减小质量的轮胎胎圈
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有径向胎体加强件的轮胎,特别是用于安装在“重载”类型的轮辋上的轮胎,该轮辋的支座相对于旋转轴线倾斜α角,其中0°≤α≤6°。
背景技术
所述的轮辋根据现行的标准(TRA、ETRTO、JATMA)具有相对高的凸缘的特性,用于这种轮辋的轮胎通常是安装有一内胎管,它带有在两轮胎胎圈的内壁之间的垫带。

所述辅助加强件的主要目的一方面是减小该胎体加强件翻转的端部在三维上的移动,另一方面是减小橡胶混合物防护层在三维上的移动,即已知的防护材,它绕着与该轮辋接触的胎圈表面。
任何由金属部件或其它部件形成的加强装置是较贵的,并且许多研究试图省去该胎圈加强装置,而不影响该轮胎胎圈的基本功能,即该轮胎在驱动状态下尽可能长时间地保持在轮辋上,这需要的解决方案在轮辋抗磨损和防磨损上有好的特点。
为了改善在恶劣的工作条件下的胎边耐久性,在JP10-211806的专利文件中提出在胎边的翻转和与轮辋接触的硬橡胶胎圈包布之间增加一“柔性应力橡胶层”(参见附图标记7)的方案。该插入层在此仅用于减少在胎边翻转端部的应力。
该轮辋凸缘磨损的问题,是由于轮胎反复弯曲以及胎圈和轮辋凸缘之间的运动产生的,似乎已通过利用适当的胎圈外表面的子午线形状而解决,所述的形状包括进入并保持与该轮辋凸缘表面持续接触的第一弯曲部分,所述的一部分在与第二弯曲部分的结合点处具有一个曲率不连续的断开,其第二部分的子午线形状使得它在任何情况下不能与该轮辋凸缘接触。从子午线剖面看两弯曲之间的断开可确定一个由在结合点上的两曲线的切线构成的锐角,如果该角度至少等于35°,该断开是急转的。这种解决方案在FR2406530专利中描述和公开。这方案被证明不足以补偿由胎圈产生的抗磨损性的不足,该不足是由于缺少辅助胎便加强防护材而引起的。
发明内容
为了补偿该抗磨损的不足,轮胎用于安装在一轮辋上,该轮辋的支座与旋转轴线形成在0°和6°之间的夹角,具有在每个胎圈中固定在一胎圈钢丝上而形成翻转的径向胎体加强件,所述胎圈钢丝轴向位于该加强件的主体部分和其翻转之间,径向被至少一个大致为三角形和较高肖氏A硬度的橡胶混合物成形件复盖,其特征在于,每个胎圈的轴向外表面的子午线形状,具有进入并保持与该轮辋凸缘表面持续接触的第一弯曲部分,及在曲率突然断开处出现第二弯曲部分,该形状与高度为HL的、在胎圈钢丝上面和轴向在该加强件的主体部分和其翻转之间的橡胶混合物形状相结合,以此方式,该形状在整个高度及在轴向上与胎体加强件翻转的相接触,并由一低硬度橡胶混合物成形体与该主体部分分开,一个第三低硬度橡胶混合物成形体被置于该胎体加强件翻转的外侧,在覆盖该胎圈B轴向外侧的防护装置和所述翻转之间,其中,该第三低肖氏A硬度最多等于60点。
较大肖氏A硬度的橡胶混合物可以理解为意味着硬度至少等于85点。
低肖氏A硬度的橡胶混合物可以理解为意味着硬度最多等于60点。
在已知的方式中,该胎圈径向上面的橡胶成形体通常使得其上端与主体部分附着,以此方式,该成形体在垂直方向上不与该加强件的翻转接触。本发明倒转这个位置,该成形体上端与该加强件的翻转接触,并且高硬度橡胶混合物成形体的倒转位置与胎圈表面子午线形体相结合允许省去常规的辅助加强建防护材,并由此降低成本价格而不损失轮胎的胎圈耐久性和防磨损性。
该胎圈防护装置的抗磨损性和胎圈的耐久性可以由低肖氏A硬度的第三成形体明显改善,该硬度低于相同轮胎在胎体加强件和翻转之间的成形体的硬度,并且最大等于55点。

Claims (2)

2、根据权利要求1的轮胎,其特征在于,该第三橡胶混合物成形体(5)具有低于在该胎体加强件(1)和翻转(10)之间的相同类型成形体(3、4)硬度的肖氏A硬度,并且最大等于55点。
