Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beauty and skin care, in particular to an oil-control and acne-removing composition and application thereof in skin care products.
Background
Varicella muscle is a common problem skin condition. The expression form is that facial grease is exuberant in secretion, and the face is always full of oil and easy to remove makeup; excessive greasy deposits cause pore blockage in pores, and dirt which cannot be removed in time causes pox, even infection occurs to cause acne.
Skin care products aiming at the varicella muscles are on the market at present, such as various olive essence, elydine essence and azelaic acid essence which are on the market in recent years. Most of the products have a single path, and the addition concentration of a single active matter is pursued, because the physiological path is followed by one surface, the effect cannot be well improved, the symptoms can be repeated, and the problem of the varicella cannot be fundamentally solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil-controlling and acne-removing composition aiming at the defects that the existing skin care products aiming at the acne muscle cannot fundamentally solve the defects of the acne muscle due to single active ingredient and one-sided physiological channel.
The invention also aims to provide the application of the oil-controlling and acne-clearing composition in skin care products or skin medicaments.
The invention also aims to provide an oil-control acne-clearing skin care product prepared from the oil-control acne-clearing composition.
The invention also aims to provide several product forms of the oil-control acne-clearing skin care product.
The technical scheme adopted for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
a composition for controlling oil and removing pox comprises tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, polylysine, white willow bark extract and yeast/zinc fermentation product;
wherein, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid has the functions of anti-inflammation, eliminating inflammatory factors, blocking inflammatory reaction and improving the capability of cells for resisting stimulation. The polylysine, especially the tree-shaped polylysine with a special configuration, can be used for inhibiting the reproduction of pathogenic bacterial strains in the acne bacillus in a targeted manner, has no influence on nonpathogenic bacterial strains, and belongs to a component for accurately regulating microecology. The white willow bark extract contains salicin and salicylic acid derivatives, and can be metabolized into salicylic acid in a human body to dissolve sebum and promote sebum removal and epidermal keratinocyte removal; the yeast/zinc fermentation product is rich in zinc, and can regulate sebum secretion and control oil.
The weight ratio of the tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid to the polylysine to the white willow bark extract to the yeast/zinc fermentation product is (0.01-5): (0.00001-0.1): (0.01-3): (0.1-10).
In the technical scheme, the weight ratio of the tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid to the polylysine to the white willow bark extract to the yeast/zinc fermentation product is (0.01-3): (0.0005-0.001): (0.1-1): (0.5-5).

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
Example 1
This example describes 100 parts by mass of an aqueous solution of glycerin prepared from several oil-controlling and pox-clearing compositions, and the effects of the use thereof. The addition amount of glycerol in the glycerol aqueous solution is 5%. The purpose of glycerin is to improve the skin feel upon application, and glycerin does not affect any of the ingredients in the composition.
Composition 1 | Composition 1' | Composition 2 | Composition 2' | Composition 3 | Composition 3' | Composition 4 | Composition 4' | |
Tetrahydrophylpyrimidine carboxylic acids | 0.1 | 0.1 | 0.1 | 0.1 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 0 |
Polylysine | 0.00005 | 0 | 0.0005 | 0.0005 | 0.001 | 0.001 | 0.1 | 0.1 |
White willow bark extract | 0.2 | 02 | 0.1 | 0 | 1 | 1 | 3 | 3 |
Yeast/zinc fermentation products | 0.5 | 0.5 | 1 | 1 | 5 | 0 | 10 | 10 |
40 varicella muscle patients were selected as subjects and randomized into 8 groups of 5 persons each. Skin tests were performed on 40 selected varicella muscle patients and the average value of each group was calculated. Each group of subjects respectively use the aqueous solution prepared by the oil-controlling and acne-removing compositions once a day, and the dosage is 1 ml/time. After 28 consecutive days of use, the selected 40 varicella muscle patients were again subjected to skin test, and the rate of change of the bilateral test was calculated. The test results are shown in the following table:
the data results show that compositions 1-4 and 1 '-4' both have significant effects of reducing the area of the red zone, increasing the porphyrinic index, decreasing the transepidermal water loss index, and decreasing the sebum content, but the soothing, repairing, and oil control effects are better when 4 components are added (i.e., compositions 1-4) than compositions 1 '-4'.
From the above table, it can be seen that in the composition formula, although only polylysine is added in one of the components, for example, composition 1 is compared with composition 1', the efficacy is improved more than the change rate of the red area, the porphyria purpura index, the change rate of the percutaneous water loss index and the change rate of the sebum content are greatly improved, and the polylysine can generate synergistic effect with other three substances in the composition. Similarly, the other three substances may act synergistically with the other three substances in the composition. Therefore, the four substances in the invention are mutually cooperated and mutually promoted to achieve the effects of relieving, repairing and controlling oil.
Example 2
An essence lotion for controlling oil and clearing pox, which comprises, by mass, 100 parts,
30 varicella muscle patients were selected as subjects and randomized into 2 groups of 15 persons each. Skin tests were performed on 30 selected varicella muscle patients and the average value of each group was calculated. Each subject used the essence water containing the composition of example 2 and the blank lotion separately, 2 times daily, at a dose of 0.5 ml/time. After 28 consecutive days of use, the skin test was performed again on 30 selected varicella muscle patients, and the rate of change of the test was calculated. The test result shows that the using effect of the oil-control and acne-removing essence water is remarkably improved compared with that of a blank group (namely, the oil-control and acne-removing composition is removed on the basis of the formula of the embodiment). The specific test results are shown in the following table:
