目前控糖产品的制备方法在使用时,还存在一些缺陷和不足,具体需要改进的地方如下:
现有的控糖产品中在组成配方中加入了较多的添加剂,长期的服用不利用人们的身体健康。

本发明的目的在于提供一种富含桑叶提取物控糖产品的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的控糖产品中在组成配方中加入了较多的添加剂,长期的服用不利用人们的身体健康的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种富含桑叶提取物控糖产品的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、材料选取阶段:准备适量的桑叶、明胶、木糖醇以及可溶性淀粉待用;
S2、材料处理阶段:将准备的桑叶放入清洗罐中并加入足量的清水进行清洗处理,然后将清洗后的桑叶从清洗罐中取出沥干,接着将沥干后的桑叶进行切碎处理;
S3、煎煮阶段:将S2中切碎后的桑叶用双层纱布包裹放入到煎煮锅中,接着向煎煮锅中加入纯净水进行煎煮,煎煮的次数为2-3次,且每次的煎煮时间为1-1.5小时,煎煮完成后得到煎煮液,并将煎煮液出去备用;
S4、过滤以及灭菌处理阶段:将S3中得到的煎煮液用筛网进行过滤,将过滤后的煎煮液放入到盛放容器的内部,接着将盛放容器放入到高温灭菌罐中对煎煮液进行高温灭菌处理,然后将灭菌后的煎煮液从高温灭菌罐中取出放凉待用;
S5、浓缩处理阶段:将S4中得到的煎煮液放入到锅中,并依次向锅中放入明胶、木糖醇以及可溶性淀粉得到混合液,然后大火将锅中的混合液煮沸,接着待锅中的混合液沸腾后改用文火煎熬,直至锅中的混合液浓缩至浓稠现象即可停火,此时即可得到浓缩液;
S6、制备阶段:将S5中得到的浓缩液依次挤入到每个制粒模具中,接着将对模具中的浓缩液进行无菌干燥处理,然后将干燥后的固体颗粒从制粒模具中取出即可得到富含桑叶提取物控糖产品。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述S2步骤中桑叶的清洗次数为2-3次,所述S3步骤中桑叶与纯净水的质量比为1:5-8,所述S4步骤中盛放容器为玻璃材质。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述S5步骤中在对混合液进行浓缩的过程中还需要用搅拌棒对浓缩中的混合液进行间断的搅拌,且搅拌棒为玻璃搅拌棒,所述S5步骤中在用文火对混合液进行煎熬的过程中,火力应该逐渐的降低,所述S5步骤中煎熬所用的过为搪瓷锅,所述S5步骤中煎煮液、明胶、木糖醇以及可溶性淀粉质量比为1:2:5:7。

S6、制备阶段:将S5中得到的浓缩液依次挤入到每个制粒模具中,接着将对模具中的浓缩液进行无菌干燥处理,然后将干燥后的固体颗粒从制粒模具中取出即可得到富含桑叶提取物控糖产品。
S2步骤中桑叶的清洗次数为2-3次,S3步骤中桑叶与纯净水的质量比为1:5-8,S4步骤中盛放容器为玻璃材质。
S5步骤中在对混合液进行浓缩的过程中还需要用搅拌棒对浓缩中的混合液进行间断的搅拌,且搅拌棒为玻璃搅拌棒,通过在对混合液进行煎熬的过程中,不断的对混合液进行搅拌能够保障混合液内部成分的均匀性,起到均质的效果,同时能够避免混合液煎熬的过程中出现熬糊的情况,S5步骤中在用文火对混合液进行煎熬的过程中,火力应该逐渐的降低,S5步骤中煎熬所用的过为搪瓷锅,通过采用搪瓷锅能够避免在对混合液进行进行熬制的过程中混合液中的有效成分与锅具本体之间产生反应,从而导致破坏药性的情况,S5步骤中煎煮液、明胶、木糖醇以及可溶性淀粉质量比为1:2:5:7。
S6步骤中在往制粒模具中挤入浓缩液前,应向制粒模具中刷入一层可食用油,其目的是为了能够便于后续干燥后的固体产品颗粒能够顺利的从制粒模具中脱离出。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (4)
1.一种富含桑叶提取物控糖产品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、材料选取阶段:准备适量的桑叶、明胶、木糖醇以及可溶性淀粉待用;
S2、材料处理阶段:将准备的桑叶放入清洗罐中并加入足量的清水进行清洗处理,然后将清洗后的桑叶从清洗罐中取出沥干,接着将沥干后的桑叶进行切碎处理;
S3、煎煮阶段:将S2中切碎后的桑叶用双层纱布包裹放入到煎煮锅中,接着向煎煮锅中加入纯净水进行煎煮,煎煮的次数为2-3次,且每次的煎煮时间为1-1.5小时,煎煮完成后得到煎煮液,并将煎煮液出去备用;
S4、过滤以及灭菌处理阶段:将S3中得到的煎煮液用筛网进行过滤,将过滤后的煎煮液放入到盛放容器的内部,接着将盛放容器放入到高温灭菌罐中对煎煮液进行高温灭菌处理,然后将灭菌后的煎煮液从高温灭菌罐中取出放凉待用;
S5、浓缩处理阶段:将S4中得到的煎煮液放入到锅中,并依次向锅中放入明胶、木糖醇以及可溶性淀粉得到混合液,然后大火将锅中的混合液煮沸,接着待锅中的混合液沸腾后改用文火煎熬,直至锅中的混合液浓缩至浓稠现象即可停火,此时即可得到浓缩液;
S6、制备阶段:将S5中得到的浓缩液依次挤入到每个制粒模具中,接着将对模具中的浓缩液进行无菌干燥处理,然后将干燥后的固体颗粒从制粒模具中取出即可得到富含桑叶提取物控糖产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含桑叶提取物控糖产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中桑叶的清洗次数为2-3次,所述S3步骤中桑叶与纯净水的质量比为1:5-8,所述S4步骤中盛放容器为玻璃材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含桑叶提取物控糖产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S5步骤中在对混合液进行浓缩的过程中还需要用搅拌棒对浓缩中的混合液进行间断的搅拌,且搅拌棒为玻璃搅拌棒,所述S5步骤中在用文火对混合液进行煎熬的过程中,火力应该逐渐的降低,所述S5步骤中煎熬所用的过为搪瓷锅,所述S5步骤中煎煮液、明胶、木糖醇以及可溶性淀粉质量比为1:2:5:7。
