技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱氧剂粉体。
背景技术
作为食品、医药品等的保存技术,已知有使用脱氧剂的方法。该方法中,通过在阻气性的密封容器内封入被保存物品与脱氧剂并密封,使密封容器内的氧被脱氧剂吸收,可以将密封容器内的氛围保持为实质上的无氧状态。作为脱氧剂的功能,需要为小型、且吸收多的氧。换言之,需要每单位体积的吸氧量高的脱氧剂组合物。
作为脱氧剂的代表,可以举出以铁(铁粉)为主剂的铁系脱氧剂、以抗坏血酸、甘油等为主剂的非铁系脱氧剂。对于脱氧剂,根据用途适宜选择,但出于吸氧性能的观点,铁系脱氧剂受到广泛使用。
铁系脱氧剂中有实质上不含水分的水分依存型脱氧剂。水分依存型脱氧剂通过置于高湿度下才开始得到脱氧性能,因此可以取得长的向制品的装填或密封的工作时间,从而操作性高。作为水分依存型脱氧剂,例如专利文献1中公开了一种脱氧剂组合物,其以改善经济性、吸氧性及抑制高湿度下的生锈为目的,含有铁粉、金属溴化物和/或金属碘化物、硫代硫酸盐。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
对于脱氧剂,在将由封入被保存物品与脱氧剂的容器而成的制品开封时,脱氧剂与大气中的氧发生反应并发热。特别是对于大多数水分依存型脱氧剂,内容物的大部分由铁粉构成,具有发热温度变高的倾向。特别是,脱氧剂的包装材料如专利文献1的脱氧剂包装体的制作方法中记载的那样,一面由非通气性层叠薄膜、另一面由聚乙烯无纺布构成的脱氧剂的情况,包装材料的通气性高、隔热性低,因此发热温度特别容易变高。因此,需要一种能够抑制发热的脱氧剂。
但是,脱氧剂的发热是由于与氧的反应,抑制发热会大幅损害脱氧剂本来需要的吸氧性能,因此难以兼顾吸氧性能与发热抑制。
因此,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种吸氧性能优异,能够抑制制品开封时的发热的脱氧剂粉体。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人们为解决前述问题而进行了深入研究,结果发现在铁粉中加入特定的添加剂时,能够得到一种脱氧剂,封入该脱氧剂的制品的开封时发热少,同时其吸氧性能也优异。
本发明涉及以下的<1>~<11>。
<1>一种脱氧剂粉体,其包含铁粉、金属卤化物、及碱剂,该碱剂的25℃下于水100g中的溶解度不足0.1g,该碱剂的水分散液在25℃下的pH为8~12。
<2>根据上述<1>所述的脱氧剂粉体,其进一步含有活性炭。
<3>根据上述<1>或<2>所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,相对于铁粉100质量份,所述碱剂的含量为0.1~20质量份。
<4>根据上述<2>或<3>所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,相对于铁粉100质量份,所述活性炭的含量为0.01~5质量份。
<5>根据上述<1>~<4>中任一项所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,所述碱剂的水分散液在25℃下的pH为9.5~11.5。
<6>根据上述<1>~<5>中任一项所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,所述碱剂选自由氧化镁、氢氧化镁、碱性碳酸镁、硫酸钡、及磷酸三镁组成的组中的至少1种。

发明的效果
本发明提供:将封入被保存物品与脱氧剂的容器开封时脱氧剂的发热少,并且吸氧性能优异的脱氧剂粉体及脱氧剂包装体。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的一个实施方式进行说明。本发明的内容不受到以下说明的实施方式的限定。
需要说明的是,本说明书中,关于数值的记载的“A~B”这样的用语,是指“A以上且B以下”(A<B的情况)或“A以下且B以上”(A>B的情况)。此外,本发明中优选方式的组合为更优选的方式。
〔脱氧剂粉体〕
本发明的脱氧剂粉体包含铁粉、金属卤化物、及碱剂,该碱剂的25℃下于水100g中的溶解度不足0.1g,该碱剂的水分散液的25℃下的pH为8~12。
此外,本发明的脱氧剂粉体具有如下效果:封入有脱氧剂粉体的容器开封时的发热得到抑制,吸氧性能优异。本发明这样的脱氧剂粉体适用于以铁为主剂的脱氧剂,特别是适宜用于水分依存型的脱氧剂。
(铁粉)
对于本发明的脱氧剂粉体中包含的铁粉,只要是露出了铁的表面者就没有特别限定,可以适宜使用还原铁粉、电解铁粉、喷雾铁粉等。此外,可以使用铸铁等的粉碎物、切削品。
铁粉可以单独使用1种,根据需要也可以组合使用2种以上。此外,这些铁粉也可以容易地入手市售品。
出于与氧的接触良好的观点,铁粉的平均粒径优选为1000μm以下,更优选为500μm以下,进一步优选为200μm以下,更进一步优选为100μm以下,并且,出于抑制粉尘发生的观点,优选为1μm以上,更优选为10μm以上,进一步优选为20μm以上。
需要说明的是,铁粉的平均粒径为D50中位径。作为具体的测定方法,可以举出实施例中记载的方法。
此外,出于吸氧能的观点,铁粉的比表面积优选为0.01m2/g以上,更优选为0.03m2/g以上。铁粉的比表面积可以通过BET多点法测定。
本发明的脱氧剂粉体包含铁粉作为主剂。对于脱氧剂粉体中的铁粉的含量,在脱氧剂粉体中优选为40质量%以上且99质量%以下,更优选为80质量%以上且98质量%以下,进一步优选为90质量%以上且97质量%以下。
(金属卤化物)
对于本发明的脱氧剂粉体中包含的金属卤化物,其为在铁的氧化反应中起催化作用、提高铁的活性的物质。此外,金属卤化物也发挥将脱氧剂粉体吸收或接触的水分保持于脱氧剂粉体中的功能。
作为金属卤化物,通常已知的物质即可,可以不受特别限制地使用。
作为金属卤化物中的金属没有特别限定,例如可以举出选自由碱金属、碱土金属、铜、锌、铝、锡、铁、钴及镍组成的组中的至少1种。其中更优选选自由锂、钾、钠、镁、钙、钡及铁组成的组中的至少1种。此外,作为金属卤化物中的卤化物没有特别限定,例如可以举出氯化物、溴化物、及碘化物。
这些之中,金属卤化物优选为选自由碱金属的氯化物、碱金属的溴化物、碱土金属的氯化物、及碱土金属的溴化物组成的组中的至少一者。
作为金属卤化物,优选选自由氯化钙、氯化钠、溴化钙、溴化钠、碘化钙、及碘化钠组成的组中的至少一者。出于操作性、安全性等观点,更优选选自由氯化钙、氯化钠、溴化钙、溴化钠组成的组中的至少一者,进一步优选选自由氯化钙及氯化钠组成的组中的至少一者。
金属卤化物可以单独使用1种,根据需要也可以组合使用2种以上。此外,这些金属卤化物可以使用市售品。
脱氧剂粉体中的金属卤化物的含量没有特别限定,在脱氧剂粉体中优选为0.005质量%以上且5质量%以下,更优选为0.025质量%以上且2质量%以下,进一步优选为0.05质量%以上且1质量%以下,更进一步优选为0.1质量%以上且1质量%以下。此外,相对于铁粉100质量份优选为0.01~5质量份,更优选为0.05~2质量份,进一步优选为0.1~1质量份。
(碱剂)
本发明的脱氧剂粉体包含碱剂。
对于本发明的脱氧剂粉体中包含的碱剂,认为特别是有助于抑制将封入有脱氧剂粉体的容器开封时脱氧剂的发热。
碱剂是制成水分散液时水的液性显示碱性者,碱剂的水分散液的25℃下的pH为8~12,优选为9~12,更优选为9.5~11.5,进一步优选为10.0~11.5。
需要说明的是,碱剂的水分散液的pH是25℃下使碱剂为饱和溶解度以上的浓度时的上清液的pH,具体而言通过实施例中记载的方法而测定。
此外,碱剂的25℃下于水100g中的溶解度不足0.1g。
作为碱剂,使用25℃下于水100g中的溶解度不足0.1g的碱剂(以下有时称为水难溶性碱剂。)从而表现本发明的效果的理由推测如下。
已知通常铁粉的氧化速度受pH的影响,在高pH区域中铁的氧化速度降低。本发明的脱氧剂粉体中,通过含有铁粉与水难溶性碱剂,若将脱氧剂与被保存物一同封入包装容器,则使用开始时进行铁粉的氧化,可以快速吸收包装容器内的氧而成为脱氧状态。之后,随时间经过,水难溶性碱剂花费时间与包装容器内的水分发生反应并逐渐溶解于水中,使铁粉表面变化为高pH状态并使铁的氧化活性降低。结果推测在将包装容器开封并取出被保存物时铁粉的氧化速度降低,从而抑制了开封时的脱氧剂的发热。
碱剂可以单独使用1种,根据需要也可以组合使用2种以上。此外,这些碱剂可以使用市售品。
碱剂的25℃下于水100g中的溶解度不足0.1g,优选不足0.01g。此外,下限值没有限制,但优选为0.1mg以上。
需要说明的是,碱剂的25℃下于水100g中的溶解度为物质固有的值,参照各物质的(M)SDS中记载的值即可,没有(M)SDS的值的情况下可以通过变温法(其2)或蒸发法测定。
碱剂没有限定,但优选为选自由氧化镁、氢氧化镁、碱性碳酸镁、硫酸钡、及磷酸三镁组成的组中的至少1种,更优选为选自由氧化镁、氢氧化镁、及碱性碳酸镁组成的组中的至少1种,进一步优选为选自由氧化镁、及氢氧化镁组成的组中的至少1种,更进一步优选为氧化镁。
碱剂可以单独使用1种,根据需要也可以组合使用2种以上。此外,这些碱剂可以使用市售品。
氧化镁优选为选自由重烧氧化镁及电熔氧化镁组成的组中的至少1种。重烧氧化镁为通过高温烧成的氧化镁。特别优选为电熔氧化镁。其理由为相比其他碱剂,对脱氧时间造成的不良影响少,可以快速地脱氧。此外比起通常的氧化镁的堆积密度,电熔氧化镁的堆积密度大,因此电熔氧化镁比通常的氧化镁更重,与铁粉的混合性良好,粉尘飞舞也少,因此出于操作性的观点也优异。
此外,本发明的脱氧剂粉体中包含的碱剂优选为颗粒,本发明的脱氧剂粉体中包含的碱剂颗粒的平均粒径优选为0.1~100μm,更优选为0.5~70μm,进一步优选为3~50μm。
需要说明的是,碱剂颗粒的平均粒径为D50中位径。作为具体的测定方法,可以举出实施例中记载的方法。
脱氧剂粉体中的碱剂的含量没有特别限定,在脱氧剂粉体中优选为0.05质量%以上且20质量%以下,更优选为0.25质量%以上且10质量%以下,进一步优选为0.5质量%以上且8质量%以下,更进一步优选为2.5质量%以上且8质量%以下。此外,相对于铁粉100质量份优选为0.1~20质量份,更优选为0.5~15质量份,进一步优选为1.0~10质量份。碱剂的含量在上述范围内时,可以在维持铁粉的吸氧性能的同时,有效地抑制制品开封时的发热。
(活性炭)
本发明的脱氧剂粉体根据需要的性能,优选进一步包含活性炭。
活性炭具有保水功能,具有促进铁粉的氧化反应并吸收臭气的功能,因此在通常设想的用途中优选包含活性炭。活性炭的种类没有特别限定,可以为木质、椰子壳、石炭等的任意者。
活性炭的性状没有特别限定,但出于脱氧剂制造时的操作性的观点适宜使用流动性高的粉末状者。此外,出于脱氧剂粉体制造时的操作性的观点,活性炭的平均粒径优选为1μm以上且1000μm以下,更优选为3μm以上且200μm以下,进一步优选为10μm以上且60μm以下。活性炭的颗粒若为具有上述范围的粒度者,可以不分一次颗粒、聚集颗粒、造粒物而使用。具有上述范围的粒度的活性炭可以单独使用一种,也可以将具有不同粒度的多种以任意比例混合而使用。
需要说明的是,活性炭的平均粒径为D50中位径。作为具体的测定方法,可以举出实施例中记载的方法。
脱氧剂粉体中的活性炭的含量没有特别限定,在脱氧剂粉体中优选为0.005质量%以上且5质量%以下,更优选为0.025质量%以上且2质量%以下,进一步优选为0.05质量%以上且1质量%以下,更进一步优选为0.25质量%以上且1质量%以下。此外,相对于铁粉100质量份,优选为0.01~5质量份,更优选为0.05~2质量份,进一步优选为0.1~1质量份。活性炭的含量若在该范围内,则脱氧剂粉体将水保持,促进氧化反应,可以提高吸氧量。
(添加物)
本发明的脱氧剂粉体在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,根据需要还可以含有上述以外公知的添加剂。作为添加剂的例子,可以例示出二氧化硅、氧化铝、石膏等。可以单独使用1种,根据需要也可以组合使用2种以上。
<脱氧剂粉体的特性/制造方法>
本发明的脱氧剂粉体含有铁粉、金属卤化物、及水难溶性碱剂。
本发明的脱氧剂粉体的平均粒径优选为10~200μm,更优选为50~150μm。
通过使脱氧剂粉体的平均粒径在上述范围内,可以维持高吸氧性能,且也可以抑制封入有脱氧剂的容器开封时脱氧剂的发热。
本发明的脱氧剂粉体适宜作为水分依存型的脱氧剂使用,优选粉体中实质上不含有水分。本发明的脱氧剂粉体的水分量优选为10质量%以下,更优选为5质量%以下,进一步优选为1质量%以下,更进一步优选为0.5质量%以下。
本发明的脱氧剂粉体的制造方法若为能得到上述脱氧剂粉体的方法则没有特别限定,作为优选方法例示如下所示的方法。
(方法1)将铁粉及金属卤化物的水溶液混合并干燥后,混合粉状的水难溶性碱剂的方法、(方法2)将铁粉、粉状的水难溶性碱剂、及金属卤化物的水溶液混合并干燥的方法。
使用活性炭的情况下,在方法1中可以举出:(方法1-1)将铁粉、活性炭及金属卤化物的水溶液混合并干燥后,混合粉状的水难溶性碱剂的方法、(方法1-2)将铁粉及金属卤化物的水溶液混合并干燥后,混合活性炭及粉状的水难溶性碱剂的方法。在方法2中可以举出:(方法2-1)将铁粉、粉状的水难溶性碱剂、活性炭及金属卤化物的水溶液混合并干燥的方法、(方法2-2)将铁粉、粉状的水难溶性碱剂、及金属卤化物的水溶液混合并干燥后,混合活性炭的的方法。
方法1及2因制造时干燥的负荷少,故优选,方法1因可以使碱剂点缀在铁粉表面,可以有效地抑制发热,故更优选。
用于混合的装置没有特别限定,但例如可以使用螺带式混合机。
[脱氧剂包装体]
本发明的脱氧剂包装体具备上述的脱氧剂粉体、和收纳该脱氧剂粉体的通气性包装材料。
(包装材料)
作为包装材料,可以举出将2张通气性包装材料贴合而成袋状者、将1张通气性包装材料与1张非通气性包装材料贴合而成袋状者,将1张通气性包装材料弯折,除弯折部以外的缘部彼此密封而成袋状者。
此处,在通气性包装材料及非通气性包装材料为四角形状的情况下,包装材料可以举出将2张通气性包装材料重叠,将4边热封而成袋状者、将1张通气性包装材料与1张非通气性包装材料重叠,将4边热封而成袋状者,将1张通气性包装材料弯折,将除弯折部以外的3边热封而成袋状者。此外包装材料可以为:将通气性包装材料做成筒状,将其筒状体的两端部及主体部热封而成袋状者。
(通气性包装材料)
作为通气性包装材料,选择透过氧的包装材料。其中适宜使用Gurley式试验机法得到的不透气度为600秒以下者,更优选为100秒以下者,但并不限定于上述,可以根据要求的制品的性能使用不透气度更高的包装材料。此处,不透气度是指使用JIS P8117(1998)的方法测定的值。更具体而言,是指使用Gurley式透气度测定仪(株式会社东洋精机制作所制)使100mL的空气透过通气性包装材料需要的时间。
作为上述通气性包装材料,除纸、无纺布以外,还可以使用对塑料薄膜赋予了通气性者。作为塑料薄膜,例如可以使用将聚对苯甲酸乙二醇酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯等薄膜、与作为密封层的聚乙烯、离聚物、聚丁二烯、乙烯丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物或乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物等薄膜层叠粘结的层叠薄膜等。此外,也可以将它们的层叠物作为通气性包装材料使用。
作为赋予通气性的方法,除基于冷针、热针的穿孔加工以外,还可以采用多种方法。通过穿孔加工赋予通气性的情况下,通气性可以通过穿孔的孔径、数量、材质等自由地调整。
此外,层叠薄膜的厚度优选为50~300μm,特别优选为60~250μm。该情况下,相比厚度不在上述范围的情况,可以制成保持了强度且热封性、包装适应性优异的包装材料。
实施例
以下,使用实施例及比较例对本实施方式进行详细说明,但本实施方式可以在发挥本发明的作用效果的范围内适宜变更。
(脱氧剂粉体及脱氧剂包装体的制造)
实施例1
向铁粉(雾化铁粉,平均粒径80μm)100g中加入10质量%的氯化钙水溶液3g、活性炭(木质,平均粒径30μm)0.5g,在25℃下水分干燥后混合,得到脱氧剂粉体的主剂。
向前述主剂4.0g中,加入作为水难溶性碱剂的氧化镁(富田制药株式会社制,食品添加用重质,平均粒径30.2μm,25℃下于水100g中的溶解度为8.6×10-3g)0.2g,使用药匙混合至均一,得到脱氧剂粉体。
将前述脱氧剂粉体填充至下述包装袋:将非通气性层叠薄膜(厚度约为75μm)与聚烯烃制无纺布制成的通气性层叠薄膜(厚度约为200μm,不透气度为15秒以下)重叠,将各边热封为袋状的包装袋(50mm×50mm),将开口部密封(热封)而得到脱氧剂包装体。
使用得到的脱氧剂包装体进行后述的评价。将结果示于表1。
实施例2
水难溶性碱剂使用电熔氧化镁(达泰豪化学工业株式会社制,“DENMAG”,325目孔,平均粒径20.1μm,25℃下于水100g中的溶解度为8.6×10-3g),除此以外,与实施例1同样地进行,得到脱氧剂粉体及脱氧剂包装体。使用得到的脱氧剂包装体进行后述的评价。将结果示于表1。
实施例3
水难溶性碱添加剂使用氢氧化镁(内海盐业株式会社制、“水MAG SP”、平均粒径5.3μm、25℃下于水100g中的溶解度为3.5×10-4g),除此以外,与实施例1同样地进行,得到脱氧剂粉体及脱氧剂包装体。使用得到的脱氧剂包装体进行后述的评价。将结果示于表1。
比较例1
不使用碱剂,以实施例1的脱氧剂粉体的主剂为比较例1的脱氧剂粉体。与实施例1同样地进行,得到脱氧剂包装体。使用得到的脱氧剂包装体进行后述的评价。将结果示于表1。
比较例2
碱剂使用氢氧化钙(富士胶片和光纯药株式会社制,氢氧化钙特级试剂,平均粒径14.4μm,25℃下于水100g中的溶解度为0.17g),除此以外,与实施例1同样地进行,得到脱氧剂粉体及脱氧剂包装体。使用得到的脱氧剂包装体进行后述的评价。将结果示于表1。
(碱剂的25℃下于水100g中的溶解度)
碱剂的25℃下于水100g中的溶解度使用制造商(材料的供应商)提供的SDS中记载的值。需要说明的是,对于实施例1中使用的氧化镁,制造商提供的SDS中未记载水中的溶解度,因此援用了同样为氧化镁的实施例2的电熔氧化镁的值。
(碱剂的水分散液的pH)
向30mL管形瓶中加入表1所示的碱剂5g、离子交换水10g,盖上盖子使用超声波清洗机混合10分钟后,静置10分钟,得到碱剂的水分散液。使用pH计(“LAQUA F-72”,电极:“9615D-10D”,株式会社堀场制作所制)测定前述水分散液的上清液的pH。测定条件为25℃。
(平均粒径)
平均粒径使用数码图像分析式颗粒径分布测定装置(“CAMSIZER XT”,Microtrac·Retsch公司制),测定D50中位径作为平均粒径。
(脱氧时间(吸氧性能评价))
向阻气袋中加入空气1000mL、实施例及比较例中得到的脱氧剂包装体(填充有脱氧剂粉体的脱氧剂包装体)各1个、混合有水8g及甘油2g并浸渍且负载于硅藻土的调湿剂,制作脱氧时间测定用的试样。将该试样置于25℃下,使用气体分析器(mocon Dansensor公司制“Check Mate 3”)的氧化锆式氧浓度计测定阻气袋内的氧浓度,以氧浓度成为0.1%的时间点的时间为脱氧时间。脱氧时间越短,吸氧性能越优异。
(开封时的发热温度的测定(发热抑制性能评价))
分别使用实施例及比较例得到的脱氧剂包装体,制作与上述脱氧时间测定用的试样相同的试样,将该试样放置1周。之后,将阻气袋开封并取出脱氧剂包装体,在脱脂棉上将通气面朝下静置,使电子记录式温度计(“TNA-140”、ICHINEN TASCO株式会社制)的测定端子接触非通气面,测定发热温度30分钟,记录最高发热温度。最高发热温度越低,发热抑制性能越优异。

从表1的结果可知,实施例的脱氧剂粉体在抑制制品开封时的发热的同时,具有高吸氧性能。
产业上的可利用性
对于本发明的脱氧剂粉体,将封入有被保存物品与脱氧剂的容器开封时的脱氧剂的发热少,并且吸氧性能优异。因此适用于以铁为主剂的脱氧剂,特别是适宜用于水分依存型的脱氧剂。
Claims (11)
1.一种脱氧剂粉体,其包含铁粉、金属卤化物、及碱剂,该碱剂的25℃下于水100g中的溶解度不足0.1g,该碱剂的水分散液在25℃下的pH为8~12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱氧剂粉体,其进一步含有活性炭。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,相对于铁粉100质量份,所述碱剂的含量为0.1~20质量份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,相对于铁粉100质量份,所述活性炭的含量为0.01~5质量份。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,所述碱剂的水分散液在25℃下的pH为9.5~11.5。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,所述碱剂选自由氧化镁、氢氧化镁、碱性碳酸镁、硫酸钡、及磷酸三镁组成的组中的至少1种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,所述氧化镁选自由重烧氧化镁及电熔氧化镁组成的组中的至少1种。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,所述金属卤化物选自由碱金属的氯化物、碱金属的溴化物、碱土金属的氯化物、及碱土金属的溴化物组成的组中的至少1者。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,相对于铁粉100质量份,所述金属卤化物的含量为0.01~5质量份。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的脱氧剂粉体,其中,所述碱剂为颗粒,该颗粒的平均粒径为3~50μm。
11.一种脱氧剂包装体,其具备权利要求1~10中任一项所述的脱氧剂粉体、和收纳该脱氧剂粉体的通气性包装材料。
