Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition for relieving and reducing wrinkles and application thereof.
Background
Currently, the eye mask on the market is in full view, and consumers cannot select the eye mask well. The eye skin is the thinnest, weakest and the easiest to age, so the requirement on the prescription is higher when the eye mask product is invented, not only the efficacy is reflected, but also the safety is considered. The eye skin is more sensitive than the skin at other parts, so that the eye product has high requirements on corrosion resistance and sanitary safety, and the problems of special eyes such as dark circles, eye bags, loose skin under eyes, fish tail lines and the like need to be developed, and the problems of the eye skin need to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a composition which can improve the initial signs of visible skin aging, help improve the effects of fine lines and wrinkles, promote blood circulation around eyes, improve eye edema and solve the problem of dark circles after staying up night, and is applied to cosmetics.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the invention provides a composition for relieving and reducing wrinkle, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.0289-0.1020 parts of mannose phosphate sodium, 0.0128-0.0450 parts of mannose, 0.1000-0.2500 parts of peach resin extract, 8.4686-19.9260 parts of purslane extract, 0.0500-0.1200 parts of recombinant III-type humanized collagen, 0.3500-1.0000 parts of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol and 0.0012-0.0060 parts of leech extract.
Sodium mannose phosphate, a metabolic product of the human body, participates in numerous metabolic pathways in the living body, including synthesis of amino acids, synthesis of fatty acids, gluconeogenesis, etc., and is produced during metabolism and provides energy to cells. Efficacy mechanism: the energy is directly supplied to the cells to restore the activity of mitochondria; autophagy key, enhancing cellular metabolism; to combat oxidative damage to cells; cell proliferation, collagen regeneration; the double effects of skin tightening and skin brightening are taken into account.
The recombinant III type humanized collagen is selected from recombinant humanized collagen, and the recombinant humanized collagen has better biological compatibility and has the advantages of good efficacy performance and low immunogenicity because the gene coding sequence or the amino acid sequence of the recombinant humanized collagen is consistent with the sequence of a human body in the technology; recombinant type III humanized collagen: by selecting the human III type collagen sequence with the length of 322 amino acids on the human 3 alpha 1 for expression, the homology with human collagen can be realized, which is equivalent to supplementing the collagen lost by human body, is more natural and safer, and achieves the real easy affinity and low sensitization.
The mannose and sodium mannose phosphate are combined with recombinant III type humanized collagen (CS 90) to metabolize the skin around the eyes and lighten the dark circles; the peach resin extract is combined with hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol to tighten eye skin and eliminate eye bags, so that the anti-wrinkle effect is achieved. The anti-wrinkle and soothing cosmetic prepared by the anti-wrinkle composition has synergistic effect in anti-wrinkle and soothing skin by adding sodium mannose phosphate, mannose, peach resin extract, purslane extract, recombinant III type humanized collagen, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol and leech extract in a specific weight part range.

Experimental method
First eye anti-presbyopia test
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 120 male and female volunteers (25-35 years old) were selected and divided into 20 persons/group, and six groups were tested for inventive examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2; the condition of fine wrinkles of the eyes of the volunteers was recorded by photographing, and the invention examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were applied to the eyes (once for fifteen minutes every 3 days) and the change of fine wrinkles of the skin of the eyes was observed by using 0d, 28d, 56d, and compared by photographing. Group 1 smears example 1, group 2 used example 2, group 3 used example 3, group 4 used example 4, group 5 used comparative example 1, group 6 used comparative example 2. Scoring between 0 and 10 points according to the use effect, wherein 9 to 10 points are good, 7 to 8 points are good, 5 to 6 points are general, 3 to 4 points are poor, 1 to 2 points are poor, average values are obtained, and the comparison results are shown in table 1:

(III) canthus wrinkle volume detection
Test sample: the soothing anti-wrinkle eye mask prepared in example 3.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
1. the scheme is based on reference: a clinical evaluation method for improving canthus wrinkle effect of T/SHRH 018-2019 cosmetics.
2. Test instrument: the skin fast optical imaging system PRIMOS-CR.
3. The face was selected for subjects with visible canthus lines, canthus wrinkles, and ages ranging from 25 to 35 years. The eye skin photographs of the test sites of the subjects were tested before, after, and after 14 days, 28 days, and 56 days of continuous use of the product, respectively, using the front and rear control method. The evaluation results before and after the product is used are compared by a statistical test method so as to judge whether the statistical difference exists.
4. The test principle is a digital optical three-dimensional image analysis instrument developed on the basis of a digital microscopic fringe projector. Stripe light having a sinusoidal density at the time of testing is projected onto the skin or the surface of the object under test. The stripe light will be bent and deformed due to the uneven surface of the skin or the measured object, and the CCD camera placed at a specific angle will record the change at the same time. By testing the position change of the stripe light and the gray values of all image points, a digital three-dimensional image of the whole test skin surface or test object can be obtained. Different stripe lights can be selected for projection according to different testing tasks.
Test results: as shown in tables 3 and 4 and fig. 6.
