step five: adding 0.8% of phenoxyethanol/methylparaben/ethylparaben/ethylhexyl glycerol/propylene glycol, 0.2% of essence, 20% of beta-glucan, 85% of acetyl hexapeptide and 3% of carnosine into an emulsifying pot in the fourth step, continuously stirring and cooling to 38 ℃, sampling and detecting, filtering and discharging after the materials are qualified, and thus obtaining the repairing emulsion.
Examples of the experiments
Firstly, safety testing.
Subject: 50 people in total, half of men and women, age 22-55 years.
Experimental mode: the cosmetics prepared in examples 1 to 3 were tested for patches; selecting a qualified spot tester, placing about 0.02-0.025 ml of a tested object into the spot tester by a closed spot test method, externally applying a medical adhesive tape to the back of the tested object, removing the tested object after 24 hours, observing skin reactions 0.5, 24 and 48 hours after the spot is removed, and recording the results according to the skin reaction standard in technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition).
And (4) experimental conclusion: the experimental evaluation criteria are shown in table one below:

As can be seen from the table I, the result of the human skin blocking patch test shows that no positive reaction occurs in the subject. The test substance did not cause adverse skin reactions to the subjects of this batch as specified in the technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), so the cosmetics in examples 1-3 were in compliance with the test regulations.
And secondly, skin repair evaluation and detection.
A detection instrument: a camera.
The detection principle is as follows: the volunteers need plain color photographs for archiving before receiving the test, take photographs for archiving after using the product for 30 minutes, take photographs for archiving after using plain color for 30 days, and take photographs for archiving after continuing to use the placebo for 3 days.
Detecting an object: healthy volunteers aged 18-50 years without skin diseases and allergic history were selected as test subjects, the number of the volunteers was 30, and 15 men and women were each.

As can be seen from table 2, the combination with anti-wrinkle effect and its effect in cosmetic applications in the formulations of examples 1-3. The wrinkle removing ability, the moisture retention and the elasticity of the skin are obviously improved at the moment, which indicates that the wrinkles are controlled and relieved; the data after the use for 3 days indicate that the wrinkle removing effect is really improved from inside to outside, and the excellent effects of quickness, effectiveness and durability are really achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the tremella polysaccharide in the composition can achieve the effect of quickly and long-acting wrinkle removal from outside to inside by the coordination of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, beta-glucan, acetyl hexapeptide-8, carnosine and the like, wherein a breathable protective film is formed on the surface of skin by macromolecules in the beta-glucan in the composition, and the phenomenon of instant wrinkle removal is caused after the 'ravines' of wrinkles are filled. And then, the super-strong moisturizing capability of the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is utilized to replenish water and lock water for the skin, provide nutrition for the horny layer and restore the tenderness and elasticity of the skin. The acetyl hexapeptide-8 has less facial muscle contraction for a long time, reduces the damage of elastic fibers and ensures the effective elasticity of the skin. The tremella polysaccharide can effectively shield the skin from being damaged by the external environment while improving the immunity of the human body. Carnosine eliminates fatty acid over-oxidation of cell membranes and restores cell viability. The invention combines the multi-dimensional internal and external consideration with the long-acting effect in time, thereby achieving the excellent effect of synergy.

The composition with anti-wrinkle effect according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-3% of tremella polysaccharide, 0.01-1.5% of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 1-15% of beta-glucan, 0.01-4% of acetyl hexapeptide-80.01%, 0.01-4% of carnosine and 72.5-98.87% of water.

The composition with anti-wrinkle effect according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2% of tremella polysaccharide, 1% of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 13% of beta-glucan, 82% of acetyl hexapeptide, 2% of carnosine and 80% of water.

The composition with anti-wrinkle effect according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.8% of tremella polysaccharide, 0.8% of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 12% of beta-glucan, 81% of acetyl hexapeptide, 1% of carnosine and 84.4% of water.

A cosmetic characterized by: the composition with the anti-wrinkle effect comprises the composition with the anti-wrinkle effect of any one of claims 1 to 4 and an auxiliary material, wherein the mass percent of the composition with the anti-wrinkle effect is 1.13-37%, and the mass percent of the auxiliary material is 63-98.87%.

the humectant comprises any one or the combination of more than two of methyl propylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, glycerol and propylene glycol;
the preservative comprises one or more of methyl ester, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, methylparaben and ethylparaben;
the chelating agent comprises EDTA-2 NA;
the thickening agent comprises any one or the combination of more than two of carbomer and cetostearyl alcohol;
the pH regulator comprises triethanolamine;
the emulsifier comprises one or more of PEG-40 stearate, white beeswax and glyceryl stearate;
the emollient comprises any one or the combination of more than two of hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated vegetable oil, jojoba seed oil, white mineral oil, petrolatum and polydimethylsiloxane;
the aromatic is essence.

The cosmetic composition of claim 6, wherein: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01-2% of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-5% of tremella polysaccharide, 3-5% of methyl propylene glycol, 0.08-0.12% of methyl ester, 0.04-0.06% of EDTA-2NA, 0.8-1.2% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.2-0.6% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.01-5% of carnosine, 0-80.01-5% of acetyl hexapeptide, 1-20% of beta-glucan and 63-98.87% of water.

The cosmetic composition of claim 6, wherein: the composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-5% of tremella polysaccharide, 0.01-2% of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.3% of carbomer, 3-5% of methyl propylene glycol, 0.08-0.12% of methyl ester, 0.04-0.06% of EDTA-2NA, 0.1-0.3% of triethanolamine, 0.8-1.2% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.2-0.6% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerol, 1-20% of beta-glucan, 0.01-5% of acetyl hexapeptide-80.01, 0.01-5% of carnosine and 63-98.87% of water.
