And (3) trial effect test:
the tested population: 70 adult female volunteers, aged between 40-55 years:
the test method comprises the following steps: the eye essence prepared in examples 1-3, the skin care base prepared in examples 1-3 and the eye essence prepared in comparative examples a-c (the usage amount is about 1/4 soybeans) are used in the canthus fishtail area for 4 weeks, the change of the moisture content of the skin is tested by a moisture tester, and the moisture retention degree of the product on the skin is evaluated; changes in skin texture were also measured using the fast optical skin imaging method (FOITS method), which evaluates changes in the depth and length of wrinkles and fine lines in the fine line region and the crow's feet region around the eyes, and the test results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As can be seen from the test results, the eye essence prepared in example 3 showed the most increased epidermal moisture content and the most decreased average wrinkle volume of the skin, and the moisturizing and wrinkle-removing effects of examples 1 to 3, in which all the active ingredients (sodium hyaluronate, hibiscus bark extract, soluble proteoglycan, β -glucan, carob seed extract) and deionized water were added to the skin care base, were better than those of comparative examples a to c, and the eye essence of example 3 showed the best moisturizing and wrinkle-removing effects, and thus, the active ingredients in the skin care base showed the better synergistic effects in moisturizing and wrinkle-removing, and showed good results.
Example 4
1. A preparation method of a skin care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects comprises the following specific preparation steps:
(1) starting a stirrer (the stirring speed is 800rpm), slowly adding β -dextran (which is from ActiveConcept company in America) in 1 weight part into 48 weight parts of water at 50 ℃, stirring at constant temperature, uniformly stirring (stirring for 30min), slowly adding sodium hyaluronate (0.1 weight part of sodium hyaluronate is scattered every other min) in 1 weight part into β -dextran solution, and stirring at constant temperature (stirring for 30min) to obtain a mixed solution of sodium hyaluronate and β -dextran;
(2) adding 20 weight parts of cortex Hibisci extract (from Naolys of France), 25 weight parts of soluble proteoglycan (from Chihimaru Pharcos of Japan) and 5 weight parts of semen carotojae Atricolor extract (from ASHLAND of America) into mixed solution of sodium hyaluronate and β -dextran, stirring for 30min, homogenizing at low speed (homogenizing speed 1200rpm) for 3min until the material becomes uniform, cooling to 25 deg.C, and discharging to obtain skin care matrix with moisturizing and antiaging effects.
2. Essence milk containing a skin-care base (namely, cosmetic containing the skin-care base) consists of the following components in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: 1% of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 2% of macadamia nut seed oil, 0.3% of tocopherol acetate, 2% of isononyl isononanoate and 0.2% of wheat germ oil;
and B component: 5% of glycerin, 2% of butanediol, 0.15% of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.1% of methyl hydroxybenzoate and 76.67% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.02% of essence, 0.01% of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.1% of ginger root extract and 10% of skin-care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects;
and (D) component: 0.1 percent of aminomethyl butanol and 0.35 percent of phenoxyethanol.
A preparation method of essence milk containing the skin care matrix comprises the following steps: (1) adding the component A raw materials (except for the raw material of the hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer) into an oil phase pot one by one, starting stirring (the rotating speed is 1000rpm), heating to 80 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 10min to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the component B into a water phase pot one by one, starting stirring (stirring speed 800rpm), heating to 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 15min to obtain a water phase mixed solution;
(3) sucking the water phase mixed solution into an emulsifying pot, adding the oil phase raw material of hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, starting stirring (stirring speed 100rpm), starting homogenizing (homogenizing speed 1500rpm) for 3min, after uniformly stirring, starting a vacuum valve to slowly suck the oil phase mixed solution into the emulsifying pot (about 15min of 1500g of mixed solution is completely sucked), then keeping the vacuum degree at (-0.05Mpa) and 100rpm stirring speeds, and simultaneously starting homogenizing at 3000rpm for 5 min;
(4) after homogenizing, starting cooling water to cool, when the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃, adding the raw materials of the component C one by one, and fully stirring for 15min (the rotating speed is 1000rpm) until the material body is uniform; and adding the component D, stirring for 15min (rotating speed of 500rpm), continuously cooling to 38 ℃, and discharging to obtain the eye essence milk containing the skin care matrix.
Example 5
1. A preparation method of a skin care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects comprises the following specific preparation steps:
(1) starting a stirrer (the stirring speed is 800rpm), slowly adding 1.5 parts by weight of β -dextran (which is from ActiveConcept company in America) into 37 parts by weight of water at 50 ℃, stirring at a constant temperature, uniformly stirring (stirring for 30min), slowly adding 1.5 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate (sodium hyaluronate which is added by 0.1 part by weight every 1 min) into β -dextran solution, and stirring at a constant temperature (stirring for 30min) to obtain a mixed solution of sodium hyaluronate and β -dextran;
(2) adding 25 weight parts of cortex Hibisci extract (from Naolys of France), 27.5 weight parts of soluble proteoglycan (from Chihimaru PHARCOS of Japan) and 7.5 weight parts of semen Cajani extract (from ASHLAND of America) into mixed solution of sodium hyaluronate and β -dextran, stirring for 30min, homogenizing at low speed (homogenizing speed 1200rpm) for 3min until the mixture is uniform, cooling to 25 deg.C, and discharging to obtain skin care matrix with moisture keeping and antiaging effects.
2. Essence milk comprising the skin-care base (i.e. cosmetic comprising the skin-care base) consists of the following components in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: 1.5% of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 3% of macadamia nut seed oil, 0.4% of tocopherol acetate, 3% of isononyl isononanoate and 0.5% of wheat germ oil;
and B component: 10% of glycerin, 4% of butanediol, 0.2% of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.15% of methyl paraben and 61.5% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.03% of essence, 0.02% of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.15% of ginger root extract and 15% of skin-care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects;
and (D) component: 0.15 percent of aminomethyl butanol and 0.4 percent of phenoxyethanol.
The preparation method of the essence milk containing the skin-care matrix comprises the following steps: (1) adding the component A raw materials (except for the raw material of the hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer) into an oil phase pot one by one, starting stirring (the rotating speed is 1000rpm), heating to 80 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 10min to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the component B into a water phase pot one by one, starting stirring (stirring speed 800rpm), heating to 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 15min to obtain a water phase mixed solution;

(1) starting a stirrer (the stirring speed is 800rpm), slowly adding β parts by weight of glucan (the product is from ActiveConcept company in America) into 25 parts by weight of water at 50 ℃, stirring at constant temperature, uniformly stirring (stirring for 30min), slowly adding 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate (sodium hyaluronate is added at intervals of 1 min, 0.1 part by weight of sodium hyaluronate) into β -glucan solution, and stirring at constant temperature (stirring for 30min) to obtain a mixed solution of sodium hyaluronate and β -glucan;
(2) adding 30 weight parts of cortex Hibisci extract (from Naolys of France), 30 weight parts of soluble proteoglycan (from Chihimaru Pharcos of Japan) and 10 weight parts of semen carotojae Atricolor extract (from ASHLAND of America) into mixed solution of sodium hyaluronate and β -dextran, stirring for 30min, homogenizing at low speed (homogenizing speed 1200rpm) for 3min until the material becomes uniform, cooling to 25 deg.C, and discharging to obtain skin care matrix with moisturizing and antiaging effects.
2. Essence milk comprising the skin-care base (i.e. cosmetic comprising the skin-care base) consists of the following components in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: 2% of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 4% of macadamia nut seed oil, 0.5% of tocopherol acetate, 4% of isononyl isononanoate and 0.8% of wheat germ oil;
and B component: 15% of glycerin, 5% of butanediol, 0.25% of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.2% of methyl hydroxybenzoate and 47.34% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.05% of essence, 0.03% of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.2% of ginger root extract and 20% of skin-care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects;
and (D) component: 0.18 percent of aminomethyl butanol and 0.45 percent of phenoxyethanol.
The preparation method of the essence milk containing the skin-care matrix comprises the following steps: (1) adding the component A raw materials (except for the raw material of the hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer) into an oil phase pot one by one, starting stirring (the rotating speed is 1000rpm), heating to 80 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 10min to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the component B into a water phase pot one by one, starting stirring (stirring speed 800rpm), heating to 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 15min to obtain a water phase mixed solution;
(3) sucking the water phase mixed solution into an emulsifying pot, adding the oil phase raw material of hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer, starting stirring (stirring speed 100rpm), starting homogenizing (homogenizing speed 1500rpm) for 3min, after uniformly stirring, starting a vacuum valve to slowly suck the oil phase mixed solution into the emulsifying pot (about 15min of 1500g of mixed solution is completely sucked), then keeping the vacuum degree at (-0.05Mpa) and 100rpm stirring speeds, and simultaneously starting homogenizing at 3000rpm for 5 min;
(4) after homogenizing, starting cooling water to cool, when the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃, adding the raw materials of the component C one by one, and fully stirring for 15min (the rotating speed is 1000rpm) until the material body is uniform; and adding the component D, stirring for 15min (rotating speed of 500rpm), continuously cooling to 38 ℃, and discharging to obtain the eye essence milk containing the skin care matrix.
Comparative example d:
a skin care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 10 parts by weight of carob seed extract, 30 parts by weight of hibiscus bark extract and 58 parts by weight of deionized water; the preparation method is the same as the preparation method of the skin care base in example 6.
An eye essence containing the skin-care base (namely, a cosmetic containing the skin-care base) consists of the following components in percentage by mass: the components and the content are the same as those of the eye essence containing the skin-care matrix in example 6; the preparation method is the same as that of the eye essence cream in example 6.
Comparative example e:
a skin care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 10 parts by weight of semen carolinae extract, 30 parts by weight of soluble protein polysaccharide and 58 parts by weight of deionized water; the preparation method is the same as the preparation method of the skin care matrix in the embodiment 6;
an eye essence containing the skin-care base (namely, a cosmetic containing the skin-care base) consists of the following components in percentage by mass: the components and the content are the same as those of the eye essence containing the skin-care matrix in example 6; the preparation method is the same as that of the eye essence cream in example 6.
Comparative example f:
a skin-care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects comprises, by weight, 2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 10 parts of semen lablab album extract, 3 parts of β -glucan (more than 99%), and 85 parts of deionized water, wherein the preparation method is the same as that of the skin-care matrix in example 6;
an eye essence containing the skin-care base (namely, a cosmetic containing the skin-care base) consists of the following components in percentage by mass: the components and the content are the same as those of the eye essence containing the skin-care matrix in example 6; the preparation method is the same as that of the eye essence cream in example 6.
And (3) trial effect test:
the test method comprises the following steps: selecting 90 volunteers to participate in free trial activities, dividing into nine groups, and respectively inspecting actual results
Eye essence milks prepared in examples 4 to 6, skin care bases prepared in examples 4 to 6, and comparative examples d to f

Each group of test methods was used according to the normal skin care method (the size of each application amount is one soybean, and the application is uniform to cover a thin layer of skin), and the test methods were used once in the morning and at night.

As can be seen from table 2, the eye essential milks prepared in examples 4 to 6 can better improve the elasticity of the skin of the eyes, and the effect of example 6 is the best; therefore, the skin care matrix can effectively improve the elasticity of eye skin through the collocation of a plurality of effective components, which shows that the effective components can play the effects of all components through reasonable collocation, and the integral using effect is improved through the synergistic effect.

Claims (10)

1. A skin care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20-30 parts of hibiscus bark extract
25-30% of soluble proteoglycan
1-2 parts of sodium hyaluronate
β -Glucan 1-3
5-10% of semen carolinae extract
25-48 parts of water;
the soluble proteoglycan is proteoglycan extracted from salmon nasal cartilage tissue;
the β -glucan is derived from baker's yeast, has a molecular weight of 200000-500000 daltons, and is a polysaccharide formed by connecting glucose through glycosidic bonds;
the total weight of the hibiscus bark extract, the soluble proteoglycan, the sodium hyaluronate, the β -glucan, the carob seed extract and the water in the skin care matrix is 100.
2. The skin care base with moisturizing and anti-aging effects of claim 1, wherein: the water is deionized water.
3. The skin care base with moisturizing and anti-aging effects of claim 1, wherein: the proteoglycans are soluble in water and 1, 3-butanediol.
4. The method for preparing the skin care base with moisturizing and anti-aging effects according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) slowly adding β -glucan in 1-3 parts by weight into water in 25-48 parts by weight, stirring at constant temperature, slowly adding sodium hyaluronate in 1-2 parts by weight, and continuously stirring at constant temperature to obtain a mixed solution of sodium hyaluronate and β -glucan;
(2) adding 20-30 parts by weight of hibiscus bark extract, 25-30 parts by weight of soluble proteoglycan and 5-10 parts by weight of carob seed extract into a mixed solution of sodium hyaluronate and β -glucan, stirring at a constant temperature, homogenizing at a low speed, cooling, discharging, and thus obtaining the skin-care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects.

The method of preparing a skin care base with moisturizing and anti-aging effects of claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (2), the low-speed homogenizing speed is 600-1200 rpm, and the low-speed homogenizing time is 3-5 min; in the step (2), the constant-temperature stirring speed is 700-1000 rpm, and the stirring time is 15-30 min.
6. The method of preparing a skin care base with moisturizing and anti-aging effects of claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the stirring speed in the step (1) is 900-1000 rpm; the constant temperature time is 30-60 min.

The method of preparing a skin care base with moisturizing and anti-aging effects of claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the temperature of the constant-temperature stirring in the step (2) is 40-50 ℃; the cooling temperature in the step (2) is 20-25 ℃; the temperature of the constant-temperature stirring in the step (1) is 40-50 ℃.
8. Use of a skin care base with moisturizing and anti-aging effects according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the skin care matrix with moisturizing and anti-aging effects is used for preparing cosmetics.

and C, component C: 0.02% -0.05% of essence, 0.01% -0.05% of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.1% -0.3% of ginger root extract and 10% -20% of the skin care matrix with the moisturizing and anti-aging effects in any one of claims 1-3;
and (D) component: 0.1-0.3% of aminomethyl butanol and 0.35-0.5% of phenoxyethanol.
10. Use according to claim 8, characterized in that: the cosmetic comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: 1.5-2.5% of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.5-1% of wheat germ oil, 0.5-1% of jojoba seed oil, 1.5-3% of macadamia nut seed oil and 0.5-1% of cetearyl alcohol;
and B component: EMT-100.6-1.2%, glycerol 5-10%, butanediol 3-5%, methyl paraben 0.1-0.2%, and deionized water 51.1-74.75%;
and C, component C: 1.5-3% of mushroom glucan, 80.2-0.5% of acetyl hexapeptide and 0.35-0.5% of phenoxyethanol;
and (D) component: the skin care base with moisturizing and anti-aging effects of any one of claims 1 to 3 is 10% to 20%.
