一种由松茸、松叶及粘大米和中草药材制造成的健康酒。
本发明属于健康饮品,是对人身体有各种保健作用的松茸、松叶、各种中草药材和粘大米经科学勾兑配制而成的新的健康产品。
本发明的目的就在于提供一种能够预防各种疾病、祛疾、轻身、消除疲劳、防止衰老作用的松茸、松叶与有丰富营养的中草药材及粘大米、黑豆等合并勾兑成既有芳香味道,又有丰富、均衡、全面的营养新型松茸松叶酒。
本发明是这样实现的:以东北长白山脚下生长的松茸、松叶为主要原料,以粘大米、黑豆、香米和黄精、白术、天冬、枸杞子、五味子、蜂蜜等中草药材为辅助原料,原辅原料经洗净、甩干、粉碎后供冷浸、热浸、发酵、水火共制用;冷浸液用62°~65°酒基,其重量比为松叶10%、松茸2%、黑豆2%、香米2%、黄精、白术、天冬、枸杞子各2%,五味子0.5%、蜂蜜4%,其余是酒基,进行一个月的冷浸,经压榨、澄清、过滤作勾兑用冷浸液:按以上冷浸用的原辅原料和重量比,在65℃~70℃温度下进行1.5小时的热浸,经压榨、澄清、过滤作勾兑用热浸液;发酵液以粉碎好的100斤松叶和100斤粘大米,去皮粉碎的5斤黑豆,5斤香米混在一起,添加酒曲子和500斤水进行10~15天的液体发酵,经压榨、澄清、过滤作勾兑发酵液;水火共制液以粉碎好的松叶里又加1∶10的比例水,在65℃~70℃温度下进行,1.5小时的水炎共制,经压榨、澄清、过滤作勾兑用水火共制液;按照冷浸液12.5%、热浸液12.5%、发酵液63%、水火共制液12%的重量比进行勾兑,再经过风味调配、精滤、灭菌后装瓶、包装、检验后以成品出厂;人经常喝松茸松叶酒,使人起祛疾、轻身、消除疲劳、抗衰防老的作用。

Claims (1)

1.一种松茸松叶酒,以东北长白山脚下生长的松茸和松叶为主要原料与各种中草药材和粘大米,经科学勾兑配制而成的,
其特征在于:
a.冷浸液:粉碎好的松叶和松茸、辅助原料按松叶10%、松茸2%、黑豆2%、香米2%、黄精2%、白术2%、天冬2%、枸杞子2%、五味子0.5%、蜂蜜4%、其余是62°-65°酒基,进行一个月的冷浸、压榨、澄清、过滤作勾兑用冷浸液;
b.热浸液:按照冷浸液的原料,松叶10%、松茸2%、黑豆2%、香米2%、黄精2%、白术2%、天冬2%、枸杞子2%、五味子0.5%、蜂蜜4%、其余是62°-65°酒基,在65℃~70℃温度下,1.5小时热浸后,经压榨、澄清、过滤作勾兑用热浸液;
c.发酵液:按100斤松叶、100斤粘大米、500斤水、5斤黑豆、5斤香米、添加酒曲子,进行10~15天液体发酵后,经压榨、澄清、过滤作勾兑用发酵液;
d.水火共制液:松叶与水1∶10比例,在65℃~70℃温度下,经1.5小时的水火共制,经压榨、澄清、过滤作勾兑用发酵液;
e.按冷浸液12.5%、热浸液12.5%、发酵液63%、水火共制液12%的重量比例进行勾兑,再经过风味调配、精滤、灭菌后包装出厂。
