Abstract
本发明公开的是一种加强子午线轮胎用的钢帘线及使用此钢帘线的子午线轮胎。所述钢帘线由三根钢丝构成,其中一根或者两根钢丝常规捻制,其余钢丝开放式捻制,且每根钢丝都按同一方向捻制。每一根所述的钢丝都使用碳含量为0.7-0.96重量百分比的碳钢,所述钢丝的拉伸强度为260-380kgf/mm2,捻距为10-20mm,且每根钢丝都镀有黄铜。这样改善了附着性能,提高了轮胎的均匀性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及加强子午线轮胎等橡胶产品用的钢帘线,特别涉及由三根钢丝制成的钢帘线,其中一根钢丝按常规捻股,两根钢丝开放式地捻股,且每根钢丝都以同样的方向捻制,这样的钢帘线改善橡胶的附着性,并且提高轮胎的均匀性。本发明还涉及使用这种钢帘线的子午线轮胎。
背景技术
一般而言,在具有所谓的1×3,1×4和1×5结构的钢帘线中比如说1×3结构的钢帘线中,每一根钢丝的直径相同,且都是开放式捻制。图3和图4所示为普通的开放式捻制的的钢帘线101和常规捻制的钢帘线102。图5所示为在解开状态时的开放式捻制用的普通钢丝100a,100b和100c。
与普通的常规或者是紧捻式钢帘线相比,这些钢丝之所以开放式捻制是为了增强橡胶往钢帘线中的渗入性。
此外,开放式捻制的钢帘线是在轧制一次以上钢帘线的断面为椭圆后(轧制成型)使用,或者至少是三根钢丝之一捻制前用多边形辊轧制(预成型)。
开放式捻制备的帘线或者是椭圆断面的帘线在覆涂橡胶时能增强橡胶往钢帘线中的渗入性。但是,与常规的或者说是紧捻的钢帘线相比,开放式捻制的或者说椭圆断面的帘线,其解开的钢丝的形状保持性能高,而紧捻的钢帘线解开的钢丝的形状保持性能低,开放式帘线的低载延伸率(LLE)要高得多。举例来说,当低载范围为0.3-1kgf时,常规钢帘线的延伸率通常小于0.08%,而开放式或椭圆断面的钢帘线的延伸率约为0.3%。因此,在开放式捻制或者椭圆形断面的钢帘线中,为了在覆涂橡胶的工艺中保持开放式钢帘线的形状,需要专门的调整帘线散开张力的处理,通过施加一个小张力减小因开放式捻制形成的间距。此外,当用开放式捻制的钢帘线制造橡胶板时,钢帘线的直径及覆涂板的厚度要增加或改变,最后轮胎的重量要增加。
为了解决上述问题,常规的做法是,在捻制成钢帘线之前,三根钢丝中的一根或者两根钢丝经由多边形轧辊进行预变形。这可以提高加速橡胶覆涂工艺过程的钢帘线的散开张力。然而,在这种情况下,预成型过程中形成的带角度的钢丝在折角点处会出现应力集中,因此轮胎的耐久性会变差。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种加强子午线轮胎用的钢帘线,以解决上述问题,提高橡胶的附着性能,并且改善轮胎的均匀性。此外,本发明还有一个目的是提供一种使用该钢帘线的子午线轮胎。
本发明的这些目的通过使用下列钢帘线实现,这种钢帘线由三根钢丝构成,其中一根钢丝常规捻制,其余两根钢丝开放式捻制,每根钢丝都按同一方向捻制。因此提高了橡胶的附着性能,改善轮胎的均匀性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,按照本发明,钢帘线1由三根钢丝1a,1b,1c捻制而成,P1,P2,P3分别表示捻后状态下钢丝1a,1b,1c的波高。钢帘线1由三根钢丝构成,其中的一根钢丝1c按常规捻制,其余两根钢丝1a,1b开放式捻制,每根钢丝的捻制方向都相同。
图2所示是解开状态下的钢丝1a,1b,1c。在解开状态下,钢丝1a,1b,1c的波高分别用H1,H2,H3表示。
然后,用因子K=H/P(%)表示钢丝的形状保持性能参数。也即,钢丝1a,1b,1c的形状保持性能参数分别为K1=H1/P1×100(%),K2=H2/P2×100(%),K3=H3/P3×100(%)。
三根钢丝中的两根钢丝1a,1b分别具有高的形状保持性能参数90-120%,其形状保持性能参数的差值小于5%。另一根钢丝1c的形状保持性能参数低些,为70-90%。
上述三根钢丝的形状性能参数总结如下:
K1=K2=90-120%,
|K1-K2|<5%,
K3=70-90%,
K3<K1或K2。
具有高的形状保持性能参数的开放式捻制的钢丝1a,1b提供了橡胶覆涂层渗入其中的空间,而具有低的形状保持性能参数的常规捻制的钢丝1c使得在橡胶覆涂工序中加快覆涂过程而增加帘线的散开张力成为可能。也即,在此钢丝捻制系统中,橡胶覆涂工艺过程中,可能增加帘线的张力而不减小橡胶的渗入空间。
详细而言,在橡胶覆涂过程中,如果给钢帘线施加张力,张力主要作用于具有低形状保持性能参数的常规捻制的钢丝1c上。这就意味着,施加有张力时,具有高的形状保持性能参数的开放式捻制的钢丝1a,1b会保持其形状,这样,供橡胶渗入的空间几乎没有减小。按照本发明,由于增加散开张力,处理时间缩短,在钢帘线上覆涂橡胶更易于完成。
钢丝使用碳钢,其碳含量为0.7-0.96重量百分比,捻制前的拉伸强度为260-380kgf/mm2。每根钢丝的捻距都相同,为10-20mm。开放式捻制的钢丝的直径为d1,常规捻制的钢丝的直径为d2,其中d2为0.75d1~1.25dl。例如,d1为0.25~0.35mm,则d2为0.19~0.44mm。
优选钢丝镀有黄铜。这会增加钢帘线和橡胶之间的附着力。
此外,本发明的钢帘线在低载范围内的延伸率小于常规的开放式钢帘线的低载延伸率,这是因为本发明的钢帘线中具有低的形状保持性能参数的常规捻制的钢丝1c,因此,构成本发明的钢帘线的低载延伸率的合成延伸率比开放式钢帘线的要低得多,这使得生产平整度好且尺寸稳定的橡胶板成为可能。由此,轮胎的均匀性提高。
按照本发明,由于具有开放式捻制的钢丝,改善了橡胶面层往钢帘线中的渗透情况。此外,可能提高橡胶覆涂处理过程中钢帘线的散开张力。这样,可以加快覆涂橡胶的速度,大大提高轮胎的均匀性。
按照专利法的规定,以上已经解释了加强子午线轮胎用钢帘线的原理及其操作方式,且图示并说明了本发明的最佳实施例。但是,应该理解,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的前提下,本发明可以以不同于具体图示及说明的方式实施。
Claims (4)
1.一种加强子午线轮胎用的钢帘线,其中,所述钢帘线由三根钢丝(1a、1b、1c)构成,其特征在于两根钢丝(1a、1b)的形状保持性能参数各为90-120%,其间的差值小于5%,且这两根钢丝是开放式捻制的,另外一根钢丝(1c)的形状保持性能参数为70-90%,且是常规捻制的,所述每一根钢丝都以同一方向捻制,所述两根开放式捻制的钢丝(1a、1b)中每根钢丝的直径为d1,且常规捻制的钢丝(1c)的直径为d2,其中d1为0.25-0.35mm,d2为0.75d1-1.25d1。
2.如权利要求1所述的加强子午线轮胎用的钢帘线,其特征在于,每一根所述的钢丝都使用碳含量为0.7-0.96重量百分比的碳钢,所述钢丝捻制前的拉伸强度为260-380kgf/mm2,捻距为10-20mm,且每根钢丝都镀有黄铜。
3.一种子午线轮胎,包括许多钢帘线及覆涂钢帘线的橡胶板,其中,每一根所述的钢帘线都由三根钢丝(1a、1b、1c)制成,其特征在于,一根钢丝(1c)常规捻制,另外两根钢丝(1a、1b)开放式捻制,每一根钢丝都以同一方向捻制,所述两根开放式捻制的钢丝(1a、1b)中每根钢丝的直径为d1,且常规捻制的钢丝(1c)的直径为d2,其中d1为0.25-0.35mm,d2为0.75d1-1.25d1。
4.如权利要求3所述的子午线轮胎,其特征在于,每一根所述的钢丝都使用碳含量为0.7-0.96重量百分比的碳钢,所述钢丝捻制前的拉伸强度为260-380kgf/mm2,捻距为10-20mm,且每根钢丝都镀有黄铜。
