背景技术
八珍汤采用八种以上具有医疗饮食互补功效的食品进行配制,它不仅口感好,具有食疗的效果,它不仅对身体虚弱的病人更具有很好的食疗食补的作用,可增加他们的免疫力,同时它又是大众化的快餐饮食品。
但是现有技术中八珍汤制作起来比较麻烦,并且对制作者的厨艺技术也有一定的要求。因此,我们研发了一种制作方便快捷的自热即食八珍汤。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种自热即食八珍汤。为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种自热即食八珍汤,包括盛放容器和八珍汤料包,所述盛放容器包括餐盒和与餐盒相适配的盒盖,所述餐盒内设有第一层和第二层,且餐盒的下部四边内壁上均固定有垫块;
四个所述垫块的顶部放置有与餐盒适配的导热隔板,导热隔板的顶部放置有位于第一层的煮食盒,且第二层内放置有加热包;
所述八珍汤料包的配方包括35%鹿肉、7%长山药、7%莲藕、18%豆面、13%黄酒、0.2%黄芪、0.1%花椒,3%酒糟、8%大葱、1.7%良姜和7%羊髓。
作为本发明一种优选地技术方案,所述加热包的主要成分是铁粉、焦炭粉、生石灰等,靠生石灰遇水发热。

本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所设计的自热即食八珍汤,制作方便快捷,采用傻瓜式的操作即可完成,对制作者的厨艺要求极低,且食材都是经过严格的杀菌并进行密封真空包装,可有效确保食品安全,保存时间长,同时食用完成后,直接丢弃,免去了传统的洗碗操作;
2、本发明所设计的自热即食八珍汤,通过几种食材互相搭配,经常食用,有益气调元、活血健胃、滋补虚损的功效,晨起食用效果更好。

实施例一
参照图1-2,一种自热即食八珍汤,包括盛放容器和八珍汤料包,盛放容器包括餐盒1和与餐盒1相适配的盒盖8,餐盒1内设有第一层2和第二层3,餐盒1的下部四边内壁上均固定有垫块4;
四个垫块4的顶部放置有与餐盒1适配的导热隔板5,导热隔板5的顶部放置有位于第一层2的煮食盒7,第二层3内放置有加热包6;
盛放容器为食材以及加热包6提供了容纳的空间,盛放的容器分为两层,第一层2用于盛放需要煮食的食材,第二层3用于盛放加热包6,第一层2与第二层3采用导热隔板隔开,便于加热包6对第一层2内的食材进行加热的同时不会污染食材,保证食材的安全性,加热包6的主要成分是铁粉、焦炭粉、生石灰等,靠生石灰遇水发热;

实施例一中的八珍汤料包的配方包括有:
35%鹿肉:也属于一种中药材,具有养血祛风以及益气助阳的作用,对身体有很好的补养作用,对于老人来说可以恢复肝气,其次手脚冰凉的人多吃鹿肉可以温暖四肢,加速血液循环,补充机体元气,鹿肉能够调和脾胃,强壮我们的身体;
7%长山药:味甘、性平,入肺、脾、肾经,不燥不腻,主益中补虚,除寒热邪气,补中益气力,长肌肉,久服耳目聪明;
7%莲藕:能补心益肾,具有滋阴养血的功效,可以补五脏之虚,强壮筋骨,补血养血;
18%煨面:就是炒熟的面粉,可以暖胃;
13%黄酒:香气浓郁,甘甜味美,风味醇厚,并含有氨基酸、糖、醋、有机酸和多种维生素等;
0.2%黄芪:味甘、性温,功能是补脾胃、三焦而健肺,体气虚弱者用之最有效;
以及0.1%花椒、3%酒糟、8%大葱、1.7%良姜和7%羊髓;
进一步的,八珍汤料包的制作方法包括以下步骤:
S1:主料鹿肉切成两块,放入凉水中浸泡出血水;
S2:锅中加入凉水,放入肉块,水开后撇去浮沫,加入羊髓、葱段、姜块,放入料包,关小火熬煮2个小时后,捞出放凉切滚刀块,放入热水浸泡:
S3:原汤导入盆中备用,后将面粉倒入托盘中大火蒸2小时,放凉后过筛备用,熟面粉加水泡透,用手勺搅匀成面浆;

第三步,盖上盒盖8,等待加热煮熟,小心蒸气体;
第四步,只要15分钟,一份营养美味的八珍汤就好啦,即可开始享用美味。

1.一种自热即食八珍汤,包括盛放容器和八珍汤料包,其特征在于,所述盛放容器包括餐盒(1)和与餐盒(1)相适配的盒盖(8),所述餐盒(1)内设有第一层(2)和第二层(3),且餐盒(1)的下部四边内壁上均固定有垫块(4);
四个所述垫块(4)的顶部放置有与餐盒(1)适配的导热隔板(5),导热隔板(5)的顶部放置有位于第一层(2)的煮食盒(7),且第二层(3)内放置有加热包(6);
所述八珍汤料包的配方包括35%鹿肉、7%长山药、7%莲藕、18%豆面、13%黄酒、0.2%黄芪、0.1%花椒,3%酒糟、8%大葱、1.7%良姜和7%羊髓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自热即食八珍汤,其特征在于,所述加热包(6)的主要成分是铁粉、焦炭粉、生石灰等,靠生石灰遇水发热。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自热即食八珍汤,其特征在于,所述八珍汤料包的制作方法包括以下步骤:
S1:主料鹿肉切成两块,放入凉水中浸泡出血水;
S2:锅中加入凉水,放入肉块,水开后撇去浮沫,加入羊髓、葱段、姜块,放入料包,关小火熬煮2个小时后,捞出放凉切滚刀块,放入热水浸泡:
S3:原汤导入盆中备用,后将面粉倒入托盘中大火蒸2小时,放凉后过筛备用,熟面粉加水泡透,用手勺搅匀成面浆。
