Description
本发明是有关含有斯潘德克斯(spandex)纤维纺织品的处理。
目前许多衣物由含混纺纤维的织物制造,其纤维长短是有弹性的,以致织物可能伸长且伸长又可恢复。斯潘德克斯纤维一般用于此目的。所谓“斯潘德克斯”由美国联邦贸易委员会作为通用术语采用,表示制造的纤维中形成纤维的物质是由至少85%嵌段聚氨酯组成的长链合成聚合物。有关所述纤维的论述可以在A.J.Ultee的论文“斯潘德克斯弹性纤维的历史”中找到,该论文是1993年在Elsevier由R.V.Segmour和R.S.Porter编辑的“人造纤维:其起源与开发”(Man-MadeFibres:Their Origin and Development)中,从278页开始的一章。斯潘德克斯纤维也称为“弹性”纤维或“elasthane”纤维。

本发明概要
我们已经发现用作香料的一些芳香物质在斯潘德克斯纤维上比在一些其他织物纤维上可以沉积和保留较好。
因此,一方面本发明提供处理含有斯潘德克斯和其他纤维的衣服的含有芳香物质混合物的织物处理产物,优选在穿着后经处理,芳香物质在斯潘德克斯纤维上比在其他纤维上沉积较多。
本发明特别可以在衣服第一次穿着之前,将所述衣服织物用香料预处理时使用。因此,根据本发明可以使用含有香料组合物的织物处理产物处理含有斯潘德克斯纤维的衣服,在第一次穿着之前所述衣服的织物用香料组合物处理(可以优先沉积所述组合物),以致所述织物处理产物的应用使芳香物质在衣服上保持。
有关第二方面,本发明提供处理和保养含有斯潘德克斯和其他纤维的衣服的方法,包括将所述衣服的织物与芳香物质混合物的香料组合物接触,以致芳香物质沉积在所述织物上,然后所述衣服也与含有芳香物质混合物的香料组合物处理产物接触,以致在所述衣服上保持沉积的芳香物质。
在本发明的重要方案中,用于处理衣服的香料组合物(或沉积衣服上的芳香物质的混合物)是除臭香料,使本发明的应用提供或保持衣服除臭功能。

本发明的各个方面,优选形式,使用的原料等在下面更详细地加以说明。织物
与本发明有关的衣服由包括斯潘德克斯纤维或其他纤维的纤维制造。如上所述,该术语“斯潘德克斯”表示制造的纤维中形成纤维的物质是由至少85%嵌段聚氨酯组成的长链合成聚合物。
因此,纺成斯潘德克斯纤维的所述聚合物是含有氨基甲酸酯链的共聚物。一般所述共聚物含有可以是聚亚烷基醚或聚醚的所谓软(即较低熔点)链段,和由异氰酸酯与一般为二胺的增链剂反应产生的所谓硬(即较高熔点)链段。
正如US-A-5000899中说明的,软链段可以是聚1,4-亚丁基醚,可以含有取代的1,4-丁二醇残基。可以使用的有机二异氰酸酯包括常规二异氰酸酯,例如二苯基甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯,也称为亚甲基-二(4-苯基异氰酸酯)或“MDI”,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、亚甲基-二(4-环己基异氰酸酯)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1,4-亚丁基-对-二甲苯二异氰酸酯等等,优选MDA。
在产生所述纤维硬链段中使用的增链剂优选包括乙二胺(EDA),1,3-丙二胺、1,4-环己二胺、氢化的间苯二胺(HPMD)、2-甲基戊二胺(MPMD)和1,2-丙二胺中的一种或多种。更优选的增链剂是乙二胺,1,3-丙二胺,或1,4-环己二胺中的一种或多种,任选与HPMD、MPMD和/或1,2-丙二胺混合。
含有作为软链段的聚1,4-亚丁基醚的斯潘德克斯纤维由DuPontde Nemours International S.A.,以DoPont de Nemours and Company的注册商标LYCRA_销售。
斯潘德克斯纤维一般与其他纤维,例如棉、聚酰胺、羊毛、聚酯和丙烯酸类纤维混合,纺成纱线,然后织成织物。斯潘德克斯纤维的含量一般是纱线或织物的0.5%-50%(重量),优选占纱线或织物的1%-30%(重量)。

我们发现许多芳香物质能很好地沉积或保留在斯潘德克斯纤维上。所述物质包括下面两类:
A类
醇、酚或水杨酸酯类含羟基物质,其辛醇/水分配系数(P)的普通对数值(log10P)是2.5或更高,而气相色谱的科伐兹指数(用聚二甲基硅氧烷作非极性固定相测定的)至少1050。
B类
酯、醚、腈、酮或醛类,其辛醇/水分配系数(P)的普通对数值(log10P)是2.5或更大,而气相色谱的科伐兹指数(用聚二甲基硅氧烷作非极性固定相测定的)至少1300。
辛醇/水分配系数(或其普通对数“logP”)像疏水性和水溶解度显示值那样在文献中是熟知的(参见Hansch and Leo“化学综述”,71,526-616,(1971);Hansch,Quilan and Lawrence,“有机化学杂志”,33,347-350(1968))。若上述数值不能从文献中查到时,可以直接测定,或用数学计算法大约估算。提供估算值的软件市场上可购得,例如“logP”可从Advanced Chemistry Design Inc得到。
Log10P为2.5或更大是对有一定疏水性之物质的要求。

低科伐兹指数的物质是挥发性的,在许多纤维上不能很好保留。
我们发现若香料物质具有上述的分配系数和相当高的科伐兹指数时,在斯潘德克斯纤维上比在其他纤维上沉积和保留较多。因此,香料组合物优选含有至少50%(重量),更优选至少70%或80%(重量)上述类别的物质。
我们发现用科伐兹指数不大于1600的上述各类中的物质,在斯潘德克斯纤维上比在其他纤维上有特别高的沉积和保留性。A类和B类的子集可以称为A′类和B′类。因此,香料组合物优选含有至少10%(重量),更优选至少20%(重量)或25%(重量)所述物质。在某些优选香料中A′类和B′类中芳香物质量至少占总量的40%(重量)。
所述芳香物质是中等挥发性物质(即在香料中介于“顶香”的挥发性香料物质和通常用作“底香”的低挥发性物质之间的中等挥发性物质)。这些中等挥发性物质在洗涤和干燥后的其他纤维,例如棉、聚酰胺和聚酯上不是经常感觉得到的。
A类包括通式ROH醇,其中羟基可以是伯、仲或叔羟基,而R基是烷基或烯基,可以是支链或取代的,环状或无环的,以使ROH具有上面限定的分配系数和科伐兹指数。科伐兹指数1050-1600的醇一般是分子量150-230的单官能团烷醇或芳烷醇。
A类也可以包括通式ArOH酚,式中Ar基表示可以被一个或多个烷基或烯基,或被酯基-CO2A取代的苯环,其中A是烃基,在被酯基取代的情况下所述化合物是水杨酸酯。ArOH具有上面限定的分配系数和科伐兹指数。一般,科伐兹指数1050-1600的酚是分子量150-200的单羟基酚。
特别优选的芳香物质子集是分配系数1000或更大,即log10P是3或更大,和科伐兹指数1100-1600的芳香物质。

如上所述,特别优选使用具有除臭性质的香料组合物。优选香料是除臭香料,用下述的臭气减少值试验得到所述香料在棉织品上的臭味减少值至少0.25,优选至少O.5为除臭香料,臭味减少值试验总的在EP-A-147191和相应的US-A-4663068中给出。
用上述香料,我们看到在所述织物混入斯潘德克斯纤维时,比不含有斯潘德克斯纤维的普通织物,例如棉、聚酰胺和聚酯增加了除臭效益。所述结果用臭味减少值试验测定,并以改变试验织物而不是改变香料来加以改进。
臭味减少值试验
在该试验中,除臭香料的臭味减少值通过评估其应用于织物时减少身体臭味的有效性来测定,操作如下:将经过此种处理的织物与一组受试验人的腋下(腋窝)接触和保持规定的时间。随后以受过训练的评定者的嗅觉评估,可以计算臭味减少值,得到试验条件下作为除臭香料的效果。
第1步是制备以香料处理的织物。
选择试验织物,裁成20cm×20cm方片。对比织物也裁成同样大小的方片。在前装式滚筒洗衣机中用含有下列组分的未加香料的普通洗衣粉洗涤两种织物:

然后将洗涤的织物片用冷水漂洗,最后干燥、这样得到的织物方片是“未处理”织物,即无香料、无其他除臭物质、无化妆品和其他水溶性物质的织物,可以不影响随后的臭味减少值试验。
未处理的织物片分成两部分,一部分可以不再洗涤处理,作为所述试验中的对比织物。另一部分织物片在洗衣机中用加有0.2%(重量)所述香料的相同的普通织物洗衣粉在试验条件下洗涤。然后香料处理的织物片用冷水漂洗,再干燥。这样得到的织物方片是“试验”织物,即加入试验香料的织物。
在使用该试验评定香料组合物的除臭效果时,对比织物和试验织物是相同的,即适当的100%棉衬衫织物,“未处理”织物用作不进一步洗涤的对比织物。但是,所述试验还可以用于评定其他效果,特别是试验不同织物上的沉积作用,所述试验织物可以与对比织物不同,试验织物和对比织物可以用相同方式以加香料的洗衣粉洗涤。
第二步是进行试验。选择一组三个评定员进行嗅觉评价,评定员是白种人,女性,20-40岁,评定员的条件是:每个评定员能够正确评定下面列出的一系列异戊酸的标准水溶液的气味等级,和衬衣衬垫在受试验男人腋下穿着规定时间后每个评定员对衬衣衬垫上身体臭味能够给予相当于上述溶液中每一个气味强度的数值评分。
在所述试验中使用的一组40个受试验人由年龄20-55岁白种男人组成。通过筛选,选择的试验者散发通常并不强的腋下体臭,且他们相互之间体臭也无多大差别。对于试验组不选择由于食用含咖哩或大蒜等食物散发不一般强体臭的试验者。
在开始试验前两周,这组试验者不用香料,洗涤时用非除臭皂条和不使用任何其他类型的除臭剂或止汗剂。该周期结束时,将所述40个受试验人任意分成两组,每组20人。
将“试验”和“对比”织物片粘着在40件清洗的棉或聚酯棉衬衫的腋下部分,20件为一组,对比织物片粘着在左腋下部分,试验织物片粘着在右腋下部分。而其余20件衬衫,对比和试验织物片的放置相反。
然后粘着织物衬垫的衬衫由40个组员穿着5小时,在此时间内每个专家组成员执行其正常工作职责不做不必要的训练。
这5小时后,脱下衬衫,取下衬垫,在由训练有术的专家组成员评定前放入聚乙烯袋中。
每个织物衬垫的臭味强度由所有三个评定员评定,评定员不知道哪个衬垫是“试验的”,哪个衬垫是“对比的”,且不知道其评定员同事给予的分数,闻每个织物片,并按照0-5分给予织物片相应的气味强度分数,0表示无气味,5表示很强气味。
在臭味评定中为有助于评定员参考给出相当于1,2,3,4和5级各分的异戊酸标准水溶液,列于下表中:

以每个评定员对每个织物片记录的分数求出平均值。从未“处理的”对比纤维片的平均分数中减去试验纤维片的平均分数得到臭气减少值。
为核对,对试验操作若评定小组的选择是满意的时,则未处理织物片的平均分数应该是2.5-3.0。
优选的除臭香料是臭味减少值至少是0.50,或0.70,或1.00的香料。最少值越高,臭味减少值试验中,由评定员记录的作为除臭剂的香料越有效。还注意到不是受过训练的评定员的消费者可以自评定,发现污染的织物,例如衬衫或内衣的臭味显著减少,除臭减少值至少0.3,除臭减少值越高,除臭效果就越显著。
得到除臭效果的芳香物质的组合物的选择,在早期专利US-A-430679等中说明过。选择的其他系统在上述的US-A-5482635和US-A-5554588中给出。
所述选择可以从具有上述优选分配系数和科伐兹指数的物质进行。
US-A-5501805说明由芳香物质混合物制备的香料组合物,其中所述混合物是气味相当小的除臭香料。所述“气味小”的除臭香料可以在本发明中使用。
织物处理产物
织物处理产品,用作衣服穿着后使香料沉积在衣服上的载体,可以是下列物质中的任何一种:
织物洗涤的洗涤组合物;
洗涤前用于衣服选择部分的预处理组合物;
洗涤前用于浸泡所有衣服的预处理组合物;
漂洗步骤中用于软化洗涤织物的漂洗调理剂;
与上述任何一种物质一起使用的添加剂组合物;
在干燥中用于调理织物的织物调理剂,和直接用于干燥衣服的喷洒剂。
所述产物可以采用各种剂型,包括粉剂、条、棒、片剂、摩丝、凝胶、液体、喷雾剂,和在转鼓干燥器中调理织物的织物调理片。在所述产物中香料量是产物的0.1%-10%(重量)。将香料混入这些类型产物中的方法是已知的,可以使用现有技术掺混。可以直接混入香料,另一种方法是可以将香料吸收在载体物质上,然后将香料载体的混合物混入织物处理产物中。该方法特别可以用于固体织物处理产物和惰性颗粒载体。
织物或洗衣处理产物也可以含有放在衣服附近或衣服之间的香料载体产物,例如放在壁柜和抽屉中,以通过空气扩散或与衣服直接接触使香料沉积在衣服上。所述香料载体产物占香料最高40%(重量)。香料载体物质优选包括固体载体,例如粉状、空心小球或空心物质的片或块,其中可浸入或装入香料组合物。
用本发明的香料组合物加香的洗涤组合物一般含有所述组合物2%-50%,优选5%-40%(重量)洗涤表面活性剂,和5%-80%(重量)助洗剂。如果需要所述组合物的其余量,可以包括除了织物洗涤剂以外的已知各种组分,包括漂白物质。表面活性剂可以是一种或多种皂或非皂的阴离子,非离子、阳离子、两性或两性离子表面活性剂,或其组合。可以使用的优选表面活性剂是皂和合成的非皂阴离子和非离子化合物。表面活性剂的混合物,例如混合的阴离子或混合的阴离子和非离子化合物,优选用于洗涤剂组合物中。
助洗剂是通过增溶引起水硬度的钙镁或其他除钙并将镁盐减少的方法,起到软化硬水作用。最普通的水溶性无机助洗剂是三聚磷酸钠。其他水溶性无机助洗剂化合物是为加速碳酸钙沉淀与晶种一起使用的碳酸钠。普通不溶性无机助洗剂是沸石和层状硅酸盐。有机助洗剂例如柠檬酸钠和聚丙烯酸盐也可以使用。
一些通常液体洗涤剂组合物配制成含有5%-50%(重量)表面活性剂,但是几乎不含有助洗剂。
通常包含在洗涤剂组合物中的其他组分,虽然不一定都存在,但是可适当包括碱性硅酸盐、过氧或氯漂白剂、去污剂、重金属螯合剂、抗再沉淀剂,例如羧甲基纤维素钠、酶、酶稳定剂,织物软化剂,包括软化粘土,荧光增白剂、消泡剂、发泡剂,和填料,例如硫酸钠。
在主洗涤步骤之前浸泡污垢织物的预处理组合物可以含有5%-80%(重量)助洗剂,几乎不含有表面活性剂。所述组合物通常含有酶。
洗涤剂组合物或预浸泡组合物中香料含量同样是所述组合物的0.1%-2%(重量)。
织物调理组合物可以含有1%-40%(重量)可以是织物软化剂的织物调理剂,但是在浓缩产物中含量更高。织物软化剂通常是非离子或阳离子有机化合物,所述化合物含有至少一个8或更多碳原子的烷基、烯基或酰基。所述化合物包括,但是不限于:
(ⅰ)季铵和咪唑鎓化合物和相应的叔胺和咪唑啉含有至少一个,优选两个C8-C30烷基或烯基;包括含有烷基的醚、酯、碳酸酯或酰胺键、所述化合物的乙氧基化衍生物和类似物,还包括含有多于一个叔或季氮原子的化合物。
(ⅱ)含有C8-C30烷基、烯基或酰基的脂肪醇、酯、胺或羧酸,包括脱水山梨醇和多元醇的酯。
(ⅲ)聚硅氧烷、矿物油和多元醇,例如聚乙二醇。
一些织物调理化合物在US-A-4137180和EP-A-239910中说明。
加入漂洗液体中的织物调理组合物通常是调理剂的水分散体形式。所述组合物也可以制成粉剂形式。
在所述调理液体和粉剂中香料量通常是0.1%-2%(重量)。优选含量可根据柔软剂浓度和市场需要变化。
在很浓的织物调理剂中,香料量可以是0.1%-10%(重量),优选2%-8%(重量)。
织物调理片状物与湿的漂洗过的衣物一起放入转鼓干燥器中。所述产物含有织物调理剂,可以是上述的非离子化合物、皂和/或脂肪酸,在转鼓干燥器中的温度下熔化。所述调理剂载于多孔片状物上。可以加入硅油。加入所述产物中的香料量通常是产物的2%-10%,优选2%或4%-7%或8%(重量)。
处理织物的其他产物形式是含有香料的载体液体,将其装入以喷雾剂形式输送组合物的涂敷器中。所述喷雾剂以衣服的“清新喷雾剂”销售。在所述产物中香料含量一般是组合物的0.1%-10%(重量)。
本发明可以用于保持香料存于衣服上,衣服织物在制造过程中,在织物首次穿着之前用香料处理。用香料预处理织物像处理制成织物的纱线那样进行,或织机上新织物或未制成衣服织物整理中进行,或已经制成但是未穿着的衣服的整理中进行。所述香料是优先沉积的本发明的组合物。
整理是加工织物以改进织物的手感或外观的一个步骤。所述织物一般用含有织物软化剂或其他物质的含水处理液处理,沉积量为多是织物的3%(重量)。香料可以包含在所述液体中,其沉积量是织物的0.001%-1%(重量)。
用香料组合物处理优选在通用的处理步骤,特别是改进织物手感或外观的整理剂处理纱线或织物的湿步骤中,与用其他物质处理同时进行。
在通用的织物整理中,可以使用的物质包括赋予挺度、织物稳定性或免烫性的树脂、织物柔软剂、阻燃性、织物增白剂、防起毛剂、赋予抗污垢,污迹性和拒水性的物质。
通常用于施用所述物质的方法是织物制造技术中熟知的浸染和尽染法。
实施例1
该试验证明香料沉积在斯潘德克斯纤维上。制备香料成分的混合物,加入另外的未加香料的通用洗衣用洗衣粉中,使含香料浓度0.5%(重量)。
用加香料的洗衣粉洗涤预先未用任何香料处理的试验织物。所述织物是全棉的或95%棉和5%斯潘德克斯的。洗涤后,将所述织物漂洗,然后凉干过夜。
所述香料从干燥织物中用有机溶剂提取,用气相色谱测定溶剂提取物中所述香料含量。如果从含有斯潘德克斯织物中提取的组分浓度比从全棉织物中提取的组分浓度大5-20倍,结果标记为中等增加度(M),如果浓度大到20倍或更大,标记为高增加度(H),如果小于5或测不出来,标记为(L)。得到的结果如下:

Claims (10)
1.织物处理产物,包括香料组合物,属芳香物质混合物,优先沉积在斯潘德克斯纤维上。
2.根据权利要求1的织物处理产物,是洗衣处理产物。
3.根据权利要求2的织物处理产物,选自洗涤剂组合物、预浸泡组合物、漂洗调理剂和织物软化片状物
4.根据权利要求3的织物处理产物,是洗涤组合物,含有占所述组合物2%-50%(重量)的洗涤表面活性剂和5%-80%(重量)助洗剂。
5.根据权利要求1的织物处理产物,配制成喷雾剂。
6.根据权利要求1的织物处理产物,配制成用香料组合物浸渍的固体载体物质。
7.根据上述权利要求任一项的织物处理产物,其中所述香料组合物含有占所述香料组合物至少50%(重量)选自下面的芳香物质:
A)类:醇、酚或水杨酸酯类含羟基物质,其辛醇/水分配系数(P)的普通对数值(log10P)是2.5或更大,而气相色谱的科伐兹指数(用聚二甲基硅氧烷作非极性固定相测定)至少为1050,和
B)类:酯、醚、腈、酮或醛类,其辛醇/水分配系数(P)的普通对数值(log10P)是2.5或更大,而气相色谱的科伐兹指数(用聚二甲基硅氧烷作非极性固定相测定的)至少为1300。
8.根据上述权利要求任一项的织物处理产物,其中所述香料组合物含有占所述香料组合物至少10%(重量)选自下面的芳香物质:
A′)类:醇、酚或水杨酸酯类含羟基物质,其辛醇/水分配系数(P)的普通对数值(log10P)是2.5或更大,而气相色谱的科伐兹指数(用聚二甲基硅氧烷作非极性固定相测定的)是1050-1600,和
B′)类:酯、醚、腈、酮或醛,其辛醇/水分配系数(P)的普通对数值(log10P)是2.5或更大,而气相色谱的的科伐兹指数(用聚二甲基硅氧烷作非极性固定相测定)是1300-1600。
9.处理含有斯潘德克斯和其他纤维的衣服的方法,包括使所述衣服和上述权利要求任一项的织物处理产物接触。
10.根据权利要求9使沉积的芳香物质在衣服上保持的方法,其中所述衣服是前面处理法中与权利要求1-8任一项定义的香料组合物接触过的衣服。
