提供一种抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置,其能利用远距离发出的开锁信号可靠地解除操作手柄的抽出拘束,而且能通过操作手柄插入操作自动地再拘束。螺线管(12)紧固于手柄插座(2)的背面侧,在枢装于手柄插座(2)的止动联动板(13)上形成钩搭部(7),止动联动板(13)枢装于螺线管(12)的插棒式铁芯(14),用弹簧(15)对止动联动板(13)沿与止动板(8)的卡合方向回转施力,利用螺线管(12)的通电拉回止动联动板(13),并使止动板(8)与钩搭部(7)的卡合解除。

Description

抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置
技术领域
本发明涉及相对于内装各种机器类的箱本体等固定框体对门进行锁定的抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄操作装置。
背景技术
例如在日本特许专利第2969118号公报记载的以往的抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置中,操作手柄整体或主体部份可出没地收纳在固定于门上的手柄插座内,操作手柄基端枢装于旋转锁主轴的前端部,装入操作手辆的钥匙机构的转子连接于插入、脱出手柄插座侧钩搭部的止动板,转动插入前述转子钥匙孔的钥匙可以解除操作手柄对手柄插座锁定,通过从手柄插座抽出并旋转的操作手柄对旋转锁的主轴回转驱动以解除门对固定框体的锁定。
在这种抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置中,如机器箱的管理者到机器箱设置场所而未将钥匙插入钥匙机构,则不能解除操作手柄对于手柄插座的抽出拘束。
因此,在机器箱的正式管理者所在场所与机器箱设置场所分开的场合,管理者向机器箱来往走动则过分浪费时间。
本发明内容
从而,本发明的目的在于提供一种抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置,使机器箱管理者远距离发出开锁信号即能可靠地解除操作手柄的抽出拘束,而当机器箱的作业人员将操作手柄插进时,则操作手柄重新受拘束,不能自动抽出。
技术方案1所述的发明为一种抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置,其中,操作手柄3的整体或主体部份可出没地收纳在与门1紧固的手柄插座2中,操作手柄3的基端部枢装于旋转锁主轴4的前端部,将装入操作手柄3的钥匙机构5的转子6连接于与手柄插座2侧钩搭部7卡合、脱开的止动  板8,利用插入转子6的钥匙孔9的钥匙10的旋转操作解除操作手柄3对手柄插座2的抽出拘束,通过从手柄插座2抽出并使之旋转的操作手柄3对旋转锁主轴4回转驱动,以解除门1对于固定框体11的锁定,其特征在于,在手柄插座2的背面侧紧固有螺线管12,在枢装于手柄插座2的止动联动板13上形成所述钩搭部7,将止动联动板13枢装于螺线管12的插棒式铁芯14,将弹簧15嵌装在螺线管12的插棒式铁芯14上,并将该弹簧15在螺线管12的本体与止动联动板13之间压缩,由此对止动联动板13向与止动板8卡合的方向回转施力,并通过对螺线管12通电将止动联动板13拉回以解除止动板8与钩搭部7的卡合。
技术方案2的抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置,除技术方案1的前述构成外,还在手柄插座2形成止动联动板13进入的开口部16,用穿过在该开口部16左右两侧形成的手柄插座2的侧壁部17、18的枢轴19而使止动联动板13的基端部枢装于手柄插座2,在止动联动板13的中间部枢装有螺线管12的插棒式铁芯14,在止动联动板13的前端部形成与所述开口部16背面侧的边壁部20抵接的支承板部21,在支承板部21的基部形成所述钩搭部7。
如图1及图2所示,使门闭锁,用接到旋转锁主轴4的锁紧装置22使门1相对于机器箱本体等的固定框体11锁定为不能开门时,操作手柄3的主体部份收纳于手柄插座2内,由于钥匙机构5的止动板8与座止动联动板13的钩搭部7卡合,操作手柄3受到拘束,不能从手柄插座2中抽出,
为了对装在机器箱内的机器进行操作、检修而将作业人员派去机器箱处时,机器箱的管理者在与机器箱设置场所分开的所在场所操作控制屏的开关接通,供给用作使螺丝管12脱扣信号的规定电流。由于该螺旋管12的激磁使插棒式铁芯14吸到螺线管本体侧止动联动板13拉回并旋转而使部份或整体从手柄插座2的开口部12抽出,钩搭部7与止动板8的卡合解除。
这时,对钥匙机构5不作任何操作,止动板8仍为在手柄插座2的开口部16内突出状态。
派到现场的作业者从手柄插座2内抽出操作手柄3时,前述止动板8从前述开口部16内部分通过并移动到手柄插座2的外部空间。操作手柄3抽出旋转结束后,切断对螺旋管12的供电,止动联动板13由于弹簧15的施力又回复进入开口部16内的位置。
若握住使从手柄插座2抽出旋转的手柄3旋转驱动旋转锁主轴4,则与锁主轴相接的锁紧装置22便从固定框体11侧的插座部23脱开而解除门1对固定框体11锁定。因此,通过将操作手柄3拉至跟前,可对门1进行打开操作。
作业者在结束机器检修等后将操作手柄3推回手柄插座2内时,由于止动板8的前端部压住手柄插座止动联动板13的侧面,手柄插座支承板13克服弹簧15的施力,一旦从开口部16部份露出,则允许止动板8通过,止动板8的前端部通过前述钩搭部12的位置时,手柄插座止动联动板13因弹簧15施力而回复转动,止动板8的前端部与手柄插座止动联动板13的钩搭部12重新卡合。
如前所述,在技术方案1的抽出旋转操作让用锁紧手柄装置中,螺线管12紧固在手柄插座2的背面侧,在枢装于手柄插座2的止动联动板13上形成钩搭部7,止动联动板13枢装有螺线管12的插棒式铁芯14,使作为开锁信号的所定电流流入螺线管12,能可靠地解除止动联动板13的钩搭部7与止动板8的卡合,所以,机器箱管理者不必自己到机器箱设置场所对钥匙机构进行开锁操作,可以远距离操作,使特定的1个或多个机器箱调节到可开门状态,能在一处集中进行机器箱的开门管理。
而且,止动联动板13由弹簧15沿止动板8与钩搭部7的卡合成立的方向回转施力,所以,在操作手柄3抽出操作后向切断螺线管12通电时,钩搭部7回复手柄插座2的前述开口部16内,所以作业者将操作手柄插进手柄插座2时,止动板8与止动联动板13自动卡合,操作手柄重新受拘束而不能抽出。这样,由于回复动作中形成自动闭锁机构,所以不会忘记插入钥匙,作业者不需到机器箱设置场所确认旋转锁。
在螺线管12的驱动回路中发生电气故障的紧急情况时,通过将钥匙10插进钥匙机构5进行拉回止动板8操作,即能解除止动板8与止动联动板13的卡合,不会对机器箱的开门及维修检查造成障碍。
技术方案2的发明,除技术方案1的前述效果外,并在手柄插座2形成嵌入止动联动板13的开口部16,在其左右两侧形成侧壁部17、18,用通过该侧壁部17、18的枢轴19将止动联动板13的基端部枢装于手柄插座2,在止动联动板13的前端部形成与该开口部16背面侧的边壁部20抵接的支承板部21,并在支承板21的基部形成前述钩搭部7,所以止动联动板13对于机器外力的弯曲变形是强固的,该抽出旋转操作型锁紧手柄装置牢固性卓越。

具体实施方式
在图示实施例中,旋转锁主轴4不能前后移动地嵌插于手柄插座2的背面形成的轴承筒部24,大致L字形板组成的锁紧装置22不能相对转动地嵌入旋转锁主轴4的后端方轴部,并用螺栓25紧固。操作手柄3的基端部的背面侧凹部26插入旋转锁主轴4的前端部,利用与门1的前面平行的横断枢轴27使操作手柄3与旋转主轴4连接成可起伏回转。
在操作手柄3与转锁主轴4之间插入有包含圆盘形弹簧垫圈的爪机构28,以将操作手柄3保持在点划线所示的抽出旋转位置,或者是旋转锁主轴4旋转90°的开锁位置,
钥匙机构5插入紧固于操作手柄3的前端部,将转子6作为锁定于锁本体的内部闭锁机构,并使用公知的盘形回动闭锁机构。在转子6后端面与转动中心偏心位置处突设有凸轮突起29。将止动板8插入操作手柄3上形成的上下方向的导槽31。止动板8上形成插入前述凸轮突起29的横长槽30。
将所定的钥匙10插入转子6的钥匙孔9以解除转子6对于锁本体的旋转拘束,用钥匙10使转子6旋转规定角度,则由于凸轮突起29与横长槽30的协动作用,止动板8沿导槽31向下移动,止动板8的前端部从手柄插座2的前述开口部16脱出,止动联动板13的钩搭部7与止动板8前端部的卡合解除。
止动联动板13用与门1的前面平行的枢轴19枢装于手柄插座2左右侧壁部17、19。止动联动板13的中间部上面侧突设连接板部32,该连接板部32插入插棒式铁芯14下端部的开槽部33,并通过与门1的前面平行的枢轴34与插棒式铁芯14连接。止动联动板13的施力用弹簧15兼用作螺线管12的插棒式铁芯14的复位弹簧,弹簧15用压缩线圈弹簧构成。螺线管12不通电时,只有弹簧15的弹簧力作用于插棒式铁芯14,插棒式铁芯14与止动联动板13的移动连动而上下自由移动。
面向前述钩搭部7的止动板8侧的轮廓线形成以枢轴19为曲率中心的圆弧面,止动联动板13受插棒式铁芯14牵引以枢轴19为中心旋转时,钩搭部7不与止动板8的前端部干涉。
作为回避这种干涉的方法,钩搭部7形成方形,并可在与止动板8的前端部之间设定安全空间。这种场合,操作手柄3在旋转锁的状态产生手柄插座2前后方向稍微移动的余地。手柄插座2从前面侧嵌入门1的安装孔35,并用从门1背面侧盖上的垫板36和小螺钉37紧固在门1上。
操作手柄3前端部比手柄插座2的下端部稍微突出而成为指触突起38。
操作手柄3在旋转锁状态从抽出旋转方向硬抽出时,该机械外力从钥匙机构5的止动板8经钩搭部7传至止动联动板13,再从止动联动板13经枢轴19和支承板部21分散传至手柄插座2的左右侧壁面17、18及开口部16的背面侧边壁部20,所以,挡块联动板13对于弯曲损伤是强固的。

Claims (2)

1.一种抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置,其中,操作手柄(3)的整体或主体部份可出没地收纳在与门(1)紧固的手柄插座(2)中,操作手柄(3)的基端部枢装于旋转锁主轴(4)的前端部,将装入操作手柄(3)的钥匙机构(5)的转子(6)连接于与手柄插座(2)侧钩搭部(7)卡合、脱开的止动板(8),利用插入转子(6)的钥匙孔(9)的钥匙(10)的旋转操作解除操作手柄(3)对手柄插座(2)的抽出拘束,通过从手柄插座(2)抽出并使之旋转的操作手柄(3)对旋转锁主轴(4)回转驱动,以解除门(1)对于固定框体(11)的锁定,
其特征在于,在手柄插座(2)的背面侧紧固有螺线管(12),在枢装于手柄插座(2)的止动联动板(13)上形成所述钩搭部(7),将止动联动板(13)枢装于螺线管(12)的插棒式铁芯(14),将弹簧(15)嵌装在螺线管(12)的插棒式铁芯(14)上,并将该弹簧(15)在螺线管(12)的本体与止动联动板(13)之间压缩,由此对止动联动板(13)向与止动板(8)卡合的方向回转施力,并通过对螺线管(12)通电将止动联动板(13)拉回以解除止动板(8)与钩搭部(7)的卡合。
2.如权利要求1所述的抽出旋转操作型门用锁紧手柄装置,其特征在于,在手柄插座(2)形成止动联动板(13)进入的开口部(16),用穿过在该开口部(16)左右两侧形成的手柄插座(2)的侧壁部(17、18)的枢轴(19)而使止动联动板(13)的基端部枢装于手柄插座(2),在止动联动板(13)的中间部枢装有螺线管(12)的插棒式铁芯(14),在止动联动板(13)的前端部形成与所述开口部(16)背面侧的边壁部(20)抵接的支承板部(21),在支承板部(21)的基部形成所述钩搭部(7)。
