As a core component of acne-removing cosmetics, the selection of an acne-removing active ingredient is crucial, but is limited by formula application and national regulations on related ingredients and dosage, and commercially available acne-removing skin care products generally have the defects of single effective ingredient, slow response, unsatisfactory acne-removing effect and the like. How to search for an efficient and safe acne-removing active composition aiming at the physiological and pathological characteristics of acne skin is the direction of the cosmetic practitioners to be keen.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the composition with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and acne marks, removing acne marks, repairing damaged skin, maintaining the barrier function of skin, and solving the acne crisis in multiple directions, and the preparation method and the application thereof.

Further, the preservative is selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, jasmonic acid, sodium benzoate, pentanediol and hexanediol.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the essence, which comprises the following steps:
1) Wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;
2) Adding part of the composition with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and removing acne marks and a humectant into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 80 ℃, and stirring and dissolving completely;
3) Adding the rest of the composition with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and removing acne marks and the daily essence in the step 2), and stirring and dissolving the composition completely to obtain the essence with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and removing acne marks.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

2. Azelaic diamide-MEA, helps to keep the balance of oil secretion in oily skin, seborrheic skin, and melasma-prone skin, is effective against Propionibacterium acnes, corynebacterium, and Staphylococcus epidermidis, and has exfoliating (exfoliating) effect. It has effects of softening and decomposing cutin, mildly removing keratinocyte, and promoting cell regeneration.
Polyquaternium-73, the main function of which is an acne and acne inhibitor with antibacterial activity; the bactericidal composition has a relatively strong killing effect on bacteria and fungi at a relatively low concentration, particularly has a relatively strong antibacterial effect on propionibacterium acnes which can cause acne, can better improve acne and inflammatory acne caused by microorganisms, quickly control oil and inhibit bacteria, and prevent skin lesions from being generated.
The yeast/zinc fermentation product, the yeast essence Z20 (namely the zinc-rich yeast extract Z20 produced by Angel) used in the embodiments and the comparative examples of the invention is extracted and refined by taking a zinc-rich yeast fermentation patent as a technical support, utilizing the zinc enrichment capacity of the saccharomyces cerevisiae in the growth and metabolism process and adopting a modern biological enzymolysis technology. Z20 has the effects of yeast extract, and has the effects of diminishing inflammation, removing acne, controlling oil, reducing dandruff and the like, and is beneficial to skin.
The madecassoside has the main functions of relieving, repairing and resisting inflammation, promoting collagen synthesis, promoting wound healing, blocking ultraviolet induced inflammation, and inhibiting UVB induced expression, so that melanin synthesis and melanosome transfer are inhibited, the level of inflammatory cell factors is obviously reduced, and nerve cells are protected from being damaged by inflammation and autophagy induction.
The oil-control acne-removing and acne-mark-removing lotion creatively combines the four functional components, can resist acne from all aspects, can eliminate acne, can repair skin damage caused by acne, can prevent acne, and can solve the acne crisis of skin in multiple directions and multiple angles.

Examples 1 to 3
A cosmetic composition with effects of controlling oil, removing acne and removing acne marks is prepared into essence, and the content of the raw material components is shown in the following table 1.

The preparation process of the essence with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and removing acne marks in the embodiments 1 to 3 comprises the following steps:
1) Wetting and dispersing the thickening agent in the phase A in water completely to obtain a mixed solution;
2) Adding other moisturizing agents, skin conditioning agents and preservatives of the phase A into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 80 ℃, and stirring to dissolve the moisturizing agents, the skin conditioning agents and the preservatives completely; adding the functional component nonane diamide-MEA, and stirring to dissolve completely; cooling to 45 ℃;
3) Respectively mixing the raw materials of the phase B, the phase C and the phase D, adding the mixture obtained in the step 2), and stirring and dissolving the mixture completely to obtain the essence with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and removing acne marks.
The preparation process of the essence of the blank example comprises the following steps:
1) Wetting and dispersing the thickening agent in the phase A in water completely to obtain a mixed solution;
2) Adding other moisturizing agents, skin conditioners and preservatives of the phase A into the mixed solution in the step 1), heating to 80 ℃, and stirring to dissolve the moisturizing agents, the skin conditioners and the preservatives completely; cooling to 45 ℃;
3) Respectively mixing the raw materials of the phase B, the phase C and the phase D, adding the mixture obtained in the step 2), and stirring and dissolving the mixture completely to obtain the essence with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and removing acne marks.
Comparative examples 1 to 8
The essence is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight in tables 2-3:

The preparation process of the essence of the comparative examples 1 to 8 comprises the following steps:
1) Wetting and dispersing the thickening agent in the phase A in water completely to obtain a mixed solution;
2) Adding other moisturizing agents, skin conditioners and preservatives of the phase A into the mixed solution in the step 1), heating to 80 ℃, and stirring to dissolve the moisturizing agents, the skin conditioners and the preservatives completely; optionally adding a functional component of nonanamide-MEA (if the formulas in the tables 2 and 3 relate to the functional component, or not adding the functional component), and stirring to dissolve completely; cooling to 45 ℃;
3) Mixing the raw materials of the phase B, the phase C and the phase D respectively, and then adding the mixture obtained in the step 2) into the mixture to be stirred and dissolved completely to obtain the essence with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and removing acne marks.
Test example for Effect verification
1. Safety test
Test samples: examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-8 and blanks;
test objects: 120 subjects in the age range of 20-35 years were selected and randomized into 12 groups of 10 subjects each.

and 3, stage: strong positive reaction (herpes reaction); erythema, infiltration, edema, pimples, herpes; the reaction may be beyond the test area;
and 4, stage 4: very strong response (fusional herpes response); erythema, severe infiltration, edema, fusional herpes, and response beyond the test area.

The results in table 4 show that the evaluation grades of the essences prepared in the examples, the comparative examples and the blank examples are 0 at 0.5h,24h and 48h, no adverse skin reaction occurs, and the composition and the essence product related to the invention are safe and non-irritant to skin.
2. Stability test
Test samples: examples 1 to 3;
the test method comprises the following steps: and (4) internal control standard: i.e. the appearance color, pH, was observed for three months.

The color, viscosity and pH of the essence prepared by the embodiment have no significant change within three months under high and low temperature or illumination, which shows that the essence has better stability.
3. Oil control efficacy test experiment
Testing the content of skin oil:
testing an instrument: sebumeter SM815, manufactured by CK corporation, germany.
And (3) testing conditions are as follows: constant temperature and humidity environment with temperature 23 + -1 deg.C and humidity 50% + -5%, and the subject sits still in the environment for at least 30 minutes before testing.
Subjects with oily skin were recruited 120, 60 men, 60 women. The groups were randomized into 12 groups of 10 people each.
The skin oil content (μ g/cm) on both sides of the nose of the subject was measured with an oil tester Sebumeter SM815 2 ) Recorded as T0 (average of 10 people per group). After each subject washed his/her face, the essence solutions obtained in examples 1, 2 and 3 and the control and blank examples were applied to his/her face, particularly to the sides of his/her nose, once a day in the morning and evening, for 4 weeks. The skin oil content on both sides of the nose of the subject was measured with an oil tester every week, the oil content values of T1 (1 week), T2 (2 weeks later), T3 (3 weeks later) and T4 (4 weeks later) were recorded, the average value of 10 persons per group was calculated, the oil content change rate was further calculated, and the results are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from table 6, the essence compositions containing the effects of controlling oil, removing acne and removing acne marks obtained in examples 1-3 of the invention can effectively inhibit the secretion of the grease, while the essence compositions obtained in the comparative example have a certain effect of inhibiting the secretion of the grease when one or two of the effect components of the invention are added, but the effect is far inferior to that of examples 1-3, which proves that the combination of the effect components of the invention produces a synergistic effect, while the essence compositions obtained in the blank examples hardly have the effect of inhibiting the secretion of the grease. The essence with the effects of controlling oil, removing acnes and removing acne marks has the effect of controlling oil.
4. Facial image acquisition and acne analysis test
The effects of example 2 and comparative examples 1-8 of the oil-controlling, acne-removing and acne-mark-removing component synergistic experiments were verified, and the experimental steps and results were as follows:
1) The tester: 90 healthy women (20-45 years old) divided into 9 groups of 10 persons each; each group used the same formulation.
2) Test area: the entire face.

The results in table 7 show that the abilities of decreasing acne by simultaneously adding madecassoside, yeast essence Z20, polyquaternium-73, and azelamide-MEA to the essence at 14 days, 28 days, and 56 days are 42.56%, 54.27%, and 68.75%, respectively, and the anti-acne abilities are significantly greater than those of comparative examples 1-8, which indicates that the anti-acne abilities of the four components when used simultaneously are significantly improved compared with those of a certain component and a single component, and it can be seen that the four components have a synergistic function in removing acne. The synergistic function is realized because the four components adopted by the Chinese medicinal composition have different division and cooperation in the aspects of acne removal and inflammation resistance, and can solve the problems of skin acne from eliminating the acne to repairing skin damage caused by the acne to preventing the acne from occurring in multiple directions and multiple angles.
5. Human body trial evaluation experiment
