Abstract
The application relates to the field of anti-wrinkle compositions, and particularly discloses a compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition and a preparation method thereof. The compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition comprises arginine/lysine polypeptide, acetyl hexapeptide-8, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, 1, 2-pentanediol, glycerol and water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing arginine/lysine polypeptide with 1, 2-pentanediol, and stirring to obtain an arginine/lysine polypeptide solution; mixing carnosine and acetyl hexapeptide-8 with water, and stirring to obtain a mixed polypeptide solution; adding the arginine/lysine polypeptide solution into the mixed polypeptide solution, stirring, and filtering to obtain a composite polypeptide solution; and adding sodium hyaluronate and glycerol into the composite polypeptide solution, and stirring to obtain the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition. The compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition can be used for being smeared on the face to achieve the purpose of anti-wrinkle and beautifying, and has a good anti-wrinkle effect and small side effects.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of anti-wrinkle compositions, in particular to a compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increase of living pressure and the decrease of air quality, the phenomenon of wrinkles appearing on the face of people is more common, and the age of the people who appear wrinkles is also decreased. The reason for this is that excessive contraction of facial muscles is one of the important factors, in addition to loss of skin elasticity due to water loss.

(1) mixing arginine/lysine polypeptide with 1, 2-pentanediol, and stirring at a rotation speed of 150r/min for 4min to obtain an arginine/lysine polypeptide solution;
(2) mixing carnosine, fibronectin and acetyl hexapeptide-8 with water, and stirring at a rotation speed of 150r/min for 4min to obtain a mixed polypeptide solution;
(3) adding the arginine/lysine polypeptide solution into the mixed polypeptide solution, stirring for 2min at the rotation speed of 100r/min, and filtering by a 0.22-micron filter to obtain a composite polypeptide solution;
(4) adding sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen and glycerol into the composite polypeptide solution, and stirring for 4min at a rotation speed of 150r/min to obtain the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition.
Example 2
The compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition comprises the components and the mass percentage ratio of the components is shown in table 1.
The preparation method of the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing arginine/lysine polypeptide with 1, 2-pentanediol, and stirring for 3min at a rotation speed of 100r/min to obtain an arginine/lysine polypeptide solution;
(2) mixing carnosine, fibronectin and acetyl hexapeptide-8 with water, and stirring at 100r/min for 3min to obtain a mixed polypeptide solution;

(2) mixing carnosine, fibronectin and acetyl hexapeptide-8 with water, and stirring at a rotation speed of 200r/min for 5min to obtain a mixed polypeptide solution;
(3) adding the arginine/lysine polypeptide solution into the mixed polypeptide solution, stirring for 3min at the rotation speed of 120r/min, and filtering by a 0.22-micron filter to obtain a composite polypeptide solution;
(4) adding sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed collagen and glycerol into the composite polypeptide solution, and stirring for 5min at the rotation speed of 200r/min to obtain the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition.
Example 4

According to the requirement of section 7.3.2 in the test method for anti-wrinkle efficacy of cosmetics comprising T _ ZHCA 006 and 2019, 110 volunteers are selected, wherein 10 volunteers are divided into 11 groups, the first 7 groups are test groups 1-7, and the remaining 4 groups are comparison groups 1-4.
The anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition is tested according to a T _ ZHCA 006-2019 cosmetic anti-wrinkle efficacy testing method, the testing period is 8 weeks, test groups 1-7 are coated with the anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition prepared in examples 1-7, and a comparison group is coated with the anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition prepared in comparative examples 1-4.
The test results are shown in table 2, where V1 is the average difference between the average of the total volume of wrinkles at the skin site with the sample applied and the average of the total volume of wrinkles without the sample applied at the fourth week after the sample is applied in table 2; v2-mean difference between the mean value of the total volume of wrinkles at the skin site of the applied sample and the mean value of the total volume of wrinkles without the applied sample at the eighth week after the application of the sample;

By combining examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-2 and table 2, it can be seen that the anti-wrinkle effect can be maximized by adding arginine/lysine polypeptide, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and carnosine, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition can be remarkably improved.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 1, 3 and 5 and examples 2 and 4 and the combination of table 2, the anti-wrinkle compact composite polypeptide compositions prepared in examples 1, 3 and 5 have better anti-wrinkle effect, and therefore, the appropriate mass percentage of arginine/lysine polypeptide is 5-10%.
By combining examples 1-7 and comparative example 3 and table 2, it can be seen that the anti-wrinkle effect of the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition can be remarkably improved by adding fibronectin.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 3, 5 and 7 and example 2 and table 2, the anti-wrinkle effect of the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide compositions prepared in examples 3, 5 and 7 is better, and therefore, the appropriate mass percentage of fibronectin to be added is 3-5%.
By combining examples 1-7 and comparative example 4 and table 2, it can be seen that the anti-wrinkle effect of the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition can be remarkably improved by adding hydrolyzed collagen.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 3, 5 and 6 and example 2 and table 2, the anti-wrinkle effect of the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide compositions prepared in examples 3, 5 and 6 is better, and therefore, the suitable mass percentage of the hydrolyzed collagen is 3-5%.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.

(4) adding sodium hyaluronate and glycerol into the composite polypeptide solution, and stirring for 3-5 min at a rotating speed of 100-200 r/min to obtain the compact anti-wrinkle composite polypeptide composition.
