Abstract
包含N-[1-4-氯-苯基)-乙基]-2,2-二氯-1-乙基-3-甲基-环丙烷甲酰胺、4-(2,2-二氟-1,3-苯并二氧杂环戊烷-7-基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈及1-[(6-氯-3-吡啶基)-甲基]-N-硝基-2-咪唑烷亚胺的新活性化合物的组合物具有非常好的抗真菌性质。
Description
本发明涉及新的活性化合物的组合物,它们非常适合于抑制植物致病真菌并且包含公知的N-[1-(4-氯-苯基)-乙基]-2,2-二氯-1-乙基-3-甲基-环丙烷甲酰胺及其它两种分别具有抗真菌和杀虫活性的公知化合物。
已知N-[1-(4-氯-苯基)-乙基]-2,2-二氯-1-乙基-3-甲基-环丙烷甲酰胺和4-(2,2-二氟-1,3-苯并二氧杂环戊烷-7-基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈具有抗真菌性质(参阅EP-A 0341475和EP-A 0206999)及1-[(6-氯-3-吡啶基)甲基]-N-硝基-2-咪唑烷亚胺具杀虫性质(参阅Pesticide Manual,第九版(1991年),第491页)。
也已知N-[1-(4-氯-苯基)-乙基]-2,2-二氯-1-乙基-3-甲基-环丙烷甲酰胺和1-[(6-氯-3-吡啶基)-甲基]-N-硝基-2-咪唑烷亚胺可以用于抑制真菌(参阅JP-A 271207-1991)。所述两种单独成分的活性及其混合物的活性均良好。但是,以很低的比例使用时,其抗真菌效力并不总能令人满意。
已发现包含下列成分的新的活性化合物的组合物具有非常好的抗真菌性质:
A)式(I)N-[1-(4-氯-苯基)-乙基]-2,2-二氯-1-乙基-3-甲基-环丙烷甲酰胺和
意想不到的是根据本发明的所述三种化合物的组合物的抗真菌活性显著大于各单独成分的活性或包含两种活性化合物的现有技术混合物的活性。从而具有料想不到的协合作用,而不仅仅是补充作用。
从式(I)活性化合物的结构式显然易见,该化合物具有三个不对称取代的碳原子。因而,其产物可以以不同异构体的混合物形式存在,或者以单纯的成分存在。特别优选的化合物如下:
式(Ia)N-(R)-[1-(4-氯-苯基)-乙基]-(1S)-2,2-二氯-1-乙基-t-3-甲基-r-1-环丙烷甲酰胺和
式(Ib)N-(R)-[1-(4-氯-苯基)-乙基]-(1R)-2,2-二氯-1-乙基-t-3-甲基-r-1-环丙烷甲酰胺。
式(I)化合物和其各个异构体为公知化合物(参阅EP-A0341475)。
式(II)活性化合物是作为抗真菌剂的名称为fludioxonil的4-(2,2-二氟-1,3-苯并二氧杂环戊烷-7-基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈(参阅EP-A0206999)。
式(III)活性化合物是作为杀虫剂的名称为imidacloprid的1-[(6-氯-3-吡啶基)-甲基]-N-硝基-2-咪唑烷亚胺(参阅Pesticide Manual,第九版(1991年),第491页)。
当按照一定的重量比,提供根据本发明的活性化合物组合物中的所述活性化合物时,特别显示出协合作用。然而,在所述活性化合物的组合物中的活性化合物的重量比例可以在较宽的范围内变化。一般而言,每份(重量)式(I)活性化合物,0.1-10份(重量),优选0.2-5份(重量)的式(II)活性化合物及0.1-1.5份(重量),优选0.1-1.0份(重量)的式(III)活性化合物。
根据本发明的活性化合物的组合物具有非常好的抗真菌性质并可以用于抑制植物致病真菌例如根肿粘菌纲(Plasmodiophoromycetes)、卵菌纲(Oomycetes)、壶菌纲(Chytridiomycetes)、接合菌纲(Zygomycetes)、子囊菌纲(Ascomycetes)、担子菌纲(Basidiomycetes)和半知菌类(Deuteromycetes)等。
根据本发明的活性化合物的组合物尤其适合抑制Pyricularia、Pellicularia、Cochliobolus、Gibberella、Rhizoctonia和Fusariumspp。
根据本发明的活性化合物的组合物特别适用于抑制水稻和谷类例如小麦和大麦中的真菌。
植物能耐受抑制植物疾病所需浓度下的所述活性化合物组合物的实际情况使得处理植物地上部分、繁殖茎和种子以及土壤成为可能。所述根据本发明的活性化合物组合物可用于叶面施肥,或者用于种子包衣。
可以将根据本发明的活性化合物组合物转变为常规制剂,例如溶液剂、乳剂、悬浮液、粉末剂、泡沫剂、糊剂、颗粒剂、气溶胶和以聚合物质及包衣组合物形式用于种子的微囊以及ULV制剂。
这些制剂采用公知的方法制备,例如通过使所述活性化合物或活性化合物的组合物与补充剂(它们是液体溶剂、受压的液化气体和/或固体载体)混合,可选地与表面活性剂(即乳化剂和/或分散剂和/或发泡剂)混合。在使用水作为补充剂的情况下,例如,也可以使用有机溶剂作为辅助溶剂。下列为大部分适合作为液体溶剂的成分:芳族烃例如二甲苯、甲苯或烷基萘,氯化芳族烃或氯化脂肪族烃例如氯苯、氯乙烯或二氯甲烷,脂肪族烃例如环己烷或烷属烃如石油馏分,醇类例如丁醇或乙二醇和它们的醚和酯,酮类例如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁酮或环己酮,强极性溶剂例如二甲基甲酰胺和二甲亚砜,或者为水。液化气体补充剂或载体可理解为在常温和常压下为气态的液体,例如气溶胶挥发剂如丁烷、丙烷、氮气和二氧化碳。合适的固体载体为:例如粉碎的天然矿物质如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩、石英、attapulgite、蒙脱石或硅藻土和粉碎的合成物质例如粉碎的二氧化硅、氧化铝和硅酸盐。用于颗粒剂的合适的固体载体有:例如粉碎和分级的天然矿石例如方解石、大理石、浮岩、海泡石和白云石,或者为无机和有机粉末的人造颗粒,有机物质例如木屑、椰子壳、玉米芯和烟草梗。合适的乳化剂和/或发泡剂为:例如非离子和阴离子乳化剂例如脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚如烷芳基聚乙二醇醚、烷基磺酸酯、烷基硫酸酯、芳基磺酸酯,或蛋白水解物。合适的分散剂有:例如亚硫酸纸浆废液和甲基纤维素。
粘合剂例如羧甲基纤维素和天然的及合成的以粉末、颗粒或胶乳形式的聚合物如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯乙酸酯,或天然的磷脂如脑磷脂及卵磷脂以及合成磷脂可以用于所述制剂中。其它粘合剂可以是矿物和植物油。
可以使用着色剂例如无机颜料,如氧化铁、二氧化钛、普鲁士兰及有机染料如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料以及微量成分例如铁、锰、硼、铜、钴、钼和锌的盐。
所述制剂一般包含0.1-95%(重量)的活性化合物,优选0.5-90%。
所述活性化合物的组合物可以以它们的制剂形式或由其制备的使用形式例如即用溶液剂、乳化浓缩液、乳剂、悬浮液、润湿粉末,可溶性粉末和颗粒剂使用。它们可以按常规方法使用,例如通过灌水、喷撒、雾化、播散、分散和以用于干燥种子处理的粉末、用于种子处理的溶液、用于种子处理的水溶性粉末、用于淤浆处理的水溶性粉末形式或通过包衣过程使用。
在处理植物各部位的过程中,在所述使用形式中的活性化合物的浓度可以在较宽的范围内变化。一般而言,它们在1-0.0001%(重量),优选0.5-0.001%。
在种子处理过程中,每公斤种子一般需要0.001-50克活性化合物,优选0.01-10克。
在土壤处理过程中,施药位置所需的活性化合物浓度为0.00001-0.1%(重量),优选0.0001-0.02%(重量)。
从下列实施例显而易见根据本发明的活性化合物组合物的良好的抗真菌活性。尽管单独的活性化合物甚至仅两种活性化合物的组合物显示弱的抗真菌活性,所述三种化合物的组合物具有的活性超过简单加合的活性,也超过公知的协合作用组合物的活性。
当所述活性化合物组合物的抗真菌活性超过分别使用的活性化合物的总活性时,显示抗真菌剂的协合作用。实施例1
立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)试验(棉花)/种子处理
使用作为种子处理粉末的所述活性化合物或活性化合物组合物。它是通过将粉碎的矿物质掺入各个活性化合物中产生粉碎的混合物,以确保其均匀分布到种子的表面上制备而成的。
为给所述种子包衣,将感染的种子与种子包衣物一起在封口的玻璃瓶内振摇3分钟。
将所述种子以2×50孔道(channels),深度2cm的方式种在罐装混合肥料中(种子用立枯丝核菌感染),并使其在温室内,于约22℃,在种子箱内生长(每日接受15小时光照)。
在播种8天后,评价该植物生长情况。0%意味着相当于未处理的对照组的效力,而效力100%意味着没有疾病发生。

Claims (5)
2.按照权利要求1的组合物,其特征为:在所述活性化合物的组合物中,式(I)活性化合物与式II活性化合物和式(III)活性化合物的重量比分别为1∶0.1-1∶10之间和1∶0.1-1∶1.5之间。
3.用于抑制真菌的方法,其特征在于使根据权利要求1的活性化合物的组合物作用于所述真菌和/或它们的生存场所。
4.根据权利要求1的活性化合物的组合物用于抑制真菌的用途。
5.用于制备抗真菌组合物的方法,其特征在于使根据权利要求1的活性化合物的组合物与补充剂和/或表面活性物质混合。
