Modern people have high living and working pressure and irregular diet, and the environmental pollution is serious, so that the incidence of sensitive skin is higher and higher in recent years. Sensitive skin is a highly intolerant skin condition, is susceptible to irritation by various factors resulting in multifactorial syndromes of subjective symptoms such as stinging, burning, tightness, itching, etc., and is a common skin abnormality with normal skin appearance or with mild desquamation, erythema and dryness.

The nature of sensitive skin is that the stratum corneum on the surface of the skin is damaged, the barrier function of the skin is low, and much water is lost, so water replenishing and moisture preserving are more needed. The cosmetics have various types, wherein the moisture-retaining water product has the simplest component and is suitable for people with sensitive skin. At present, a large number of moisturizing water products exist in the market, but most of the active ingredients in the formula are high in content and complex in composition, so that the price of the moisturizing water products is high and the moisturizing water products are not accepted by consumers.

For example, patent document CN105963188A discloses a allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion containing gypenoside, which mainly comprises gypenoside, wild chrysanthemum flower extract, butylene glycol, allantoin, propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, betaine, xylitol, oat beta-glucan, triethanolamine, epsilon-polylysine and water. The allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion has allergy-relieving effect and low irritation, but the contents of active ingredients such as gypenoside, wild chrysanthemum extract, oat beta-glucan and the like in the formula are high, so that the lotion is not beneficial to popularization.

For another example, patent document CN107648113A discloses a moisturizing and allergy-relieving skin care composition containing chrysanthemum cell extract, which comprises various plant components such as chrysanthemum cell extract, towel gourd extract, sanguisorba root extract, perilla leaf extract and the like, and is difficult to emulsify, complicated in preparation process and limited in popularization.

In addition, the existing moisturizing water products are mostly colorless and transparent liquid in appearance, and in contrast, the colored moisturizing water products can increase the attractiveness of the products and enhance the use feeling of consumers, so that the product is more suitable for the current consumption trend, but the existing colored moisturizing water products in the market are not common. Beet root red is a natural pigment, often used as a food colorant, and is also recorded in the catalog of names of used cosmetic raw materials. Through retrieval, the application of the beetroot red in moisturizing water products is not found.

In order to meet the market demand, the development of the color allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion with low active ingredient content and remarkable allergy-relieving moisturizing effect is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art (such as high active ingredient content in a formula, insignificant allergy-relieving and moisturizing effects of a product and the like), the invention provides the allergy-relieving and moisturizing lotion which has low active ingredient content, obvious allergy-relieving and moisturizing effects, no irritation and easy absorption, is a light pink clear translucent liquid in appearance, and can attract consumers and enhance the use experience of the consumers.

The allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion provided by the invention comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: 75-90% of water, 2-5% of glycerol, 2-5% of propylene glycol, 101-4% of polyglycerol, 2-5% of xylitol, 0.2-1% of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.05% of polysorbate-200.02, 0.01-0.04% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 1-3% of trehalose, 0.3-1% of watermelon fruit extract, 0.3-1% of sunflower flower extract, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05-0.1% of pigment, 0.2-0.5% of preservative and 0.01-0.02% of essence.

As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the allergy-relieving and moisturizing lotion comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: water 82.75%, glycerin 3%, propylene glycol 4%, polyglycerol-102%, xylitol 4%, hydroxyethyl urea 0.6%, polysorbate-200.03%, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 0.02%, trehalose 2%, watermelon fruit extract 0.8%, sunflower flower extract 0.4%, sodium hyaluronate 0.03%, pigment 0.06%, preservative 0.3% and essence 0.01%.

Preferably, the pigment is beetroot red.

Preferably, the preservative is at least one of methylparaben and phenoxyethanol.

More preferably, the preservative is a composition of methylparaben and phenoxyethanol, and the weight ratio of the methylparaben to the phenoxyethanol is 1: 4.

Correspondingly, the invention also provides a preparation method of the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion, which comprises the following steps:

s1, adding water, glycerol, propylene glycol, polyglycerol-10, xylitol, hydroxyethyl urea, trehalose and sodium hyaluronate into a stirring pot, stirring and heating, homogenizing, and then cooling;

s2, cooling to 50 ℃ under stirring, adding polysorbate-20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and essence, stirring uniformly, and then continuously cooling;

s3, cooling to 30 ℃ under stirring, adding the watermelon fruit extract, the sunflower flower extract, the pigment and the preservative, and homogenizing;

s4, cooling to normal temperature, sampling and inspecting, and discharging to obtain the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion.

The allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion disclosed by the invention takes trehalose, a watermelon fruit extract and a sunflower flower extract as main active ingredients, the trehalose, the watermelon fruit extract and the sunflower flower extract are compounded to effectively reduce the consumption of raw materials and improve the moisturizing and allergy-relieving effects, and meanwhile, the combination of the trehalose, the watermelon fruit extract and the sunflower flower extract effectively reduces the irritation of the formula to the skin. The trehalose has a remarkable moisturizing effect, can form a protective film on the surface of skin and assists in the penetration of moisturizing ingredients such as watermelon fruit extract and sunflower flower extract, but can bring sticky feeling and influence the use feeling of consumers, and the invention greatly improves the sticky feeling brought by the trehalose by compounding the base materials such as glycerol, propylene glycol, polyglycerol-10, xylitol, polysorbate-20 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil according to a certain proportion, so that the moisturizing water is easy to absorb, and the skin feeling is fresh and cool after use.

In order to obtain a light pink appearance of the moisturizing water of the present invention, the inventors tried to use beetroot red as a pigment, and the aqueous solution of beetroot red appeared red to purple and was bright in color, and found that light irradiation had a large influence on the stability of the aqueous solution of beetroot red, and the color of the aqueous solution of beetroot red became pale to yellow if left for a long time under natural light. The same problem is also caused when beetroot red is added as a coloring matter to moisturizing water. However, the inventor unexpectedly finds that the sunflower flower extract can improve the light stability of the beetroot red, so that the beetroot red can not change color and still keep bright red under long-time illumination, and under the compounding of the base materials such as glycerin, propylene glycol, polyglycerol-10, xylitol and the like, the moisturizing water is in a light pink semitransparent water sample shape, and the system is uniform and stable.

Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

(1) the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion contains active ingredients such as trehalose, watermelon fruit extract and sunflower flower extract, can effectively replenish water and moisturize, has obvious relieving effect on sensitive skin problems such as redness, swelling, pruritus, desquamation, dryness and the like, can be quickly absorbed by skin, is mild and skin-friendly, is safe and non-irritant, and is suitable for long-term use.

(2) The allergy-relieving moisturizing water disclosed by the invention is in a light pink semitransparent water sample shape, is uniform and stable in system, can attract consumers and enhance the use experience of the consumers, and has a good market prospect; meanwhile, the preparation method of the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion is simple, controllable in conditions, stable in process, capable of realizing industrial production and beneficial to popularization and application.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments, which are illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

The raw materials of the present invention are all conventional commercial products, such as watermelon extract, also known as watermelon (CITRULLUS LANATUS) fruit extract, sunflower extract, also known as sunflower (helioanthus ANNUUS) flower extract, all available from guanghui fine chemical company ltd; the CAS number for Bessel root Red is 7659-95-2, available from Skyo Kagaku K.K.

Example, the invention relates to a soothing and moisturizing lotion and a preparation method thereof

The formula of the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion prepared in the embodiments 1-3 is shown in the following table 1.

The preparation method of the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion disclosed by the embodiment 1-3 of the invention comprises the following steps:

s1, adding water, glycerol, propylene glycol, polyglycerol-10, xylitol, hydroxyethyl urea, trehalose and sodium hyaluronate into a stirring pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, homogenizing for 2min, and then cooling;

s2, cooling to 50 ℃ under stirring, adding polysorbate-20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and essence, stirring uniformly, and then continuously cooling;

s3, cooling to 30 deg.C under stirring, adding watermelon fruit extract, sunflower flower extract, pigment and antiseptic, and homogenizing for 4 min;

s4, cooling to normal temperature, sampling and inspecting, and discharging to obtain the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion.

The formulations of comparative examples 1-4 allergy-free moisturizers are shown in the following table 2.

Comparative examples 1-4 methods for preparing soothing and moisturizing lotion referring to the examples, corresponding moisturizing lotions were prepared.

Test example I, stability investigation of the soothing and moisturizing lotion

The comfort and humidity-maintaining water of the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1, 3 and 4 are subjected to performance index tests, and the test results are shown in the following table 3.

In addition, the pH value of the allergy-free moisturizing water in the detection examples 1 to 3 is 6.0 to 6.5, the viscosity is 300 to 400mpa, and the sanitation standard of the cosmetic microorganism inspection is met.

Therefore, as can be seen from table 3 above:

(1) through the investigation test of heat resistance, cold resistance and centrifugal stability of the cosmetics, the system is stable and uniform, and through the investigation of 6 months of natural light irradiation, the comfort and sensitive moisturizing water in the embodiments 1 to 3 disclosed by the invention is normal and still keeps a light pink semitransparent water sample shape, so that the comfort and sensitive moisturizing water formula system disclosed by the invention has higher stability, can effectively keep sensory indexes of products and has long shelf life of the products.

(2) In comparison with example 3, comparative example 1, in which no sunflower extract was added, resulted in yellowing of the moisturizing water in the heat stability test and yellowing and delamination in the light stability test, suggesting that the sunflower extract in the present invention can improve the light and heat stability of beetroot red.

(3) Compared with example 3, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4 lack certain components, and as a result, the two moisturizing waters do not pass the test for investigating the heat resistance, cold resistance, centrifugal resistance and light resistance stability of the cosmetics, and different degrees of layering and fading phenomena appear during the investigation, which indicates that the raw materials of the invention cooperate to maintain the stability of the system.

Test example two, irritation test of the soothing and moisturizing lotion of the present invention

Skin reaction scoring was performed on the allergy-free moisturizing water of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 according to the technical cosmetic safety standard (2015 edition) skin irritation/corrosivity test, and the evaluation results were: the soothing and moisturizing lotion in examples 1 to 3 has no irritation to skin, while the soothing and moisturizing lotion in comparative examples 1 to 2 has light irritation to skin, and the combination of the watermelon fruit extract, the sunflower flower extract and trehalose can reduce the irritation to skin to a certain extent.

Test example III examination of the Using effects of the soothing and moisturizing lotion

A first part:

70 female volunteers were invited, the skin was healthy, the age was 25-35 years old, and the patients were randomly divided into 7 groups, and the soothing and moisturizing lotion prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 was tried. The volunteers washed their faces with clear water and then measured the moisture content of the skin of the forehead, left face, right face and chin with a German CK skin moisture tester CM825 respectively, and the arithmetic mean was taken, and the volunteers applied the moisturizing lotion uniformly to the faces and gently patted, after 30min, the skin moisture content of the same positions of forehead, left face, right face and chin was measured with a skin moisture tester, and the arithmetic mean was taken. The results were arithmetically averaged for each group of 10 volunteers and the results are shown in Table 4 below.

After the moisturizing lotion is used for 30min, the skin moisture content increase and decrease rate is equal to the average skin moisture after the moisturizing lotion is used for 30 min-the average skin moisture before the moisturizing lotion is used;

From table 4 above, it can be seen that:

(1) the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion has good moisturizing effect, and can remarkably improve the moisture content of the skin and moisturize the skin after being used. The best embodiment of the invention is that in the embodiment 3, the moisturizing effect of the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion is the best.

(2) Compared with the example 3, the comparative examples 1 to 4 lack some components, so that the moisturizing effect is reduced to different degrees, and the fact that all the components of the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion provided by the invention can affect the effect of the product is suggested.

A second part:

inviting 90 sensitive skin volunteers with the conditions of red swelling, pruritus, desquamation and the like on facial skin, wherein the invited volunteers are female, are aged 25-40 years old and randomly divided into 3 groups, respectively try out the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion in the embodiments 1-3, are used once in the morning and evening, persist in trying out the use condition after two weeks, check at least once every week to know whether general and local adverse reactions exist, and record the result in detail.

The return visit result shows that 95.5 percent of volunteers indicate that the soothing moisturizing lotion is easily absorbed by the skin, is fresh and cool without being sticky after being used, has good moisturizing effect, obviously relieves the red swelling, pruritus and pain of the skin after being used for two weeks, and effectively improves the skin conditions of dry, rough, desquamation and the like.

Meanwhile, no allergy phenomenon occurs in any volunteer on all trial, and adverse conditions such as skin itch, stabbing pain, red swelling and the like are not caused again. Therefore, the invention has the advantages of comfort, moisture retention, mild and safe property and long-term use.

The allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: 75-90% of water, 2-5% of glycerol, 2-5% of propylene glycol, 101-4% of polyglycerol, 2-5% of xylitol, 0.2-1% of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.05% of polysorbate-200.02, 0.01-0.04% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 1-3% of trehalose, 0.3-1% of watermelon fruit extract, 0.3-1% of sunflower flower extract, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.05-0.1% of pigment, 0.2-0.5% of preservative and 0.01-0.02% of essence;

the pigment is beetroot red.

The allergy-relieving and moisturizing lotion as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials by weight percent: water 82.75%, glycerin 3%, propylene glycol 4%, polyglycerol-102%, xylitol 4%, hydroxyethyl urea 0.6%, polysorbate-200.03%, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 0.02%, trehalose 2%, watermelon fruit extract 0.8%, sunflower flower extract 0.4%, sodium hyaluronate 0.03%, pigment 0.06%, preservative 0.3% and essence 0.01%.

3. The soothing and moisturizing lotion as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preservative is at least one of methylparaben and phenoxyethanol.

4. The sumin moisturizer according to claim 3, wherein the preservative is a combination of methylparaben and phenoxyethanol, and the weight ratio of methylparaben to phenoxyethanol is 1: 4.

5. A method for preparing soothing moisturizer according to claim 1 or 2, which comprises the following steps:

s1, adding water, glycerol, propylene glycol, polyglycerol-10, xylitol, hydroxyethyl urea, trehalose and sodium hyaluronate into a stirring pot, stirring and heating, homogenizing, and then cooling;

s2, cooling to 50 ℃ under stirring, adding polysorbate-20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and essence, stirring uniformly, and then continuously cooling;

s3, cooling to 30 ℃ under stirring, adding the watermelon fruit extract, the sunflower flower extract, the pigment and the preservative, and homogenizing;

s4, cooling to normal temperature, sampling and inspecting, and discharging to obtain the allergy-relieving moisturizing lotion.

6. The preparation method of the allergy-relieving and moisturizing lotion as claimed in claim 5, wherein the heating is carried out to 80-85 ℃.

7. The preparation method of the allergy-relieving and moisture-keeping lotion as claimed in claim 5, wherein the homogenization time is 2-6 min.
