Collagen anti-aging composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of anti-aging compositions, in particular to a collagen anti-aging composition and application thereof.
Background
The external anti-aging products in the beauty market at present mainly improve skin aging by adding active substances with functions of supplementing collagen, scavenging free radicals or promoting cell metabolism, however, the anti-aging effect which can be achieved by using some common anti-aging components in cosmetics alone is limited, and the effects of fully and effectively resisting aging, resisting wrinkles and repairing skin cannot be achieved.
Therefore, how to develop a safe and effective cosmetic with the functions of resisting aging and wrinkle, repairing and strengthening skin barrier and restoring skin moisture and elasticity is a problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a collagen anti-aging composition and application thereof, in order to improve the effects of resisting aging and wrinkling and repairing skin elasticity of cosmetics.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a collagen anti-aging composition, which adopts the following technical scheme:

the skin conditioning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass based on the total mass of the collagen anti-aging composition:
0.01-1% of recombinant III humanized collagen,
0.1-5% Of Abies starburst algae extract,
0-2% Of celery extract,
0-2% Of MPC-milk peptide complex.
By adopting the technical scheme, the recombinant III type humanized collagen has good transdermal performance, and can enter the dermis layer through the hair follicle and be diffused to the collagen fiber layer; the recombinant III type humanized collagen has the functions of bidirectional regulation, repair and regeneration, supplements III type collagen with skin deficiency, improves facial aging, achieves a better anti-wrinkle effect, has a trend guiding effect, can guide epithelial cells to quickly enter damaged parts, effectively improves the skin regeneration speed, promotes the repair of damaged aged fibroblasts, promotes the secretion of I type collagen by the fibroblasts and the recovery of skin barrier function, and further has the effects of resisting aging and resisting wrinkles;
The inventor finds that the collagen has limited improvement on the moisture retention and the elasticity of the skin and can not meet the higher skin repair requirements when researching the influence on the recombinant III type humanized collagen to improve the skin in resisting aging and resisting wrinkles, so that the skin moisture retention, the elasticity and other performances tend to be further improved. The Huperzia serrata extract is rich in sulfated polysaccharide, and can induce and activate skin multifunctional barrier, regulate skin wettability, control skin barrier permeability, reduce skin moisture loss, and play a role in deep moisture retention; the inventor finds that when the Coomassie extract is matched with the recombinant III type humanized collagen, the protection and structural support effects of the recombinant III type humanized collagen and the regenerated I type collagen on skin tissues can be improved, the recombination of a dermis bracket is promoted, the skin elasticity and stability are improved more efficiently, the skin repair process is promoted, regulated and improved, and the skin barrier is further strengthened; this is probably due to the fact that the extract of Huperzia serrata can induce recovery of collagen fiber anisotropy, and thus a more advantageous skin repair effect is achieved by mixing with the recombinant type III humanized collagen.
In addition, the inventors have found that the cress extract is added as a composition of skin conditioner to have a more favorable skin restoration effect. This is probably due to the fact that the celery extract contains the acetylated polymannan and the phenylanthraquinone, which can play an effective role in enhancing collagen, help recalibrate the balance between reconstruction and decomposition of the dermis structure, activate fibroblasts, reduce the activity of collagenolytic enzymes, promote the synthesis of high-quality type I collagen and the recovery of dermis thickness, make the skin elastic and help enhance the anti-wrinkle effect.
The lactopeptide compound contains activated TGF-beta, can promote the synthesis of type I collagen, hyaluronic acid and fibronectin by fibroblasts, ensures that skin is more compact and elastic, can reduce the decomposition speed of collagen caused by ultraviolet rays, and can delay skin aging.
The recombinant III type humanized collagen and the Huperzia serrata extract are used as main active components, and are matched, so that the III type collagen can be effectively supplemented, the regeneration of the I type collagen is promoted, the recombination of a dermis bracket is guided, and the rapid recovery of skin elasticity and stability is promoted; the auxiliary active ingredients are added into the main active ingredients, so that the fibroblast can be promoted to synthesize high-quality type I collagen, the decomposition rate of the collagen is reduced, the protection and supporting effects of the collagen on skin are further promoted, the recombination efficiency and quality of a dermis bracket are improved, and the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects of the collagen anti-aging composition are effectively enhanced.
