随着城市化进程的加剧,消费者越来越重视高质、便捷、安全、健康,长期饱受压力及城市化污染,消费者特别期望温和的产品,据统计60%以上的消费者感觉自身属于敏感肌,皮肤自我保护功能脆弱,因此选择产品特别是洁面产品,非常关注产品是否来源天然,温和不伤皮肤。现阶段,氨基酸体系的洁面产品是洁肤里面相对来说安全、温和的产品。
中国专利CN 106491381A:提供一种结晶型温和纯氨基酸洁面膏,它结晶型的纯氨基酸体系,呈弱酸性,泡沫丰富,深层清洁脸部肌肤的同时不紧绷,长期使用不伤害皮肤,达到温和洁面的效果。其主要通过添加丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物提高产品的稳定性,添加氨基酸保湿剂增加产品的保湿性能。
中国专利CN201110001976:一种氨基酸型弱酸性洁面膏及其制备方法,提供一种所含为全天然氨基酸型表面活性剂、不含皂质的氨基酸型弱酸性洁面膏,以温和清除各种污垢的同时,维护肌肤的弱酸性环境,并在皮肤表层形成保护膜,从而达到维护肌肤健康的目的。
上述专利,主要是以氨基酸表面活性剂为清洁剂,通过复配调节配方pH到弱酸性,使得产品酸碱度与人体皮肤酸碱度一致,从而提高产品温和性;并添加适量的氨基酸或甘油等保湿剂起到调理肌肤的作用。用丙烯酸类共聚物作稳定剂,易引入风险物质,这样容易造成冲洗不干净,对皮肤带来负面影响。
此外,上述专利并未考虑氨基酸洁面产品的铺展使用性,表面活性剂残留等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,其采用复配技术,确保产品低结晶温度高温稳定,同时易铺展使用,表面活性剂残留低,更具有祛痘功效。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种不含丙烯酸类共聚物的高温稳定的氨基酸的洁面膏的制备方法。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,以质量百分比计,包含以下各组分:
1)占组分含量15~40%的表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂阴离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂中两种或两种以上的混合物;
2)占组分含量5~30%的保湿剂;
3)占组分含量1~8%的调理剂;
4)占组分含量1~15%的祛痘组合物;
5)占组分含量0.1~0.5%的香精;
6)加去离子水至100%。
本发明的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,所述表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂两者的混合物。
本发明的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,所述阴离子表面活性剂为氨基酸型表面活性剂,占组合物总量的15-30%,其为月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钠中的一种或二者的混合。所述两性表面活性剂占组合物总量的3-10%,其为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油基羟磺基甜菜碱中的一种或二者的混合;所述非离子表面活性剂占组合物总量的0.5-2%,其为甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油中的一种或二者以上的混合。
本发明的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,所述保湿剂占组合物总量的5-20%;其为甜菜碱、甘油等,增加了洁面膏的保湿性能,增加了氨基酸表面活性剂的溶解性,降低了洁面膏的结晶温度,使晶体更加细腻,容易铺展。
本发明的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,所述调理剂(辅助稳定剂)占组合物总量的2-6%;其为椰油酸、山嵛醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇,解决了高温稳定性,同时可以调理肌肤。
本发明的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,所述祛痘组合物占组合物总量的1-10%;其为苦参(SOPHORA ANGUSTIFOLIA)根提取物、欧蒲公英(TARAXACUM OFFICINALE)根茎/根提取物、甘草(GLYCYRRHIZA URALENSIS)根提取物、黄芩(SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS)根提取物、小果皂荚(GLEDITSIA AUSTRALIS)籽提取物、忍冬(LONICERA JAPONICA)花提取物等。
本发明的所述的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,还包含有洁面膏可接受的占组分含量0.1~0.5%的防腐剂。
此外,本发明还提供一种纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
以质量百分比计,所述洁面膏包含A相、B相、C相和D相组分;所述A相组分是由:水6-78%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠5-25%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠5-15%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.2-1%、PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.3-1%、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.5-2%、甘油3~10%、甜菜碱5~20%、椰油酸1-2%、山嵛醇1-4%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1-5%所组成;
所述B相是由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-10%、椰油基羟磺基甜菜碱3-10%所组成;所述C相是由苦参根提取物1-5%、欧蒲公英根茎/根提取物1-3%、甘草根提取物0.5-2%、黄芩根提取物0.5-2%、小果皂荚籽提取物0.5-2%、忍冬花提取物0.5-2%所组成;所述D相是由香精0.1~0.5%、防腐剂0.1~0.5%所组成;
上述洁面膏是通过以下工艺步骤制备得到:
1)A相加热至80-85℃,充分搅拌至完全溶解,保温10-15分钟,杀菌消毒,搅拌降温;
2)降温至50-55℃,加入B相,充分搅拌至完全溶解均匀,降温;
3)降温至46-48℃,加入C相和D相中的香精和防腐剂,充分搅拌均匀后,用适当的柠檬酸调节pH值,pH值(测试10%水溶液):5.50~6.00;
4)取样,检测,合格后灌装。
通过上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1)通过大量实验,惊人的发现纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏比大量使用高分子增稠剂的氨基酸洁面膏易铺展使用,且能做到高温稳定,45℃放置3个月仍然稳定。
2)所用制得纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏易洗净,无表活残留,真正做到温和不损伤肌肤。
具体实施方式
以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。除非特别说明,本发明的所有百分数都以组合物的质量百分含量计算,所有比例均为质量百分比。
实施例1
一种纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,以质量百分比计,包含如下表1所示的各组分:

上述实施例1-3的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)A相加热至80-85℃,充分搅拌至完全溶解,保温10-15分钟,杀菌消毒,搅拌降温;
2)降温至50-55℃,加入B相,充分搅拌至完全溶解均匀,降温;
3)降温至46-48℃,加入C相和D相中的香精和防腐剂,充分搅拌均匀后,用适当的柠檬酸调节pH值,pH值(测试10%水溶液):5.50~6.00;
4)取样,检测,合格后灌装。
对比例1
一种纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,以质量百分比计,包含如下表4所示的各组分:

上述对比例1-2的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)A相加热至80-85℃,充分搅拌至完全溶解,保温10-15分钟,杀菌消毒,搅拌降温;
2)降温至80℃,依次加入B相,充分搅拌至完全溶解均匀,降温;
3)降温至50-55℃,加入C相,充分搅拌至完全溶解均匀,降温;
4)降温至46-48℃,加入D相中的香精和防腐剂,充分搅拌均匀后,用适当的柠檬酸调节pH值,pH值(测试10%水溶液):5.50~6.00;
5)取样,检测,合格后灌装。
以下为效果应用试验例。
1、根据化妆品安全技术规范综合判定原则,得到如下检验结论如表6所示:
由上述检验结果可知,本发明制得的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏完全符合洁面产品的产品要求,且在本发明中,所述纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏品质稳定,温和。
2、将本发明实施例1、2、3的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏与对比例1、2制得的洁面膏的测试结果(表7-8):

由上述测试结果可知,本发明制得的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏的温和无刺激,易铺展,祛痘效果远高于对比,表活残留量远低于对比例。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,故凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,包含以下各组分:
1)占组分含量15~40%的表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂中两种或两种以上的混合物;
2)占组分含量5~30%的保湿剂;
3)占组分含量1~8%的调理剂;
4)占组分含量1~15%的祛痘组合物;
5)占组分含量0.1~0.5%的香精;
6)加去离子水至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为氨基酸型表面活性剂,占组合物总量的15-30%,其为月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钠中的一种或二者的混合;
所述两性表面活性剂占组合物总量的3-10%,其为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油基羟磺基甜菜碱中的一种或二者的混合;
所述非离子表面活性剂占组合物总量的0.5-2%,其为甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油中的一种或二者以上的混合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:所述保湿剂占组合物总量的5-20%;其为甜菜碱、甘油中的一种或二者的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:所述调理剂占组合物总量的2-6%;其为用于稳定产品的椰油酸、山嵛醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇中的一种或二者的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:所述祛痘组合物占组合物总量的1-10%;其为苦参根提取物、欧蒲公英根茎/根提取物、甘草根提取物、黄芩根提取物、小果皂荚籽提取物、忍冬花提取物中两种或两种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于:还包含有洁面膏可接受的占组分含量0.1~0.5%的防腐剂。
7.一种纯结晶型祛痘氨基酸洁面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
以质量百分比计,所述洁面膏包含A相、B相、C相和D相组分;
所述A相组分是由:水6-78%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠5-25%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠5-15%、甘油硬脂酸酯0.2-1%、PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.3-1%、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.5-2%、甘油3~10%、甜菜碱5~20%、椰油酸1-2%、山嵛醇1-4%、鲸蜡硬脂醇1-5%所组成;
