Abstract
一种可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器包括一个具有分离式吸入孔以使吸尘的本体;一个使本体前、后移动的电动移动装置;一个使本体能够左、右移动的电动方向改变装置;以及一个使用无线、有线或紫外线控制上述各装置,使本体自由移动的控制器。
Description
本发明涉及一种真空吸尘器,具体来说,涉及一种可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器,它包括一个能够按照遥控操作前、后、左、右自由移动以便清洁房间的本体。
一般来说,真空吸尘器清洁房间时,装在其中的电机产生吸力以收集浮动的异物如地板上的灰尘。
图1是普通真空吸尘器的立体图。真空吸尘器的本体1包括一个装在其内的电机,一根连接软管,一根连接管4和一个吸入器5。本体1包括一个在前面上形成的插入孔2,以装入连接软管3的端部,以及一个电连接器8。手柄6安装在连接软管3和连接管4之间,并包括设在其上部的开关部分7,操纵者操纵开关部分以控制真空吸尘器的驱动部分。手柄6具有中空部分,使灰尘可以通过。连接管4是由硬材料如塑料等制成的,它被分成多段或以多级形式相互折叠起来。这便于真空吸尘器的储存和运输。吸入器固定在连接管4的前端。
真空吸尘器以下述方式工作。控制开关部分7以驱动电机,从而产生吸力,吸入器5与地板密切接触以便随空气吸入浮动物如灰尘,灰尘和空气通过连接管4和软管3进入本体1,然后,灰尘被俘获在收集过滤器(未画出)中,空气则被排出,从而清洁房间。另外,使用者在进行清洁工作时前、后、左、右移动吸入器5以改变吸尘位置,同时使本体1移动。
但是,真空吸尘器的使用者必须握住手柄6,同时移动吸入器5,如必要,向上拉起连接软管3。因此,给使用者造成许多不便,在清洁时两手都要使用。真空吸尘器不能保证使吸入器自由移动,这不利于提高清洁工作效率。特别是如果使用者是照顾儿童的妇女、老人或残疾人,那么,真空吸尘器的使用就要受到相当大程度的限制。
因此,为了克服上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器,在清洁房间时可按照遥控前、后、左、右移动本体。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器,使用动力源,按照遥控可前、后、左、右移动本体。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器,按照开关部分或遥控器的控制,可前、后、左、右移动本体以便清洁房间。
按照本发明,一种可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器包括一个本身,其内装有一个电机,叶轮和收集过滤器;一个吸入器,在其底部形成一吸入孔以便吸入灰尘,一根连接软管及连接管,使吸入器可连接于本体;以及一个手柄,其上包括一开关部分,其用于驱动电机以清洁房间,本体还包括至少一个使其前、后、左、右移动的装置。
可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器包括至少一个用于通过其动力分别或一起地转动至少一对轮子的装置,用于改变可转动地连接于本体上的轮子的前进方向的装置;以及包括用于遥控上述装置操作的开关关部分的装置。
可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器可以使用吸入器或移动本体来进行清洁工作。
可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器包括一个本体,该本体包括用于从其底部吸入灰尘的装置和用于自由移动本体以收集吸入的灰尘的装置。
现对照以下附图详述本发明。

现参阅图2和3,本体10包括可转动地安装在两侧上的较大轮子11;一个在其底部形成的,用于安装连接软管(未画出)的插入孔12;一个在使本体10清洁房间时用于封闭插入孔12的盖13;一个在其底部上形成的,与一通道14连通的吸入孔16,通道14邻近插入孔12向下弯曲以便将灰尘从吸入孔16吸入本体;以及一个在其后表面形成的空气排放孔18。一对轮子27邻近于吸入孔16安装以便改变本体10的前进方向,这一点将在下文详述。
中间过滤器19安装在本体10的内部,下部隔壁26邻近于中间过滤器19形成,从而分成一个用于收集灰尘的收集室20,以及一个容纳产生吸力的构件的机构室21。在收集室20中靠近吸入通道14装有一个收集过滤器17,以便收集灰尘。在机构室21中相对于隔壁26固定一个电机22和一个叶轮23,以便产生吸力。换言之,叶轮23固定或设置在隔壁26上,电机22固定于底面15,与叶轮23后部相连,电机22使叶轮23转动,在收集室20中形成压力,从而吸入灰尘。机构室21包括一个在其中形成的座27,一卷绕装置安装在其中,使具有一插头的电力线28可卷入或放出。接收器41安装在本体10的后表面上,它构成遥控器的一部分,用于自由移动本体10。滚轮刷24可自由转动力安装在吸入孔16的两侧,使靠近吸入孔16或在不能接近吸入孔的地点的灰尘。可从吸入孔16吸入本体10内。这里应注意的是,滚轮刷可以由一电机(未画出)转动。
另一方面,按照本实施例,一电力移动装置用于只驱动一个轮子11,但是成对的轮子可被同时转动,就象图6和7所示的其它实施例那样。在这方面,本实施例包括一个装在机构室21中的用于转动一个轮子的电力移动装置。
现参阅图3和5,电动移动装置包括一个直流电机31,将其转动力传至轮子11。直流电机31包括一个连接于其转轴36的减速齿轮部分35。皮带轮33和34分别连接于减速齿轮部分35的轴39和轮子11的轴11’。围绕皮带轮33和34的外圆周形成齿部37,而围绕皮带32的内周形成连续的槽38从啮合齿部37,因而使直流电机31的转动力顺利地传至轮子11,这里,直流电机31借助支架40安装在底面15上。
另一方面,在图6中表示另一实施例,其中装有另一电动移动装置,用于转动与图3的转子成对的另一轮子11,由于其结构与第一实施例相同,这里对其不再赘述。另外,图7中表示另一实施例,其中只使用一个直流电机31同时转动成对的轮子11。该直流电机31包括从其两侧伸出转轴39,减速齿轮部分35a和35b分别安装在转轴的两端。减速齿轮部分35a和35b的轴36延伸至本体10的侧面。轴36和轮轴11的端部包括与其可转动地连接的皮带轮33和34。皮带32设置在皮带轮33和34上与其配合工作。因而使直流电机31和转动力顺利地传至轮子11。
现在参阅图4,8和9,一个电动方向改变装置安装在收集室20的底面15上。一个轮子固定部分32从底面15以圆的形式稍许突出以便接纳支架24的端部,支架24用于支承电动方向改变装置和轮子25。底面15包括在其上形成的一条安装槽44,以接纳轮子25和用于改变轮子25前进方向的构件,其中,轮子的穿过安装槽44接触地面。
电动方向改变装置包括一个将转动力传至轮子25的电机50。轮子25包括内、外周部分47和48,其中内周部分47是不转的,但是外周部分48以空转状态相对于内周部分47自由转动。轴46设在内周部分47上。支架42和49以内周部分47上的轴46为基准相对地固定在轮子25的偏心位置上,其另一端借助支承杆51相互支承。支架49也包括一支承件52和一支承构件53。支承构件53相互连接两支架49以保持轮子25之间恒定的距离并使其一起转动两支承件52分别连接于连杆55a和55b,其每一端固定于一个由电机50的轴54转动的转动件85。电机50安装在轮子固定部分43上。因此,支架42被插入轮子固定部分43中,轮子25放置在安装槽44中,从而将电动方向改变装置安装在底面15上。
按照本发明的原理,应注意的是,电动移动装置和电动方向改变装置通过控制各电机的驱动可使本体前、后、左、右地移动。为此,本发明可以采用一种遥控器,这种遥控器使用紫外线、无线或有线发射器以及接收器41,这是本领域中公知的,这种遥控器可以是单独地或共同地控制电动移动装置和电动方向改变装置的电机控制装置。
这里,本发明采用无线调节器60进行本体的自由移动。无线调节器60包括使操作者能够输入本体前、后、左、右移动指令的输入件。例如,可设置多个输入键61,使直流电机31转动,从而使本体10前、后移动。设置输入键62,使电机50正反向转动以便改变本体10的前进方向。设置输入键63,在本体进行清洁工作时以弱、中等、或强的方式驱动电机22。
因此,无线调节器60将按照输入键选择的控制信号发生接收器41。接收器41控制电机,使吸尘器进行清洁工作。接收器41和无线调节器60可以具有任意结构并可容易地实施,这里不再赘述。
如上所述,本发明可控制吸力产生电机22、前、后移动电机31和方向改变电机50的操作以便清洁房间。换言之,吸力产生电机22以控制信号为基础使叶轮28转动以产生从吸入孔16吸尘的吸力。吸入的灰尘被收集在灰尘收集室20的收集过滤器17中,然后,空气被排出本体10。前、后移动电机31在控制信号的基础上被驱动,通过皮带轮和皮带将其转动力传至轮子,使本体10前、后移动。方向改变电机50在控制信号的基础上被正、反向转动,使转动件55有选择地拉动连杆55a和55b,从而左、右改变本体10的前进方向。
因此,本发明可控制一种系统,当其使用吸入器或本体进行清洁工作时,可以更为方便,本发明可遥控本体自由移动,从而提高清洁效率,另外,在清洁房间时也非常方便。
Claims (7)
1.一种可遥控的自动地移动式真空吸尘器,它包括:一个本体,该本体包括装在其中的电机、叶轮和收集过滤器;一个在底部具有吸入孔以吸入灰尘的吸入器;能够使吸入器连接于本体的连接软管和连接管;以及一个手柄,该手柄包括一个开关部分,其用于驱动电机以产生吸力,所述本体还包括:
至少一个用于使本体前、后及左、右移动的装置;以及
用于以遥控方式控制上述装置的驱动的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器,其特征在于:

3.如权利要求1所述的可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器,其特征在于:

6.如权利要求1或3所述的可遥控的自动移动式真空吸尘器,其特征在于:
所述方向改变装置包括:一个转动件,它按照电机的正、反转左、右转动;至少一个连杆和支架,其按照转动件的转动左、右往复运动;以及至少一个固定于上述支架的支架,以支承方向改变装置。
