Description

电池电话机用万能磁性支座
本发明涉及一种在汽车或其它任何场合均可使用的、用于放置电池电话机的磁性支座。
电池电话机的使用者们可能拥有一辆或多辆汽车。他们要求有这样一种支座，即它可以将电话机固定在特定的位置而不产生移动，且不会对电话机造成损坏，也不会给开车者造成麻烦。
目前市场上现有的各种塑料电话支座，是借助于电话机上的凸出部将其固定住的，并且由于塑料本身具有弹性，可通过按压电话机而将其插入或拔出支座；或者可通过按压使对凸出部或挂钩压紧力变小的按钮而将电话机拔出。
使用这种支座会带来许多不便，例如，为了将支座固定在汽车的仪表板上，而不得不在仪表板上形成小孔，这是使用者们所不愿做的。
目前市场上可得到的一些支座(电话机通过被压入其中而固定)还有另一些缺陷，例如，在电话机上与支座的接触点处会产生刮痕，并逐渐加深，虽然这并不影响电话机本身的使用，但却使电话机的使用者不得不更换损坏的电话机外壳，而这种外壳是非常昂贵的。
另外，这种支座只能适用于某种特定型号的电池电话机，一旦使用者更换了另一种类型或型号的电话机，这种支座就不能再使用了。近来，由于技术的迅速发展，或由于一辆汽车可能被多个不同型号电池电话机使用者所使用，电池电话机的使用越来越广泛，这种现象的发生也就越来越频繁了。
更进一步，当使用上述塑料支座时，由电话机的尺寸变得越来越小，在插入电话机时必须特别小心，以免将电话机掉下而造成损坏。
考虑到电池电话机的使用者们每天需多次进出汽车，这种将电话机不断重复地插入和拔出支座的动作就显得即不方便又浪费时间。
本发明的目的是为了解决电池电话机使用者们的一个重要问题。
本发明的目的就是提供一种可以非常方便迅速地固定和取下各种类型和型号的电池电话机的支座，它不仅可在小汽车或其他车辆上使用，还可以在墙上使用。
根据本发明的这种支座，包括一个或多个具有适当形状、尺寸和磁通及良好性能的磁体(如钕粉磁体)，因而具有非常紧密的结构，其厚度大致仅相当于一个500便士的硬币。那么即使汽车在运行过程中产生剧烈的振动和颠簸，磁体也可以出色地将电话机固定住。
上述磁体通过对电话机电池外壳的吸引力而将电话机固定在所要求的位置上。
由于电池电话机的电池外壳由两个主要部分构成，即，一个对应于塑料外壳(通常为黑色且很薄)的外部和一个对应于通常为镍镉型或水合金属镍型电池的内部，因此可以产生很强的吸引力。
由于这些电池均有一个金属外壳(由铁磁体材料制成)，因此必然会被磁体所吸引。
因此可以将电话机带有电池的一侧(通常为后侧)面对着磁性支座放置，而有效地将电话机固定在汽车的仪表板上。
磁体的一面为强力双面胶带，它可以牢固地粘在汽车的仪表板上，磁体的另一面覆有一薄层橡胶或其他适当材料，以防电话机当被垂直放置时由于重力的缘故而坠落。
在使用过程中，磁性支座所产生的磁通在电池外壳的金属部分处截止，因而也就在电话机电路外截止，更进一步，电话机的外壳阻止了磁通进入电路，因而防止了干扰。
上述磁性支座的优点是明显的：它不仅结构简单，价格便宜，使用方便且极为实用。
更进一步，由于上述磁性支座可适用于任何型号的电池电话机，因而可以说又是多用的。
参考附图描述本发明，但本发明并不仅仅局限于附图所示的范围。
图1为本发明磁体的立体图。
图2为通过实施例说明的本发明的磁性支座的侧视图，其中C为汽车仪表板，B为吸于磁性支座上的电池电话机。
参照附图，本发明的磁性支座包括一个具有适当形状和磁通的磁体1，一薄层橡胶3或其他类似材料以防电话机坠落及一层强力双面胶带2，它可将磁体牢固地粘在汽车仪表板上。
图2所示为粘于汽车仪表板C上的磁性支座，同时电池电话机B固定在支座的理想位置上。
如前所述，图1和图2所示的支座的外型仅是为了描述的目的，而本发明并不局限于图1和图2所示的范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种电池电话机的万能磁性支座，包括一永磁体(1)，其一面覆有一薄层橡胶(3)，另一面覆有一双面胶带(2)。
