Abstract
一种防醉醒酒颗粒饮料,以中草药陈皮、茯苓、葛根等为主成分制成,能有效地阻碍肌体对醇的吸收和加速体内乙醇的代谢,具有防醉和醒酒的双重作用。
Description
一种防醉醒酒颗粒饮料属于功能饮料。
我国是各种酒类的生产和消费大国,嗜酒人群广大,由过量饮酒引起的酒精中毒者众多。传统的解酒方法有醒酒汤、醒酒茶、饮醋等。近年来市场上开始有解酒的产品出现,剂型有液体的水剂、固体的片剂或冲剂等,如解酒灵口服液、醒酒片、酒仙乐醒酒饮料等。这些醒酒产品的成分有单一的、复合的、有传统中草药的、也有西药成分的,如日本安醉仙解酒丸、ZL92106668.6号专利“蜂蜜醒酒灵及制法”和ZL91107283.7号专利“一种解酒饮料的制法”等。在传统中草药制成品中,大多数是醒酒的,多用于酒醉后的解酒用,其中有些服后还有副作用。
本发明的目的在于提供一种以中草药为主成分的具有防醉和醒酒双重作用的固体颗粒防醉醒酒饮料。
本发明的主要成分是拐枣(A)、葛根(B)、陈皮(C)和茯苓(D)的提取物,以及蔗糖(E)、柠檬酸(F)和维生素C(G)。拐枣为鼠李科枳椇属植物枳椇(Hovenia dulcis Thunb)带有肉质果柄的果实和种子;葛根为豆料葛属植物野葛(Pueraria Lobata<wild>Ohwi)或葛藤(P.thomosonii Benth)的干燥根;陈皮为芸香料柑橘属植物橘(Citrus reticulata Blanco)及其栽培变种的干燥或成熟果皮;茯苓多为孔菌科真菌茯苓(Poriacocos<Schw>wolf)的干燥菌核。这四种成分均属食药兼用,与蔗糖(E)、柠檬酸(F)和维生素C(G)合理配比后,经科学的加工工艺制成颗粒饮料,饮酒前服用的防醉效果或饮酒(或酒醉)后服用的解酒效果都很好,同时,因选用常见的食药兼用中草药,其成品的口感较之传统的醒酒汤要好,而且饮用方便,即冲即饮,不需煎制,服后不会出现不良反应,没有毒、副作用。
本发明的防醉醒酒饮料,经动物试验及实际应用证明,本品的作用机理在于能有效地阻碍肌体对乙醇的吸收和加速体内乙醇的代谢,使酒后血液中乙醇浓度明显下降。经统计,饮用本品,可减少醉酒率91.79%,缩短醉酒时间71.72%,血液中乙醇浓度下降幅度为50-75%。同时本品还具有解毒、消胀、止吐及利水的功效。
本发明的防醉醒酒饮料的主成分组的适当比例为:A∶B∶C∶D∶E∶F∶G=30-50∶30-50∶30-50∶20-30∶100-200∶3-5(重量比)。也可以在此配比中根据口味的需求,添加适当的食用香精等食品添加剂。
本发明的制做方法是:将葛根、茯苓切片,同拐枣、陈皮一道洗净,置于提取器中,加水至浸没,加热煮沸0.5-1小时,将汁液过滤入容器,再加水煮沸30分钟,过滤,合并两次汁液,浓缩成膏,再加95%乙醇(食用)使含醇量达70%,静置24小时,过滤,滤液回收乙醇得浸膏;将浸膏与蔗糖、柠檬酸、维生素C粉混合搅拌均匀,湿料经16目筛网制粒,置60-80℃烘箱烘干,整粒后喷加食用香精,分装即得成品(制做过程也可省去乙醇浸提工序)。
实施例1
配料:拐枣750g,葛根750g,陈皮750g,茯苓500g,蔗糖2500g,柠檬酸60g,维生素C20g,食用香精适量。
制备方法:葛根和茯苓切片后同拐枣、陈皮一道洗净,置于提取器中,加水至浸没,加热煮沸0.5-1小时,将汁液过滤入容器,再加水煮沸30分钟,过滤,合并两次汁液,浓缩成膏,再加95%乙醇(食用)使含醇量达70%,静置24小时,过滤,滤液回收乙醇得浸膏;将浸膏与蔗糖、柠檬酸、维生素C粉混合搅拌均匀,湿料经16目筛网制粒,置60-80℃烘箱烘干,整粒后喷加食用香精,分装即得成品。
实施例2
配料:拐枣500g,葛根500g,陈皮500g,茯苓350g,蔗糖2000g,柠檬酸50g,维生素C10g,食用香精适量。
制备方法:同实施例1处理原料后,加水煮沸1小时,滤过后再加水煮沸30分钟,过滤,合并两次滤液,浓缩成膏,加入蔗糖、柠檬酸、维生素C粉,搅拌均匀后,湿料经16目筛网制粒,经60-80℃烘箱烘干,整粒后喷加食用香精分装后即得成品。

1、一种防醉醒酒颗粒饮料,其特征是主要组分为拐枣(A)、葛根(B)、陈皮(C)和茯苓(D)的提取物,以及蔗糖(E)、柠檬酸(F)和维生素C(G),各组分之间配比比例为A∶B∶C∶D∶E∶F∶G=30-50∶30-50∶30-50∶20-30∶100-200∶3-5(重量比)。
