Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a moisturizing and repairing composition, a cosmetic and a preparation method.
Background
Moisture in the skin is a prerequisite for keeping the skin healthy, preventing skin aging, moisturizing and caring the skin. Healthy skin is generally smooth, full and elastic. But with age the skin gradually becomes dry, wrinkled, loose, presenting an aged appearance. From the viewpoint of skin histology, the skin is a layered structure and is composed of an epidermal layer, a basal lamina and a dermal layer from outside to inside, and the dermis and the epidermis are divided and connected by the basal lamina to form a skin moisturizing system. The dermis layer is the "water source", the basement membrane is the "canal", and the stratum corneum is the "dam". Problems occur in any link of the moisturizing system, and the skin cannot finish the repair of the skin. Thus, maintaining the moisture content of the skin, ensuring the barrier function of the stratum corneum is the most important basic means of skin care and cosmetology.
However, most of moisturizing cosmetics exist in the cosmetic market at present, and the moisturizing time is short, the moisturizing effect is poor, the repairing capability is insufficient and the like. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a composition which has high safety and long-lasting moisturizing effect, and has a soothing effect, and is beneficial to market economy.

TABLE 1 skin adverse reaction grading criteria
2. Comfort and repair test:
1) Test sample: the cosmetics of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 10 were set with the aqueous solution as a blank.
2) Volunteer screening: 3 days before the start of the test, screening volunteers through a lactic acid stinging test, when the volunteers visit, after washing the face with a designated face, sitting still for about 20min in a test environment, and after sitting still, dropping 50 mu L of 10% lactic acid aqueous solution on filter paper with the diameter of 8mm, placing the filter paper on the nasal labial sulcus of a subject and any side cheek (or placed on the nasal labial sulcus of both sides of the subject), and inquiring subjective symptoms of the subject 30s,2.5min and 5min respectively, and scoring according to a 4-point method (wherein no sensation is found in a score of 0, mild in a score of 1, moderate in a score of 2 and heavy in a score of 3); and the sum of the stinging scores of 2.5min and 5min is more than or equal to 3, and the stinging score is positive to lactic acid stinging.
3) The test method comprises the following steps: 51 lactic acid stinging positive volunteers were screened, three of each group were randomly assigned, and used earlier than the face daily for 4 weeks, and relevant data were collected at 0, 2, and 4 weeks and summarized, with the results shown in table 2.
4) The test indexes are as follows: the TEWL value of the percutaneous moisture loss is used for evaluating the skin barrier function, and is an important parameter for examining skin repair after using the product, and the smaller the value, the better the skin barrier and the better the repair.
5) Lactic acid stinging score: scoring was performed in a 4-point scale (0 for no sensation, 1 for mild, 2 for moderate, and 3 for heavy), with higher scores being more sensitive to skin.
Determination result: any index before and after use is obviously improved, the index is considered to have the effect of relieving and desensitizing, and the lower the lactic acid stinging score after use is, the higher the product restoration capability is considered.
TABLE 2 results of the relief repair of examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-10
As can be seen from the test results of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-7 in table 2, the present application can rapidly increase the water retention of the horny layer, improve the ecdysis phenomenon, strengthen the barrier function for a long period, reduce the water loss of the skin, effectively repair the barrier function of the skin and reduce the sensitivity of the skin by specifically selecting different plant extract components and simultaneously limiting the specific addition ratio of each component.
As can be seen from the detection results of the example 1 and the comparative examples 8-9 in the table 2, the application can improve the spreadability of the product on the skin surface and simultaneously help to promote the permeation of each plant extract component, improve the absorption effect of skin cells on repair molecules, and prevent the oxidation and rancidity of the emollient by the oxidation resistance of the plant extract components, so that the moisturizing and repairing functions of the skin can be improved for a long time.
The foregoing embodiments have been provided for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
