Abstract
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及IPC A61K8领域,更具体地,涉及氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏。本发明通过几种氨基酸表面活性剂的良好搭配,并配合其他比例成份物质,可以实现闪亮的珠光膏体,且在高低温的条件下储存稳定,发泡良好,不含防腐剂、且祛痘效果良好,温和无刺激。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及IPC A61K8领域,更具体地,涉及氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏。
背景技术
目前市售的氨基酸表面活性剂为主的洁面膏难结晶,珠光暗淡,不够闪亮,且在高温下膏体珠光容易消失,泛粗、难以恢复;冷冻条件下,膏体会发硬泛粗,难搓开,起泡不良,使用不方便。
现有技术中,申请公布号为CN 102198078A的专利申请文件,公开了一种含中药的泡沫型洗面奶及其制备方法,通过特定的加入方式将中草药与洗面奶结合,制备去污保湿的泡沫型洗面奶,但是中药的加入会影响体系的稳定性,且其制备过程较为繁琐,不适合工厂大规模生产。
申请公布号为CN105596280A的专利申请文件,公开了一种祛痘洗面奶及其制备方法,通过加入水杨酸、马油和薰衣草精油等成分,起到杀菌祛痘的作用,但是水杨酸刺激性高,容易使得皮肤刺痛泛红。
市面上的祛痘洁面膏主要以水杨酸、皮敖宁为主,但是其对皮肤的刺激性高,泡沫少,不温和,而且体系稳定性差,洗面膏结晶难,无珠光。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一方面,提供了一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,按重量百分比计,其制备原料包括:表面活性剂50-80%、保湿剂15-25%、助剂1-10%、pH调节剂0.05-5%、香精0.001-0.5%、水补充余量至100%。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为两性表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为两性表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂。
优选的,所述两性表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的重量比为(10-16):1;进一步优选的,为13.2:1。
优选的,所述两性表面活性剂为咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂、氨基酸型两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱型两性表面活性剂、氧化胺型两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为氨基酸类两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂和咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂。
优选的,所述氨基酸类两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂和咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂的重量比为(55-75):(0-10):(0-10);进一步优选的,为65:1:5。
优选的,所述氨基酸类两性表面活性剂为椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂基氨丙基甘氨酸、棕榈酰甘氨酸、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸钠中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂基氨丙基甘氨酸、棕榈酰甘氨酸、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠。
优选的,所述椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂基氨丙基甘氨酸、棕榈酰甘氨酸、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠的重量比为(50-65):(1-4):(0-1):(1-3);进一步优选的,为60:3:0.5:2。
申请人发现,选用重量比为(50-65):(1-5):(0-1):(1-3)的椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂基氨丙基甘氨酸、棕榈酰甘氨酸、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠作为氨基酸类两性表面活性剂,不仅能够使得体系呈现闪亮的珠光膏体,还能提高洗面膏的耐候性和泡沫丰富度。椰油酰甘氨酸钠作为氨基酸类两性表面活性剂中含量最多的成份,其与椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠能够在丰富泡沫量的同时,具有优异的泡沫稳定性;还能与棕榈酰甘氨酸和月桂基氨丙基甘氨酸协同作用,在清除脸部污垢的同时,减少对眼睛和皮肤的刺激,而且能够降低脱脂力,避免了洗完脸后出现紧绷、假滑的感觉,四种氨基酸类两性表面活性剂协同作用,还能抑制大肠杆菌和痤疮丙酸杆菌,具有一定的控油祛痘效果,还可制成透明产品,具有生物可降解性,使用安全对环境无负面影响。但是月桂基氨丙基甘氨酸与体系相容性有限,加入量过多反而会使得体系过饱和,影响洗面膏的低温稳定性和泡沫丰富度。而且只有氨基酸类两性表面活性剂对洁面膏的性能提高有限。
优选的,所述甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
优选的,所述咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂为月桂酰两性基乙酸钠。
申请人意外发现,选用椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱作为甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂,月桂酰两性基乙酸钠作为咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂,与氨基酸类两性表面活性剂共同作为两性表面活性剂,能够进一步提高洗面膏的耐候性的同时,降低其他表面活性剂的刺激性。尤其是当氨基酸类两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂和咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂的重量比为(55-75):(0-10):(0-10)时,三种类型的两性表面活性剂配伍性好,能够在具有优良的去污发泡效果的同时,温和无刺激,且兼具清爽与滋润的效果,还具有一定的抗菌性。
优选的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为阴离子聚丙酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为月桂醇磷酸酯钾。
申请人意外发现,选用月桂醇磷酸酯钾作为阴离子表面活性剂,且两性表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的重量比为(10-16):1时,其能与两性表面活性剂协同作用,不仅具有去污乳化作用,在清洁的同时还具有保湿功效,避免了皮肤失水干燥紧绷,此外,月桂醇磷酸酯钾与皮肤兼容性好,其与月桂酰两性基乙酸钠复配能够减少洗面膏对皮肤的刺激性。
优选的,所述保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、甜菜碱、透明质酸钠、甘油聚醚-26中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为甘油。
申请人发现,选用甘油作为保湿剂,能够在提升洗面膏耐候性的同时,提高泡沫的丰富性。这可能是由于甘油不仅能够为皮肤提供保湿效果,还能起到辅助表面活性剂的作用,将其加入到体系中能够进一步提高表面活性剂的溶解度,从而能够强化表面活性剂的清洁力、耐候性和泡沫稳定性等性能,使得制备出的洗面膏使用感舒适,且成份安全,对皮肤刺激性小,不易致敏。
优选的,所述助剂包括增稠剂、皮肤调理剂、乳化剂和珠光剂。
优选的,所述增稠剂、皮肤调理剂、乳化剂和珠光剂的重量比为(0.5-3):(0.05-0.5):(0-2):(0.5-5);进一步优选的,为1:0.1:1:2。
优选的,所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、黄原胶中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物。
优选的,所述皮肤调理剂为甘油十一碳烯酸酯、改性玉米淀粉、植物提取物、二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、多糖中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为改性玉米淀粉。
优选的,所述乳化剂为PEG-100硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-60、巴巴苏籽油甘油聚醚-8酯类中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为巴巴苏籽油甘油聚醚-8酯类。
优选的,所述珠光剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸乙二醇单酯中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯。
优选的,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、聚甘油-10、苹果酸、草酸、丁二酸中的一种或多种;进一步优选的,为柠檬酸。

本发明的第二方面提供了一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将表面活性剂、水、助剂、保湿剂按重量比加入乳化锅内,加热到80-90℃搅拌至其分散均匀后,加入pH调节剂调节其pH值为6-6.8,加入香精搅拌均匀,即得。
有益效果:
1、通过选用重量比为(50-65):(1-4):(0-1):(1-3)的椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂基氨丙基甘氨酸、棕榈酰甘氨酸、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠作为氨基酸类两性表面活性剂,不仅能够使得体系呈现闪亮的珠光膏体,还能提高洗面膏的耐候性和泡沫丰富度。
2、通过选用椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱作为甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂,月桂酰两性基乙酸钠作为咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂,且当氨基酸类两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂和咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂的重量比为(55-75):(0-10):(0-10)时,三种类型的两性表面活性剂配伍性好,能够在具有优良的去污发泡效果的同时,温和无刺激,且兼具清爽与滋润的效果,还具有一定的抗菌性。
3、通过选用月桂醇磷酸酯钾作为阴离子表面活性剂,且两性表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的重量比为(10-16):1时,不仅具有去污乳化作用,在清洁的同时还具有保湿功效,避免了皮肤失水干燥紧绷,减少洗面膏对皮肤的刺激性。
4、通过选用甘油作为保湿剂,能够在提升洗面膏耐候性的同时,提高泡沫的丰富性。
5、本发明通过几种氨基酸表面活性剂的良好搭配,并配合其他比例成份物质,可以实现闪亮的珠光膏体,且在高低温的条件下储存稳定,发泡良好,不含防腐剂、且祛痘效果良好,温和无刺激。

性能测试方法
1、理化性能
(1)外观测试:
对实施例1-8所制备的氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,观察其外观情况,测得数据记入表1。
(2)稳定性测试
对实施例1-8所制备的氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,按照GB/T 29680-2013《洗面奶、洗面膏》规定的方法,对所述氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏的稳定性进行耐热性和耐寒性测试,耐热性能:(48±2℃)保持24h,恢复至室温后观察;耐寒性能:(-18±2℃)保持24h,恢复至室温后观察,结果记入表1。
2、抑菌效果测试:
对实施例1-8所制备的氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,按照WS/T 650—2019《抗菌和抑菌效果评价方法》中规定的方法,对氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏中的大肠杆菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌抑菌率进行测试,测得数据记入表1。
3、刺激性测试
按照SNT 2329-2009《化妆品眼刺激性腐蚀性的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验》中规定的方法,对实施例1-8所制备的氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏进行刺激性测试并计算刺激评分(IS),IS<1则为无刺激性,1≤IS<5则为轻刺激性,5≤IS<9则为中度刺激性,IS≥10则为强刺激性,结果记入表1。

表面活性剂50-80%、保湿剂15-25%、助剂1-10%、pH调节剂0.05-5%、香精0.001-0.5%、水补充余量至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为两性表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂。

4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂为氨基酸类两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂和咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,其特征在于,所述氨基酸类两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂和咪唑啉型两性表面活性剂的重量比为55-75:0-10:0-10。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,其特征在于,所述氨基酸类两性表面活性剂为椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂基氨丙基甘氨酸、棕榈酰甘氨酸、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,其特征在于,所述甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求2-7任一项所述的一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为阴离子聚丙酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏,其特征在于,所述助剂包括增稠剂、皮肤调理剂、乳化剂和珠光剂。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的氨基酸型控油祛痘洁面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将表面活性剂、水、助剂、保湿剂按重量百分比加入乳化锅内,加热到80-90℃搅拌至其分散均匀后,加入pH调节剂调节其pH值为6-6.8,加入香精搅拌均匀,即得。
