Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种衣用洗涤剂组合物,其可配成例如颗粒、片剂或液体组合物。
发明背景
用于手洗的常规衣用洗涤剂粉末包含大量阴离子表面活性剂,最通常为烷基苯磺酸盐。阴离子表面活性剂被认为很理想地合于手洗,因为其兼具针对各种污迹的优异去污性和高泡性。
然而,对于手洗来说,即使是高浓度的阴离子表面活性剂,也需要改善这种产品对油污的去除性能。
GB-A-1 570 128公开的洗涤剂组合物含有4-40wt%的对镁敏感的表面活性剂(例如,烷基醚硫酸盐、乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂、氧化胺)、13-40wt%的硅酸钠,以及5-50wt%的对镁有选择性去污力的助洗剂(例如沸石、柠檬酸钠、次氮基三乙酸盐或方解石/碳酸盐)。
JP-A-09 087 690公开了一种用于机洗的高堆积密度的粒状洗涤剂组合物,其含有阴离子表面活性剂(5-40wt%),加上乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂(1-15wt%)、沸石(10-40wt%)以及晶体和无定形的硅酸钠(0.5-10wt%)。阴离子表面活性剂任选包含α-烯烃磺酸盐(在一些例子中高达10wt%)。
WO-A-97/43366涉及的洗涤剂组合物含0.5-60wt%的阴离子表面活性剂和0.01-30wt%的阳离子表面活性剂。在该文献中举例的组合物中,阴离子表面活性剂的含量一般为组合物的约10-15wt%,阳离子表面活性剂的量为约1-4wt%。在某些例子中,阴离子表面活性剂组分包含少量的烷基醚硫酸盐表面活性剂,其一般为组合物总量的0.76-2.5wt%。
在WO-A-98/01521中公开了含有少量烷基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂(高达~1.75wt%)的组合物,以及在一种情况下含有少量沸石(1.5wt%)的组合物。然而,这些组合物是喷雾干燥的,因此其含有大量硫酸钠,硫酸钠是一种非碱性的非官能化水溶性盐(电解质)。
JP-A-62 218499公开了其它喷雾干燥的组合物,其硫酸钠含量高并且包含α-烯烃硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,以及12wt%或15wt%的沸石助洗剂。
WO-A-00/40682公开的组合物含有超过40%的阴离子表面活性剂体系,至少某些所述体系含有耐钙性的表面活性剂,例如α-烯烃磺酸盐或烷基醚硫酸盐。含耐钙性的表面活性剂的例子不含磷酸盐或铝硅酸盐助洗剂,否则磷酸盐的含量非常高。
我们的英国专利申请9925961.6也公开了含5-30wt%的α-烯烃磺酸盐的组合物。这些都基于方解石/碳酸盐助洗剂体系。
其它含耐钙性的表面活性剂的组合物公开在US-A-6,010,996、GB-A-2309706、US-A-5,415,812、US-A-4,265,777和US-A-4,970,017中。
仍需要含有强助洗剂,即磷酸盐或铝硅酸盐助洗剂,但其含量较低,却仍然对各种水硬度都通用的组合物,本发明满足了这一需要。
发明的限定
本发明提供了一种洗涤剂组合物,其含有:
(a)至少5wt%的耐钙性的非皂阴离子表面活性剂体系,其含有α-烯烃磺酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐;
(b)至少0.1wt%的阳离子表面活性剂体系,其中(a)∶(b)的重量比为3∶1-1∶1;和
(c)余量为其它可能存在的各洗涤剂成分。
发明详述
本发明组合物基于混合的耐钙性的阴离子表面活性剂体系,加上中等含量的磷酸盐和/或铝硅酸盐助洗剂。
在一种实施方案中,粉末洗涤剂组合物的组分(a)和(b)被包含在单独的颗粒中,各颗粒都不含另一种组分。
阴离子表面活性剂体系(a)
本发明组合物包含至少5wt%的耐钙性的阴离子表面活性剂,其含有α-烯烃磺酸盐。一般地,这一耐钙性的阴离子表面活性剂体系含量的上限为75wt%。然而,优选阴离子表面活性剂体系的存在量基于组合物总重为15-70wt%,更优选2-60wt%,尤其为30-50wt%。
阴离子表面活性剂对钙离子的稳定性可通过改进的Hart法(Witkes等人,J.Ind.Encl.Chem.29,1234-1239(1937))在微量滴定板中进行测定。用钙离子溶液滴定表面活性剂溶液。在室温下摇动一分钟后,混浊的出现显示不溶性钙沉淀物开始形成。
如这里所指,“耐钙性的”表面活性剂是一种表面活性剂浓度为0.4g/L(在离子强度为0.040M的1∶1盐溶液中)、钙浓度高达20°FH(法国硬度),即200ppm的钙时不沉淀的表面活性剂。
本发明组合物所用的基本非皂的耐钙性的阴离子表面活性剂是α-烯烃磺酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐。
有利地,烷基醚硫酸盐的存在量可少于α-烯烃磺酸盐的存在量。
优选的表面活性剂体系含有重量比为5∶1-15∶1的α-烯烃磺酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐。
除α-烯烃磺酸和烷基醚硫酸盐的组合外,可单独或与这些或其它耐钙性的阴离子表面活性剂结合使用的其它耐钙性的阴离子表面活性剂是烷基乙氧基羧酸盐表面活性剂(例如Shell出品的Neodox(商标))、脂肪酸酯磺酸盐(例如Stepan出品的FAES MC-48和ML-40)、烷基二甲苯磺酸盐、二烷基磺基丁二酸盐、脂肪酸酯磺酸盐、烷基酰胺硫酸盐、sorpholipids、烷基糖苷硫酸盐和饱和或不饱和脂肪酸的碱金属(例如钠)盐。
也可存在一种以上的其它阴离子表面活性剂。例如,其可以选自一种或多种烷基苯磺酸盐、伯和仲烷基硫酸盐。
当希望避免烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的不耐钙性时,则阴离子表面活性剂体系可以包含(优选占阴离子表面活性剂总量的70wt%或更多的)一种或多种耐钙性的非皂阴离子表面活性剂,或仅由其组成。
阳离子表面活性剂体系
本发明组合物包含至少0.1wt%的阳离子表面活性剂体系。一般地,该阳离子表面活性剂体系可占组合物总量的高达15wt%。然而,优选其占组合物的0.5-5wt%。
优选的阳离子表面活性剂类型包括具有下式的那些:

任选的其它表面活性剂
如果希望,也可包含非离子表面活性剂。优选,这些物质的含量总计占组合物重量的0.1-7wt%。更优选0.5-4wt%,尤其是0.9-3wt%。
优选的非离子表面活性剂是平均乙氧基化度为2-12,更优选3-10的脂肪醇。优选,该脂肪醇是C10-C16,更优选C12-C15的。
助洗剂
本发明组合物在用作洗衣用组合物时通常也包含一种或多种助洗剂。在该组合物中,助洗剂的总量一般为组合物总重的5-80wt%,优选10-60wt%。在一个实施方案中,助洗剂的量为组合物总重的0-80wt%,优选0-45wt%。
可存在的无机助洗剂包括碳酸钠,如果希望,其可与用于碳酸钙的晶种结合使用,如GB-A-1 437 950中公开的;晶体和无定形铝硅酸盐,例如GB-A-1 473 201中公开的沸石、GB-A-1 473 202中公开的无定形铝硅酸盐以及GB-A-1 470 250中公开的混合的晶体/无定形铝硅酸盐;以及BP-A-164 514中公开的层状硅酸盐。无机磷酸盐助洗剂,例如正磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钠也适用于本发明。
本发明组合物优选包含碱金属、优选钠的铝硅酸盐助洗剂。铝硅酸钠的一般加入量为10-70wt%(按无水物重量计),优选25-50wt%。
当铝硅酸盐是沸石时,其最高量为19wt%。
所述碱金属铝硅酸盐可以是晶体或无定形的,或其混合物,具有通式:0.8-1.5 Na2O.Al2O3.0.8-6 SiO2。
这些物质含有一些结合水,并且要求其具有的钙离子交换能力为至少50mg CaO/g。优选的铝硅酸钠包含1.5-3.5个SiO2单元(在上式中)。无定形物质和晶体物质都可以通过硅酸钠和铝酸钠的反应容易地制备出来,如文献中的充分描述。在例如GB 1 429 143(Procter& Gamble)中描述了适合的晶体铝硅酸钠离子交换助洗剂。优选的这类铝硅酸钠是众所周知的市售沸石A和X,及其混合物。
所述沸石可以是市售的沸石4A,其现在被广泛地用于衣用洗涤剂粉末。然而,根据本发明的优选实施方案,加入本发明组合物的沸石助洗剂是铝最多的沸石P(沸石MAP),如EP-A-384 070描述和要求权利的。沸石MAP被定义为沸石P型的碱金属铝硅酸盐,其硅与铝的比例不超过1.33,优选为0.90-1.33,更优选为0.90-1.20。
特别优选的是沸石MAP,其硅与铝的比例不超过1.07,更优选约1.00。沸石MAP的钙结合量一般为至少150mg CaO/g无水物质。
可以存在的有机助洗剂包括聚羧酸盐聚合物,如聚丙烯酸盐、丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物和丙烯酸亚膦酸盐;单体聚羧酸盐,如柠檬酸盐、葡糖酸盐、氧联二琥珀酸盐、甘油单-、二-和三琥珀酸盐、羧甲氧基琥珀酸盐、羧甲氧基丙二酸盐、二吡啶甲酸盐、羟乙基亚氨基二乙酸盐、烷基-和烯基丙二酸盐和琥珀酸盐;以及磺化的脂肪酸盐。这些列出的物质不是穷举的。
特别优选的有机助洗剂是柠檬酸盐,其适合的用量为5-30wt%,优选10-25wt%;以及丙烯酸聚合物,更特别是丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物,其适合的用量为0.5-15wt%,优选1-10wt%。
无机和有机助洗剂都优选以碱金属盐,特别是钠盐形式存在。
漂白剂
本发明的洗衣用组合物也可以适当地含有漂白体系。织物洗涤组合物可能希望包含过氧漂白化合物,例如能在水溶液中产生过氧化氢的无机过酸盐或有机过酸。
适用的过氧漂白化合物包括有机过氧化物,如过氧化脲;和无机过酸盐,如碱金属过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硅酸盐和过硫酸盐。优选的无机过酸盐是过硼酸钠一水合物和四水合物,以及过碳酸钠。
特别优选的是过碳酸钠,其具有抵御由湿气引起的失稳效应的保护层。具有含偏硼酸钠和硅酸钠的保护层的过碳酸钠公开在GB-A-2123 044中。
过氧漂白化合物适合的存在量为0.1-35wt%,优选0.5-25wt%。该过氧漂白化合物可以与漂白活化剂(漂白剂前体)结合使用,以便改善在低洗涤温度下的漂白作用。漂白剂前体适合的存在量为0.1-8wt%,优选0.5-5wt%。
优选的漂白剂前体是过羧酸前体,更特别是过乙酸前体和过壬酸前体。适用于本发明的特别优选的漂白剂前体是N,N,N′,N′-四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)和壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠(SNOBS)。公开在美国专利4,751,015和US-A-4,818,426以及EP-A402 971中的新型季铵和季鏻漂白剂前体,和公开在EP-A-284 292和EP-A-303 520中的阳离子漂白剂前体也使人感兴趣。
可用过氧酸补充或替代所述漂白体系。这种过酸的例子出现在US-A-4,686,063和US-A-5,397,501中。优选的例子是描述在EP-A-325 288、EP-A-349 940、DE-A-382 3172和EP-A-325 289中的酰亚氨基过氧羧酸类过酸。特别优选的例子是苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧己酸(PAP)。这种过酸适合的存在量为0.1-12%,优选0.5-10%。
也可存在漂白稳定剂(过渡金属螯合剂)。适当的漂白稳定剂包括乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、聚膦酸盐如Dequest(商标),以及非磷酸盐稳定剂如EDDS(乙二胺二琥珀酸)。这些漂白稳定剂也可用于去污,特别是在漂白物质含量低或不含漂白物质的产品中。
特别优选的漂白体系含有过氧漂白化合物(优选过碳酸钠,任选与漂白活化剂结合使用)和过渡金属漂白催化剂,如EP-A-458 397、EP-A-458 398和EP-A-509 787中描述并要求权利的。
酶
本发明的洗衣用组合物也可包含一种或多种酶。适当的酶包括可用于加入洗涤剂组合物中的蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、氧化酶、过氧化物酶和脂肪酶。优选的蛋白水解酶(蛋白酶)是催化激活的蛋白质物质,其在水解反应中降解或改变作为织物污迹存在的污迹蛋白质的类型。它们可以是任何适合的来源,如植物、动物、细菌或酵母源的。
可以得到各种质量和来源并在4-12的各pH值范围内具有活性的蛋白水解酶或蛋白酶,并可用于本发明。适合的蛋白水解酶的例子是从枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌的特定菌株中获得的枯草杆菌蛋白酶,如Gist Brocades N.V.,Delft,Holland提供的市售枯草杆菌蛋白酶Maxatase(商标)和Novo Industri A/S,Copenhagen,Denmark提供的Alcalase(商标)。
特别适合的是从在8-12的pH值范围内始终具有最大活性的芽孢杆菌属菌株中获得的蛋白酶,它可市购,如以注册商品名Esperase(商标)和Savinase(商标)购自Novo Industri A/S。GB 1 243 785描述了这些酶及其同功酶的制备。其它市售的蛋白酶是Kazusase(商标,从日本的Showa-Denko获得)、Optimase(商标,从西德汉诺威的Miles Kali-Chemie获得),以及Superase(商标,从美国的Pfizer获得)。
通常使用颗粒形的去污酶,其用量为约0.1-3.0wt%。然而,可以使用任何适合外形的酶。
其它任选的次要成分
本发明组合物可以含有碱金属碳酸盐,优选碳酸钠,以便增加去污力并易于加工。碳酸钠适合的存在量为1-60wt%,优选2-40wt%。然而含有少量或不含碳酸钠的组合物也落入本发明的范围内。
粉末流动性可通过加入粉末表面活性剂来改善,例如加入脂肪酸(或脂肪酸皂)、糖、丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸酯/马来酸酯共聚物、或硅酸钠。一种优选的粉末表面活性剂是脂肪酸皂,其适合的存在量为1-5wt%。
可以存在于本发明组合物中的其它物质包括硅酸钠;抗再沉积剂,如纤维素聚合物;无机盐,如硫酸钠;根据需要而定的泡沫控制剂或助泡剂;染料;彩色斑饰物;香料;泡沫控制剂;荧光增白剂和去偶合剂。这些列出的物质不是穷举的。
制备组合物
本发明组合物可以通过任何适合的方法制备。
制备路径的选择部分取决于所包含的表面活性剂的稳定性或热敏性,以及其应用形式。
例如α-烯烃磺酸盐是通用的,并可为粉末、膏状和溶液形式。
烷基醚硫酸盐对热较敏感、易于水解并可以为浓的(例如约70%性物质的)含水膏状物质或更稀的(例如28.5wt%)溶液。
在任何场合,可以在如下所述加工步骤后加入各种成分,如酶、漂白成分、螯合剂、聚合物和香料,这些成分传统上是分别加入的(例如酶作为颗粒进行后加料,香料进行喷涂)。
适合的方法包括:
(1)将主要成分滚筒干燥,任选随后进行造粒或将其它成分后加料;
(2)在高速混合机/成粒机例如Fukae(商标)FS系列混合器中,将全部成分、优选与至少一种糊状表面活性剂一起进行非塔造粒,以便使表面活性剂糊中的水可以起粘合剂的作用;
(3)在高速/中速成粒机联合作用大,在膜式急骤干燥机/蒸发器或流化床成粒机中进行非塔造粒。

Claims (8)
1.一种洗涤剂组合物,其含有:
(a)至少5wt%的耐钙性的非皂阴离子表面活性剂体系,其含有α-烯烃磺酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐;
(b)至少0.1wt%的阳离子表面活性剂体系,其中(a)∶(b)的重量比为3∶1-1∶1;和
(c)余量为其它任选存在的各洗涤剂成分。
2.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其含有至少15wt%的阴离子表面活性剂体系(a)。
3.权利要求2的洗涤剂组合物,其中的阴离子表面活性剂体系含有占阴离子表面活性剂总量的至少70wt%的耐钙性的非皂阴离子表面活性剂。
4.前述权利要求任一项的洗涤剂组合物,其中耐钙性的非皂阴离子表面活性剂体系(a)含有重量比为5∶1-15∶1的α-烯烃磺酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐。
5.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其含有0.5-5wt%的阳离子表面活性剂体系。
6.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中阳离子表面活性剂体系含有一种或多种选自下式化合物的阳离子表面活性剂:
R1R2R3R4N+X-
其中R1是疏水基;
R2、R3和R4独立地选自羟乙基、羟丙基和C1-4烷基;X-是增溶阳离子。
7.权利要求1的组合物,其含有0-45wt%的助洗剂。
8.权利要求1的粉末洗涤剂组合物,其中组分(a)和(b)被包含在单独的颗粒中,各颗粒都不含另一种组分。
