肤湿润感和舒适感的洗涤剂组合物。

Claims (4)

1．一种洗涤剂组合物，它包含下述组分(a)和(b)：
(a)两性表面活性剂，2-35(重量)％，
(b)除组分(a)外的，分子中含有羧基和氨基或季铵基的化合物，6-40(重量)％。
2．根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物，其中组分(a)与(b)的重量比((a)／(b))为1／10-10／1。
3．根据权利要求1或2的洗涤剂组合物，其中两性表面活性剂(a)是羧基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂。
4．根据权利要求1-3中任一项的洗涤剂组合物，其中化合物(b)选自中性氨基酸、甜菜碱化合物及乙二胺四乙酸盐。
