技术领域
本发明涉及一种遮篷织物及其制备方法,更具体地说,涉及一种有极好光牢度和色牢度的织物以及一种制备这样的织物的方法。
背景技术
在美国和许多欧洲国家,考虑到周围气氛,遮篷织物长期用作户外遮篷帷幔或帷幔,以及用于遮光的女用阳伞的原布。最近在韩国,这样遮篷帷幔也放在商用建筑例如特别是大城市的高挡餐厅或咖啡馆的正门外,不仅用于防阳光射入建筑物内部以及防雨雪,而且还基于各种独特的颜色和图案得到不同于其他企业的视觉效果,从而产生对该企业的强烈印象,给顾客一个宣传效果。
因为遮篷织物主要安装在建筑物外,所以所述的织物在至少五年内应耐阳光变色或褪色,以及具有韧性和耐气侯性,此外还应具有一定的硬度、轻质和对一定程度人为弯曲的坚实性。
即使最初使用韧性的天然大麻织物制作的粗织物组织,但它重量大,难以得到各种不同的颜色,而且还易于阳光变色或褪色,耐气侯性和耐用性差,因此大麻纤维被各种合成纤维所替代。
此外,与过去仅用于上述的遮光不同,这些年来由遮篷织物制作的遮篷帷幔或帷幔还起到说明库房提供的商品的使用和质量的商标作用。所以,同样很好地注意遮篷产品本身的质量,其结果在许多合成纤维中,丙烯酸酯纤维制成的短纤维纱由于易于染色得到高质量图象,因而广泛用作遮篷织物。
与天然大麻织物相比,丙烯酸酯纤维制成的织物较轻,尽管如此它还能有极好的强度,以及由于它们的令人愉快的触感和悬垂性,外观不单调,并可得到精美的图像,并且与大多数其他的合成纤维不同,能染上各种颜色。
但是,首先是由于价格高,因而限制了丙烯酸酯纤维制成的遮篷织物的广泛应用。
发明内容
考虑到已知遮篷织物的上述各种问题,本发明旨在开发一种能造成类似丙烯酸酯纤维产品的气氛的遮篷织物,但制备费用低,所述的遮篷织物与丙烯酸酯纤维相比,不仅包括拉伸强度在内的强度极好,而且光牢度和色牢度也极好。
因此,根据本发明,开发了一种基于聚酯长丝纱的遮篷织物,到目前为止这种织物不作为遮篷织物,由于特殊加工的聚酯长丝纱用于有独特气氛的织物产品,所述的织物在光牢度、色牢度、耐气侯性和防水性方面超过丙烯酸酯纤维,而且在基本的物理性质例如包括拉伸强度在内的各种强度、硬度和悬垂性方面也优于丙烯酸酯纤维。
具体实施方式
本发明的遮篷织物由于均衡的染色以及色牢度和光牢度,能经受往阳光引起的变色或褪色,以及有极好的耐气候性和耐用性,以致适用作游艇顶篷、阳篷等,以遮光和雨雪,它用以下步骤制备:将高密度、高膨松和卷曲变形的聚酯长丝纱机织;然后用聚四氟乙烯涂料溶液均匀处理生成的织物的内部和外表面。
具体地说,本发明制备遮篷织物的方法包括以下过程:使聚酯长丝纱卷曲变形;使所述的卷曲变形聚酯长丝纱上浆然后将它机织;用含有聚四氟乙烯的涂料溶液处理生成的机织织物。
当上述涂覆过程中涂料溶液还含有三聚氰胺时,由于与聚四氟乙烯的协合作用,机织织物可有改进的韧性以及遮篷织物所需的极好的物理性质。
此外,照例遮篷织物可纱染或织染,特别是可在始初的树脂溶液状态通过挤压纺丝的时侯用纺液染(溶液染色)着色,以致织物的内部和外表面均匀地染色,并可有极好的耐用性,包括耐气侯性以及光牢度和色牢度。
本发明用于遮篷织物的聚酯长丝纱由多元酸和多元醇的共聚得到的高分子化合物组成,它们包括通常由对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇制得的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,商品名Tetoron,Terylene或Dacron;Kodel(商品名,Eastman Chemical,U.S.A),一种对苯二甲酸二甲酯和1,4-环己二甲醇的共聚产物;以及Vycron(商品名,NorthAmerican Rayon,U.S.A),一种对苯二甲酸二甲酯/间苯二甲酸甲酯和乙二醇得到的混合酯形式的共聚产物。
根据本发明的一个方面,将聚酯长丝纱进行喷气卷曲变形过程,其中将长丝纱暴露在压缩空气中,以便用空气和水磨擦平滑的表面,以致在长丝纱的表面产生纱圈、毛圈、卷曲等形式的拉绒和绒毛或羽毛。
也就是,将缠在粗纱架上的许多股聚酯长丝纱同时松散通过喷头,将它们并在一起,然后暴露在高压空气中,其中组合股的表面被损坏、刮痕和龟裂,生成许多拉绒、绒毛或羽毛,以致使膨松性增加以及得到类短纤纱的外观。
在上述的过程中,当通过喷嘴在聚酯长丝纱的表面提供水时,希望提供常规预定的水量,因为它可防止静电的产生,以及长丝表面保持一些湿度可提高磨擦效果。
本发明的遮篷织物被机织得很致密,本身有一定程度的耐水性。而且,因为用含聚四氟乙烯的涂料溶液涂覆机织织物,防水性和遮篷性都进一步提高。虽然聚四氟乙烯的数量取决于处理的织物数量,但优选以3-9%(重量)加到水中。在上述下限下,防水性和遮篷性都较差;而当数量超过上限时,处理费用变得很高。此外,当5-12%(重量)的三聚氰胺与催化剂一起加到涂料溶液中时,可更精细调整硬度。当数量小于下限时,不能得到所需的硬度。但当数量超过上限时,机织产品的表面太硬。虽然加入三聚氰胺的首要目的是要使制备的织物的触感更硬,但与上述聚四氟乙烯共同操作的树脂在防水性、光牢度、耐气侯性、耐热性和耐化学品性方面,提供作为遮篷织物的最佳功能。
作为使遮篷织物组织着色的方法以及使用的染料和颜料,原有的方法和染料可同样应用,没有什么特珠的要求。但是,可优选使用有极好耐光性和耐高温性以及色牢度的染料及其相应的方法。换句话说,在聚酯长丝纱卷曲变形后按纱染法或卷曲变形卷曲(变形法)后按织染法进行染色,随后按传统的方式在制备过程中使聚酯长丝纱机织。
此外,对于本发明的遮篷织物来说,可使用纺液染(溶液染)法,其中当酯类聚合物的原树脂溶液挤压纺丝时,将染料或颜料加到挤压机中,以致着色剂与长丝均匀混合以便均匀着色。在这种情况下,聚酯长丝纱的内部和外部都以相同的分布均匀染色,所以当遮篷织物随后作为帐篷等使用时,其色调牢度和耐气侯性变得很好。因此,这最后一种染色方法是最优选的。
为了更好地了解本发明的遮篷织物的特性及其制备方法,结合下面的实施例来描述本发明。但是应当理解,这些实施例仅仅是邦助了解本发明,所以熟悉本专业的技术人员在本发明的精神实质和附后的权利要求书范围内可能作出任何改进和改变。
实施例1
将5股100D(D:旦)聚酯长丝纱(由Dong Yang Nylon Co.,Korea生产)从各自的粗纱架上同时松开,并送至空气卷曲变形设备的喷嘴。将送入的纱结合成单股,同时不断进行,在进行的过程中,长丝的平滑表面稍润湿并通过高压空气的作用以及从喷嘴的一侧送入水,与压缩空气进行磨擦接触,从而在长丝股的表面周围的损伤处产生许多细的毛圈等,在所有的表面上产生拉绒和绒毛。因此,此刻超过540D的单纱有相当高的表观体积,以致类似有丰富触感的短纤纱的表面。
在如此生产的变形纱上浆以后,2股纱用作经纱和纬纱,形成很致密的机织织物。通常用水洗浸渍在Teflon(商品名)和水按0.06∶1的比例的混合物组成的涂料溶液中在拉幅和最终缠绕下染色。
如此制得的织物的试验结果表明,其结果是如此的好,以致远远超过遮篷织物的标准。所述的试验在恒定的条件下进行,其结果包括物理性质,例如耐气候性、拉伸强度、防水性和弹性,以及染色牢度和光牢度。
实施例2
进行上述实施例1相同的步骤,不同的是将三聚氰胺含量为35%的三聚氰胺树脂溶液加到实施例1相同的涂料溶液中,处理溶液与三聚氰胺溶液的比为1∶0.08。
正如在实施例1中一样进行的试验的结果表明,就光牢度和防水性来说,在这一实施例中的遮篷织物优于由上述实施例得到的遮篷织物。因此,可以得出用三聚氰胺进一步处理是更优选的。
实施例3
以实施例1相同的方式制备遮篷织物,不同的是纺丝挤压聚酯熔体时,将颜料加到装在挤压机的料斗中的纺丝基础溶液中,并在纺长丝以前很好地混合。
按实施例1相同的步骤进行的遮篷织物试验的结果表明,染色均衡度和色牢度以及光牢度都稍优于第一实施例中的织物,而其他物理性质几乎仍相同。
如上所述,根据本发明,能产生豪华气氛的有极好触感外观的遮篷织物可以比传统的其他织物低得多的价格来制备。此外,遮篷织物所需的重量、拉伸强度和其他强度以及硬度都是适合的,耐水性特别是防水性是如此地好,以致在遮篷下允许常常向上通过的热空气或湿气,而且能防阳光和雨雪。耐气候性和极好的耐用性使这种织物最适合在游艇、户外帐篷、帷幔、女用阳伞等中用作罩或顶篷的遮篷织物。
此外,本发明的遮篷织物主要由于其加光整理和均衡的染色性,可为它们提供能吸引顾客注意的最新流行趋势的各种各样的颜色,这些性质与色牢度和光牢度一起使这种织物最优化,特别是作为用于户外标牌的基础织物。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于遮避阳光以及耐水和防水的遮篷织物,在高密度、高膨松和卷曲变形的聚酯长丝纱机织以后,织物的内部和外表面用聚四氟乙烯的涂料溶液均匀地处理。
2.根据权利要求1的遮篷织物其中所述的涂料溶液还含有三聚氰胺溶液。
3.根据权利要求1或2的遮篷织物,其中所述的聚酯长丝纱在染色以后机织,或者在机织成坯布以后染色,或者在挤压和纺丝步骤的纺丝以前,用于聚酯长丝纱的原树脂溶液用染料或颜料着色。
4.一种制备遮篷织物的方法,所述的方法包括以下过程:通过纺丝将聚酯长丝纱卷曲变形;将所述的聚酯长丝纱上浆;然后将它机织;用聚四氟乙烯的涂料溶液处理生成的机织织物。
