本发明公开了一种富硒保健葡萄酒,由下述重量份的原料组成:当归2‑5份、枸杞4‑6份、人参2‑4份、玄参1‑3份、桂圆4‑6份、红枣6‑7份、熟地黄3‑5份、葡萄400‑500份、白砂糖10‑20份、富硒酒曲10‑20份、食用酒精30‑40份。本发明提供的富硒保健葡萄酒,口感好,风味独特,且富含氨基酸、矿物质以及多种维生素,有利于人体的健康,通过富硒酒曲的添加,能够提高抵抗力,防止白内障、预防糖尿病,同时通过添加保健药材,能够起到保健的作用,保证了人体的健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种葡萄酒,特别涉及一种富硒保健葡萄酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
在中国,酒的文化是源远流长,酒又分为白酒、葡萄酒、黄酒、米酒等,相对于其他
酒种而言,葡萄酒营养丰富全面,制作工艺简单、低度纯甜而深受人们的喜爱,葡萄酒含有
氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等多种人体所需的营养成分,随着人们生活水平的提高,健康长寿
已是人类共同的愿望,所以我们需要发明一种多种功能的葡萄酒。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种富硒保健葡萄酒及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种富硒保健葡萄酒,由下述重量份的原料组成:当归2-5份、枸杞4-6份、人参2-4份、玄参1-3份、桂圆4-6份、红枣6-7份、熟地黄3-5份、葡萄400-500份、白砂糖10-20份、富硒酒曲10-20份、食用酒精30-40份。
作为本发明的一种改进,一种富硒保健葡萄酒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的葡萄洗净晾干,将当归、枸杞、人参、玄参、桂圆、红枣、熟地黄洗净混匀;
(2)在发酵桶内加入洗净破碎处理后的葡萄,同时加入白砂糖和富硒酒曲,室温保持在20-26℃;
(3)将发酵桶的桶盖盖好,桶盖不需要密封,待桶内泡沫逐渐增多,每天用搅拌器搅动两次,将浮起的果皮压入泡沫内,放置至到导固体和液体开始分离,并通过过滤网过滤,得到分离的液体;
(4)将当归、枸杞、人参、玄参、桂圆、红枣、熟地黄洗净,吹干后,采用食用酒精提取药液;
(5)将已经澄清的酒液和残渣用过滤网进行过滤,得到酒液;
(6)将酒液与提取药液混合混匀,装瓶静置于阴凉处密封储存。

本发明公开了一种富硒保健葡萄酒,由下述重量份的原料组成:当归2-5份、枸杞4-6份、人参2-4份、玄参1-3份、桂圆4-6份、红枣6-7份、熟地黄3-5份、葡萄400-500份、白砂糖10-20份、富硒酒曲10-20份、食用酒精30-40份。
上述的富硒保健葡萄酒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的葡萄洗净晾干,将当归、枸杞、人参、玄参、桂圆、红枣、熟地黄洗净混匀;
(2)在发酵桶内加入洗净破碎处理后的葡萄,同时加入白砂糖和富硒酒曲,室温保持在20-26℃;

1.一种富硒保健葡萄酒,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料组成:当归2-5份、枸杞4-6份、人参2-4份、玄参1-3份、桂圆4-6份、红枣6-7份、熟地黄3-5份、葡萄400-500份、白砂糖10-20份、富硒酒曲10-20份、食用酒精30-40份。
2.一种富硒保健葡萄酒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜的葡萄洗净晾干,将当归、枸杞、人参、玄参、桂圆、红枣、熟地黄洗净混匀;
(2)在发酵桶内加入洗净破碎处理后的葡萄,同时加入白砂糖和富硒酒曲,室温保持在20-26℃;
