Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-inflammatory repairing cosmetic composition and application thereof.
Background
The american academy Elias PM proposed the famous skin natural barrier "brick wall theory". That is, in the "brick wall" structure of the skin barrier, keratinocytes are "bricks", the connections between cells are "rebar", and the intercellular lipids are "mortar". The leather-fat film is located at the outermost layer of the brick wall, which can be compared with the paint layer of the outer wall, and the structure forms a natural protective barrier for human skin. The natural skin barrier has moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and moisture retaining effects. However, the skin is damaged to some extent by factors such as VU radiation, air pollution, improper use of skin care products, and living stress, and the skin barrier is damaged, which is accompanied by various skin problems. Such as skin inflammation, which causes the skin to develop a mass, redness, pain, burning, painful reaction, generally an acute reaction, which is associated with chronic inflammation, such as inflammatory aging, which is a mild, controlled, asymptomatic, chronic and systemic inflammation, which causes significant signs of skin aging, such as wrinkles, loss of elasticity, and the like.
"aging is accompanied by inflammation, which in turn causes aging" through a vicious cycle, ultimately resulting in a chronic, systemic pro-inflammatory state in which tissue damage and repair are present simultaneously. These two mechanisms of antagonism are likely to be key causes of aging and aging-related diseases, and prolonged inflammation and repair results in the accumulation of fine tissue damage. Therefore, the control of inflammation is critical, which facilitates the repair of the skin barrier and improves the skin's ability to resist adverse factors.
In view of the problem of inflammation of the skin, there is a need to develop an anti-inflammatory cosmetic composition.

As can be seen from the above-mentioned human skin closed patch test, the cosmetic compositions with anti-inflammatory repair effects of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention do not cause adverse skin reactions, are very mild, and do not irritate human skin.
(II) anti-inflammatory repair test
1. The instrument comprises the following steps: VISIA CR facial image analysis System (Canfield Scientific).
2. Sample preparation: the products of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used as test samples;
3. the method comprises the following steps: the subjects were randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 subjects, each group was half-face tested in comparative examples 1-3, respectively, example 1, blank example 1, and example 3, respectively, i.e., half-face tested in comparative examples 1 and 3, i.e., the left and right faces were each treated with a comparative test sample, once in the morning and once in the evening. Before the product is used, a VISIA CR is used for shooting a front high-resolution picture, a probe of a percutaneous water loss determinator is placed at a horizontal position of skin in a test area, a corresponding numerical value is read, after the product is continuously used for 7 days, the VISIA CR is used for shooting the front high-resolution picture, the probe of the percutaneous water loss determinator is used for reading the corresponding numerical value, IPP software is used for comparing and analyzing the inflammation condition of facial erythema before and after use, and the percutaneous water loss rate is calculated.
4. And (3) testing results:
a. the half face erythema inflammation effect of the application example 1 is obviously improved, and the improvement effect is better than that of the comparative examples 1-3 and the blank example; the half face skin water loss of the use example 1 is reduced by 8.1 percent compared with that before use, and the reduction of the half face skin water loss of the use example 1 to the half face skin water loss of the use example 1 is minimum compared with that of the control examples 1-3 and the blank example; the lower the rate of transepidermal water loss, indicating that the skin has a greater water retention capacity and a better barrier function after the composition of example 1 is used.
b. The improvement effect of the inflammation of the half face erythema by using the composition of example 1 is better than that of example 3, and the percutaneous water loss is reduced by 4.6 percent compared with that of example 3, which shows that the composition of example 1 has better repair effect on the skin barrier.
