The test method comprises the following steps: the anti-acne essence prepared according to the embodiment is respectively and uniformly coated on acne once in the morning and at night, the anti-acne essence is continuously used for 28 days, the area ratio of a single acne skin lesion in an AOI selected area can be calculated through a red area Image shot by a VISIA7 skin detector and spot analysis in an Image Pro Plus software skin comprehensive analysis module, and the anti-acne efficacy of the product can be reflected by comparing the change of the area ratio of the single acne skin lesion before and after use.
Wherein, the area percentage reduction rate of the acne skin lesion = (the area percentage of the acne before using the product-the area percentage of the acne after using the product)/the area percentage of the acne before using the product is multiplied by 100%.
The specific test results are shown in table 5:
as can be seen from table 5, the area ratio of the single acne skin lesion is reduced relative to the initial value (D0) in the test period, and has significant difference relative to the initial value, which indicates that the anti-acne essence has a certain anti-acne effect.
5) Color of individual acne lesions a * Evaluation of improvement
Testing the population: there were 120 patients with visible acne, 30 patients each.
The test method comprises the following steps: respectively and uniformly coating the acne-removing essence prepared by the corresponding groups on acne once in the morning and at night, continuously using for 28 days, carrying out color analysis in an Image Pro Plus software skin comprehensive analysis module on a red area Image shot by a VISIA7 skin detector to calculate the color ratio of a single acne skin lesion in an AOI selected area, wherein the software adopts a three-primary color stimulation value (L) determined by the International Commission on illumination * 、a * 、b * ) Skin color was quantified. In addition, at L * 、a * 、b * In chromaticity, a * The greater the valueThe larger the color is toward red, the smaller the color is toward green. By comparing the color of individual acne lesions a before and after application * The change of the value can reflect the acne removing efficacy of the product.
Wherein the acne skin lesion a * Value reduction rate = (acne a before use of product) * Value-acne a after use of the product * Value)/acne a before use of the product * The value is 100%.
The specific test results are shown in table 6:
as can be seen from Table 6, a single acne skin a was observed during the test period * The values are all reduced relative to the initial value (D0) and have significant difference relative to the initial value, which indicates that the acne-removing essence has certain acne-removing effect.
The acne-removing composition has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, removing cutin and repairing skin barriers through a reasonable formula. In addition, when the acne cream is applied to cosmetics such as cream, essence, emulsion or gel, grease can be effectively balanced, acne can be effectively inhibited comprehensively, the acne removing effect is remarkable, and the acne cream is safe and mild, is beneficial to repairing the skin after acne and helps the skin to recover more quickly.
