野生菌滋补保健火锅汤
本发明是属于食品领域。
传统的火锅是以动物肉(如:牛、羊肉)为主,食用后不但感到油腻,长期食用易导致血中的胆固醇、血脂增高,以致引发血管及脑部疾病;目前也有药膳火锅,虽然具有保健食疗作用,但其味道却不被多数人所接收,推广使用受到了限制。
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种滋补保健功能,且味道鲜美的野生菌滋补保健火锅汤。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
主料:美味牛肝菌粗粉20-40g、羊肚菌柄5-10g、黄牛肝菌片2-4g、美味牛肝菌片1.5-3g、羊肚菌2-4g、乌鸡200-600g;
辅料:鸡油20-40g、鸡精30-60g、苟杞子2-5g、大枣5-10g、葱5-30g、蒜5-30g、食盐1-2g。
将上述主料、辅料加入3000g水中,旺火烧开、文火熬制4-8小时至香味扑鼻即可。
本发明的主要优点:

本发明的食品选料主要是生长在高海拔的雪山森林地带的野生菌,其营养丰富,含有人体必须氨基酸、微量元素、维生素、矿物质等。具有清热开胃、养胃生津、消化助食、健脑益智、祛风除湿、美容养颜、延年益寿、强身健体、增强免疫力等抗癌防癌的功效;
2、味道鲜美:
本发明的食品主要野生菌为主的火锅汤,其野生菌永煮不烂、不老化、吃起来爽滑、脆嫩、清香、鲜美可口,特别适合人们的口味。

Claims (1)

1、野生菌滋补保健火锅汤:
主料:美味牛肝菌粗粉20-40g、羊肚菌柄5-10g、黄牛肝菌片2-4g、美味牛肝菌片1.5-3g、羊肚菌2-4g、乌鸡200-600g;
辅料:鸡油20-40g、鸡精30-60g、苟杞子2-5g、大枣5-10g、葱5-30g、蒜5-30g、食盐1-2g。
将上述主料、辅料加入3000g水中,旺火烧开、文火熬制4-8小时至香味扑鼻即可。
