Abstract

本发明涉及一种隐轨型门窗系统,包括:具有联接在主窗(或门)框上的轨道盖的下部窗(或门)框,被轨道盖隐藏的轨道形成在入口内部的窗(或门)的主窗(或门)框的中凹部分,和安装在表面件和轨道盖上的入口密封板;和具有被支撑部分增强的下部的下部窗(或门)件,具有滚轮支撑件的延伸部分,在滚轮支撑件上形成有滚轮槽,和安装在滚轮槽内的滚轮装置。因此,窗(或门)不会从轨道移走并且稳定地开关,同时保持密封状态以使热损失最小,并防止水浸入到内部。

Description

隐轨型门窗系统
                        技术领域
在下文的描述中(本发明的领域、现有技术的描述、本发明要解决的问题、本发明的描述及本发明的效果),因为门类系统与窗类系统是一致的,所以本发明的窗类系统的描述在门类系统的描述中同样适用。
本发明涉及一种隐轨型门窗系统。
                        背景技术
下边将参考附图描述传统隐轨型门窗系统。
图1示出了应用传统技术的门窗系统的前视图,图2是沿线A-A的剖视图,示出了该门窗系统的结构。
传统门窗系统包括:具有轨道12的下部窗框件1,布置在斜线11上的窗框表面件13,被防水盖14隐藏住的轨道12与表面件13配合,并设置有窗件导引入口19;和
设置有支撑件21的下部窗件2形成在从下部窗件2的下部24延伸的延伸件23上,在入口19内的滚轮22设置在轨道12和支撑件21之间。
但是,在上述的隐轨型门窗系统中,虽然其能防止水浸渗到其内部,但因为没有设置密封件,于是热效率降低,而且,因为水浸渗到轨道中,滚轮可能被水损坏。因为盖14的固定和支撑结构脆弱,盖14可能变形,由于盖和下部窗件2或滚轮的延伸件23间的摩擦使得窗件开和关的操作性降低。支撑下部窗件2的下部的滚轮支撑方法不能有效地支撑窗件。
                        发明内容
本发明致力于解决上述问题。本发明的目的是:提供一种能防止水浸渗的门窗系统,通过保持密封状态来使热损失最小,通过改进盖和窗件的支撑和固定结构来提供稳定的窗件开和关的操作性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种隐轨型门窗系统,包括:
具有联接在主窗(或门)框上的轨道盖的下部窗(或门)框,被轨道盖隐藏的轨道形成在入口内部的窗(或门)的主窗(或门)框的中凹部分,和安装在表面件和轨道盖上的入口密封板;和
具有被支撑部分增强的下部的下部窗(或门)件,具有滚轮支撑件的延伸部分,在滚轮支撑件上形成有滚轮槽,和安装在滚轮槽内的滚轮装置。

                        具体实施方式
下文将参考附图对本发明的实施例进行描述。
图3示出了根据本发明的门窗系统的前视图,图4示出了沿图3中线B-B的横截面图。
图5示出图4的分解图,图6示出了安装在下部窗件4上的盖支撑滚轮和滚轮装置。
下部窗框件3包括窗框主体件31和轨道盖32。
窗框主体件31和轨道盖32分别设置有固定部分34。在窗框主体件31的入口35的内部,形成有凹槽部分36和轨道37。入口35被安装在表面件38和轨道盖32上的密封板39封住。
借助在下部窗件4上支撑窗体的支撑部分41,可增强窗体的下部42。延伸部分43形成在下部42上,在延伸部分上形成有滚轮支撑件44。滚轮槽45形成在滚轮支撑件44之间。
为了安装盖支撑件46,在滚轮槽45上形成有切削部分47,装配孔49相应于盖支撑件46和滚轮装置48形成在滚轮支撑件44上。盖支撑件46安装在滚轮槽45的切削部分47上,滚轮装置48插在滚轮槽45的未切削部分。在这种情况下,固定销4a穿过滚轮支撑件44的装配孔49,并穿过盖支撑件46的装配孔4b和滚轮装置48,并且被固定夹4c固定。
为保持下部窗框件3和下部窗件4之间的密封,防风件3e安装在轨道盖32和33、下部窗件4的下部42和支撑部分41上。
具有弹性的密封板39在下部窗件4存在的情况下,通过延伸部分43的压迫限定了入口35;或者在去掉下部窗件4的情况下,恢复到其初始形状并封住了入口35。图4示出用延伸部分43压迫密封板39来限定入口的状态,图5示出因密封板恢复初始形状而封住入口的状态。
轨道盖32和33通过固定部分34连接在窗框主体件31上。然而,可以用与形成在轨道盖32和33上的螺钉支撑件3a配合的螺钉3b,将轨道盖32和33更加稳固地安装在窗框主体件31上。外露的螺钉槽3c用螺钉槽孔塞3d封住。
图7示出了应用固定窗的窗类系统的前视图。图8示出了沿线C-C的剖视图。
为安装固定窗6,固定窗槽53形成在窗框主体件51的表面件52上。固定窗6插入固定窗槽中,然后被固定件61封住。
如上所述,在隐轨型门窗系统中,因为在轨道盖32和窗框主体件31上有固定部分34,在移走下部窗件4时可防止轨道盖32的分离。另外,因为用了螺钉3b,轨道盖32和33能更可靠地固定在窗框主体件31上。因为外露的螺钉槽3c被螺钉槽孔塞3d封住,所以外观可以更整洁。
用密封板39可将入口35封住,防止水浸入轨道37。
即使轨道盖32和33在碰撞作用下变形,也可通过盖支撑件46顺滑地开关窗框,同时重新盖住已变形的轨道盖32和33。
在下部窗件4上形成支撑部分41,窗件4的下部得到增强,改进了支撑效率。在滚轮支撑件44上设置滚轮槽45,滚轮装置48可更稳固地安装。
在支撑部分41、下部窗件4的下部42和轨道盖32和33上安装防风件3e,密封效果得以提高。
另外,防蚊网轨道3f可设置在表面件38和52的外侧面。

Claims (7)

1.一种隐轨型门窗系统,包括:
具有联接在主窗(或门)框上的轨道盖的下部窗(或门)框,被轨道盖隐藏的轨道形成在入口内部的窗(或门)的主窗(或门)框的中凹部分,和安装在表面件和轨道盖上的入口密封板;和
具有被支撑部分增强的下部的下部窗(或门)件,具有滚轮支撑件的延伸部分,在滚轮支撑件上形成有滚轮槽,和安装在滚轮槽内的滚轮装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隐轨型门窗系统,其特征在于:切削部分形成在滚轮槽上,在滚轮槽上安装有盖支撑滚轮。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的隐轨型门窗系统,其特征在于:装配孔形成在所有滚轮支撑件、滚轮装置和盖支撑滚轮上,并且固定销穿过装配孔并被固定夹固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隐轨型门窗系统,其特征在于:轨道盖设置有螺钉支撑件且用螺钉被主窗件固定,外露的螺钉槽被螺钉槽孔塞封住。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隐轨型门窗系统,其特征在于:防风件安装在下部和窗(或门)件的支撑部分和轨道盖上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隐轨型门窗系统,其特征在于:固定窗(或门)槽形成在安装固定窗(或固定门)的窗框(或门框)主体的表面件上,并且被固定件固定。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的隐轨型门窗系统,其特征在于:防蚊网轨道形成在窗框(或门框)主体的表面件上。
