Claims (2)
- 가) 함초즙, 무즙, 칡즙, 무화과즙, 인진쑥즙 및 이소말토올리고당을 혼합하되, 최소 함량과 최대 함량의 비율이 중량비로 1 : 10의 범위 이내에 속하도록 혼합하여 혼합원액을 제조하는 단계;나) 상기 혼합원액을 10 내지 20 ℃의 온도에서 빛과 공기를 차단한 상태로 4 내지 5개월 동안 발효시키는 단계;다) 상기 발효액에 솔빈산 칼륨을 첨가하여 발효를 중지시키고, 이 발효액 75 내지 80중량부와 프락토올리고당 20 내지 25중량부를 혼합하는 단계;라) 이 혼합용액을 10 내지 20 ℃의 온도에서 빛과 공기를 차단한 상태로 다시 10 내지 12개월 동안 숙성시켜서 다이어트용 발효음료를 얻는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 함초즙을 주재료로 하는 다이어트용 발효음료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가) 단계의 혼합원액은 함초즙 22중량부, 무즙 13중량부, 칡즙 4.8중량부, 무화과즙 4.5중량부, 인진쑥즙 3.7 중량부, 이소말토올리고당 30중량부를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
