Abstract
An anti-wrinkle repair composition and a preparation method thereof, and a cosmetic and a preparation method thereof relate to the technical field of cosmetics; comprising the following steps: 10-20 parts of hydrolyzed elastin, 10-15 parts of Abelmoschus manihot extract, 1-8 parts of Mirabilis jalapa extract, 5-10 parts of Chlorella extract, 0.2-1 part of cytokine stock solution, 0.1-2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 2-10 parts of propylene glycol and 25-50 parts of water. Through reasonable compatibility, the components of the application realize synergistic interaction, can be degraded and absorbed by skin, can supply nutrition to skin, has the function of scavenging free radicals, can prevent cell degradation and aging, can effectively repair skin injury, can provide nutrition for skin, and can improve skin elasticity and brightness.

Background

The cosmetics containing free radical removal and antioxidation are used for nursing, so that the occurrence of skin wrinkles can be delayed to a certain extent, and the skin can keep elasticity and fineness; however, due to skin damage caused by environmental factors, the absorption of effective components by skin is reduced, the anti-wrinkle effect is low, and cosmetics with anti-wrinkle and repairing effects on skin are not common in the market.

s3, uniformly stirring the water phase mixture, adding the oil phase mixture, stirring in vacuum, and homogenizing to obtain a homogenized emulsion A;

Chlorella extract is rich in various cell active substances including nucleic acid, polysaccharide, polypeptide, fatty acid, enzyme, etc., and these components constitute its specific C.G.F (cell regeneration factor), and after being absorbed transdermally, the C.G.F has powerful capacity of repairing damaged cell and DNA damage and raised skin cell activity.
Abelmoschus manihot extract has antioxidant, inflammatory factor inhibiting, and skin immunocyte improving effects; the active ingredient of the skin care cream is flavone, has good moisturizing effect, can supplement moisture and nutrients for skin, and enables the skin to be moist and full, so that fine lines are smoothed, wrinkles are reduced or lightened, and the skin care cream has the effect of removing wrinkles; the efficacy of flavone is multiple-sided, on one hand, it is a very strong antioxidant, can dispel the oxygen free radical in vivo effectively; on the other hand, can inhibit exudation of inflammatory biological enzyme, promote wound healing and relieve pain.

Example 1
An anti-wrinkle repair composition comprises the following components in parts by mass:
18 parts of hydrolyzed elastin, 10 parts of Abelmoschus manihot extract, 4 parts of Mirabilis jalapa extract, 4 parts of Mirabilis Luo Mushe/stem extract, 6 parts of chlorella extract, 0.6 part of cytokine stock solution, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 4 parts of propylene glycol and 30 parts of water.
The cytokine stock solution comprises oligopeptide active matters, wherein the oligopeptide active matters comprise oligopeptide-3 and oligopeptide-1, the molecular weight of the oligopeptide active matters is 15-20kD, and the activity is more than 200000U/ml.
A preparation method of the anti-wrinkle repair composition comprises the following steps:

A preparation method of an anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing crocodile oil, jojoba seed oil, PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, hydrogenated lecithin, tocopheryl acetate and propyl hydroxybenzoate according to a formula amount, stirring, heating to 90 ℃, and preserving heat to obtain an oil phase mixture for later use; wherein the heat preservation time is 10min, and the stirring speed is 1100r/min;
s2, mixing the water, glycerol, panthenol, butanediol, carbomer and EDTA disodium according to the formula amount, stirring, heating to 90 ℃, and preserving heat to obtain a water phase mixture for later use; wherein the heat preservation time is 15min, and the stirring speed is 1100r/min;
s3, uniformly stirring the water phase mixture, adding the oil phase mixture, stirring in vacuum, and homogenizing to obtain a homogenized emulsion A; wherein the vacuum stirring speed is 600r/min, the vacuum degree is-0.07 MPa, and the homogenizing speed is 3000r/min;
s4, adding triethanolamine after the temperature of the homogenized emulsion A is reduced to 65 ℃ and homogenizing to obtain homogenized emulsion B; wherein the homogenizing speed is 3000r/min;
s5, after the temperature of the homogenized emulsion B is reduced to 45 ℃, adding the anti-wrinkle repair composition and essence according to the formula amount, uniformly stirring, and homogenizing to obtain the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic; wherein the stirring speed is 600r/min, and the homogenizing speed is 3000r/min.
Comparative example 1
An anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic, comparative example 1 differs from example 4 in that: no Abelmoschus manihot extract was added to the anti-wrinkle repair composition of comparative example 1. The remaining amounts and preparation methods were the same as in example 4.
Comparative example 2
An anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic, comparative example 2 differs from example 4 in that: the anti-wrinkle repair composition of comparative example 2 was not added with chlorella extract. The remaining amounts and preparation methods were the same as in example 4.
Comparative example 3
An anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic, comparative example 3 differs from example 4 in that: comparative example 3 the chlorella extract of example 4 was replaced with an equivalent amount of centella extract having cell regeneration and repair effects. The remaining amounts and preparation methods were the same as in example 4.
Comparative example 4
An anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic, comparative example 4 differs from example 4 in that: comparative example 4 alligator oil from example 4 was replaced with an equivalent amount of wheat germ oil having skin metabolism promoting, moisturizing and antioxidant functions. The remaining amounts and preparation methods were the same as in example 4.
Performance testing
1. Anti-wrinkle test
Test object: 140 sensitive skin female volunteers were selected, between 25-40 years of age, and randomly assigned to 7 groups.
The test method comprises the following steps: the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetics of examples 4 to 6 and the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetics of comparative examples 1 to 4 were applied to the face after cleansing in the morning and evening every day for 4 weeks. Skin texture changes were then measured by a visual-CR (facial skin image analyzer) after 4 weeks, respectively, and the depth of wrinkles and the degree of reduction in the area of wrinkles were evaluated by this method, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As shown in Table 1, the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetics prepared in examples 4 to 6 were excellent in the effect of example 4, and were capable of reducing wrinkles, improving firmness, and increasing skin elasticity. The comparison example 1 without the addition of the Abelmoschus manihot extract and the comparison example 2 without the addition of the chlorella extract have the worst performance, and the centella extract is used for replacing the same amount of chlorella extract in the comparison example 3, so that the anti-wrinkle effect is obviously reduced, and the hydrolyzed elastin, the Abelmoschus manihot extract, the Mirabilis jalapa extract, the chlorella extract, the cytokine stock solution and the sodium hyaluronate have good synergistic effect; the reduced performance of the comparative example 4, in which wheat germ oil was used in place of alligator oil, demonstrates that the cosmetic formulations of the present application have an important impact on the product's performance.
2. Repair testing
Test object: 140 healthy volunteers were selected, between 25-40 years of age, randomly assigned to 7 groups.
The test method comprises the following steps: the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetics of examples 4 to 6 and the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetics of comparative examples 1 to 4 were applied to the face after cleansing in the morning and evening every day for 4 weeks. Measuring the TEWL value of the cheek part by adopting a epidermis water loss measuring instrument; the integrity of the skin barrier function is well reflected by the TEWL, and the moisture loss change condition of the skin before and after the product is used is evaluated through the moisture loss TEWL value of the subject before and after the product is used, so that the repairing effect of the product in the aspect of improving the skin barrier function is evaluated.
Wherein Δtewl=100% × (TEWL 1-TEWL 2)/TEWL 1; wherein TEWL1: values before the product is not used; TEWL2: the value after using the product; the reduced TEWL value indicates reduced epidermis water loss, suggesting that the barrier is repaired; the larger Δtewl indicates that the greater the magnitude of the reduction in skin moisture loss, the better the healing effect, and the test results are shown in table 2.

As shown in Table 2, the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetics prepared in examples 4 to 6 have good repair effect on skin; the repairing effect of the skin repairing agent is obviously reduced by reducing or replacing one of the necessary components in comparative examples 1-4, and the repairing agent is proved to have a synergistic effect by reasonably matching the components, so that the skin repairing agent can effectively repair skin injury, provide nutrition for skin and improve skin elasticity and brightness.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present application, and the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present application are intended to be within the scope of the present application as claimed.
Claims (6)
1. The anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
25-40 parts of an anti-wrinkle repair composition, 10-20 parts of alligator oil, 3-8 parts of jojoba seed oil, 2-5 parts of panthenol, 1-3 parts of PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, 1-3 parts of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.5-1 part of tocopheryl acetate, 0.05-0.2 part of triethanolamine, 3-5 parts of butanediol, 0.3-1.5 part of carbomer, 0.01-0.2 part of propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.02-0.05 part of EDTA disodium, 0.01-0.03 part of essence, 4-10 parts of glycerol and 50-70 parts of water;
the anti-wrinkle repair composition comprises the following components in parts by mass:
10-20 parts of hydrolyzed elastin, 10-15 parts of Abelmoschus manihot extract, 1-8 parts of Mirabilis jalapa extract, 5-10 parts of Chlorella extract, 0.2-1 part of cytokine stock solution, 0.1-2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 2-10 parts of propylene glycol and 25-50 parts of water;
the preparation method of the anti-wrinkle repair composition comprises the following steps:
1) Uniformly mixing water, propylene glycol and sodium hyaluronate, heating, preserving heat, and cooling to obtain a mixed solution;
2) Adding hydrolyzed elastin, abelmoschus manihot extract, mirabilis jalapa extract, chlorella extract and cytokine stock solution into the mixed solution, stirring, and homogenizing to obtain anti-wrinkle repairing composition;
the cytokine stock solution comprises oligopeptide active matters, wherein the oligopeptide active matters comprise oligopeptide-3 and oligopeptide-1, the molecular weight of the oligopeptide active matters is 15-20kD, and the activity is more than 200000U/mL.
2. The anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the anti-wrinkle repair composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-20 parts of hydrolyzed elastin, 7-12 parts of Abelmoschus manihot extract, 3-6 parts of Mirabilis jalapa extract, 2-5 parts of Mirabilis Luo Mushe/stem extract, 5-8 parts of chlorella extract, 0.4-0.8 part of cytokine stock solution, 0.1-1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3-5 parts of propylene glycol and 25-35 parts of water.
3. The anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the anti-wrinkle repair composition comprises the steps of:
in the step 1), the heating temperature is 60-80 ℃, the heat preservation time is 20-30min, and the cooling temperature is 30-45 ℃;
in the step 2), the stirring speed is 500-700r/min, and the stirring time is 5-15min.
4. A method for preparing the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing crocodile oil, jojoba seed oil, PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate, hydrogenated lecithin, tocopheryl acetate and propyl hydroxybenzoate according to a formula amount, stirring, heating to 80-90 ℃, and preserving heat to obtain an oil phase mixture for later use;
s2, mixing the water, glycerol, panthenol, butanediol, carbomer and EDTA disodium according to the formula amount, stirring, heating to 80-90 ℃, and preserving heat to obtain a water phase mixture for later use;
s3, uniformly stirring the water phase mixture, adding the oil phase mixture, stirring in vacuum, and homogenizing to obtain a homogenized emulsion A;
s4, adding triethanolamine after the temperature of the homogenized emulsion A is reduced to 55-65 ℃ and homogenizing to obtain homogenized emulsion B;
s5, after the temperature of the homogenized emulsion B is reduced to 40-45 ℃, adding the anti-wrinkle repair composition and essence according to the formula amount, uniformly stirring, and homogenizing to obtain the anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic.
5. The method for producing an anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic according to claim 4, wherein in the step S3, the vacuum stirring speed is 400-600r/min and the vacuum degree is-0.05 to-0.07 MPa.
6. The method for preparing an anti-wrinkle repair cosmetic according to claim 4, comprising the steps of: in the step S1, the heat preservation time is 10-20min, and the stirring speed is 900-1100r/min;
in the step S2, the heat preservation time is 15-25min, and the stirring speed is 900-1100r/min;
in step S3, the homogenizing speed is 2000-3000r/min
In the step S4, the homogenizing speed is 2000-3000r/min;
in the step S5, the stirring speed is 400-600r/min, and the homogenizing speed is 2000-3000r/min.
