Abstract
本申请公开了一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:富硒玉米粉40‑90,甜味剂10‑70,复合果蔬粉8‑20,魔芋粉0.2‑10,海藻粉1‑8,副干酪乳杆菌0.05‑1。本申请富硒海藻粉在植物有机硒更健康安全、吸收率高的基础上,通过硒螯合促排人体重金属,促进钙元素的吸收,提高钙在人体内的吸收率,提高补钙的效果。本申请采用的海藻为嗜钙石枝藻,在体外吸收实验中,其生物吸收率高达64%,同时不会引起便秘问题,反而具有润肠通便的作用,解决了无机钙容易引起服用者便秘的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及固体饮料领域,确切地说是一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料。
背景技术
饮料是供人饮用的液体,它是经过定量包装的,供直接饮用或按一定比例用水冲调或冲泡饮用的,乙醇含量(质量分量)不超过0.5%的制品,饮料也可分为饮料浓浆或固体形态,它的作用是解渴、补充能量等功能。
硒具有无机和有机两种化学形态,无机硒包括硒化物、亚硒酸盐、硒酸盐等;有机形态硒主要以硒代氨基酸(Selen0一aminoacid)和硒蛋白(Selenoprotein)形式存在。
硒是人体必需的微量矿物质营养素,多以氧化态(Se2+、Se4+、和Se6+)存在,化学性质与硫相似,许多含硫氨基酸,如甲硫胺酸(Met)、半胱氨酸(Cys)、胱氨酸也可用硒取代硫。硒主要以硒代半胱氨酸的形式掺入形成蛋白质。其中硒代半胱氨酸是鉴定出的第21个氨基酸,并在核糖体蛋白合成中发挥重要作用。植物在硒的生态链中可以更有效地将无机硒转化为有机硒,植物硒的生物活性相对于动物硒更高。
天然海藻钙——红海藻Lithothamnium calcareum,又叫嗜钙石枝藻主要生长于北大西洋海域,生长于约30公尺深的海湾砂质底层,特殊组织与缓慢的生物特性,使红藻得以在天然纯净海域中吸收海洋中的微量元素,以及多种微量矿物质。
红藻生长会经过潮汐的冲刷,不同的季节会产生自然消长,当红藻死亡后会成为化石结晶,重新回到海洋的生物系统中。红藻化石则经过适当的采收与处理可作为丰富矿物质来源。海藻钙拥有特殊结构的特性,特殊的蜂窝状微孔组织使钙离子可以缓慢释放,提供人体足够的时间缓慢吸收。
在目前补钙产品和补钙的方式不科学、补钙效果残次不齐的背景下,急需一种更适口、补钙效果更好得补钙产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种补钙效果好,营养丰富、口感佳的富硒海藻粉固体饮料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:富硒玉米粉40-90,甜味剂10-70,复合果蔬粉8-20,魔芋粉0.2-10,海藻粉1-8,副干酪乳杆菌0.05-1。
所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,

所述的复合果蔬粉其是由下述重量份的原料制得:猕猴桃3-6、苹果肉3-6、西兰花2-3,菠菜1-2,黄瓜1-3,红甜菜1-3,苦丁茶1-3、蒲公英1-2、香菇1-3。
所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,所述的复合果蔬粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)苦丁茶、蒲公英按重量份混匀,然后加入二者总量的8-12倍量的水,在90-120℃热水中煮2-4小时,过滤,得提取液备用;
(2)将除苦丁茶、蒲公英外原料洗净后,搅碎,得果蔬泥备用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得果蔬泥于零下10℃-零下5℃下冷冻4-8小时,再取出冷却至室温,再于零下5℃-零下1℃下冷冻2-4小时,取出冷却至室温,然后加入步骤(1)所得提取液,以及果蔬泥重量0.5-1%的果胶酶,在40-50℃的温度下酶解30-60分钟获得酶解浆料;
(4)将酶解浆料干燥后,得复合果蔬粉。
所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将富硒玉米粉、甜味剂、复合果蔬粉、魔芋粉、海藻粉按重量份混匀后,过60-80目筛网,得混合物料混匀;
(2)将富硒玉米粉放于反应釜中,在温度50-90℃下维持0.5-5小时,使玉米粉水分含量在4.0%wt以下;
(3)将步骤(1)所得混合物料与副干酪乳杆菌一起放入三维运动混合机中,进行混合,混合时间为15-30min,得到富硒海藻粉固体饮料。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)在目前补钙产品和补钙的方式不科学、补钙效果残次不齐的背景下,本申请富硒海藻粉在植物有机硒更健康安全、吸收率高的基础上,通过硒螯合促排人体重金属,促进钙元素的吸收,提高钙在人体内的吸收率,提高补钙的效果;
(2)本申请采用的海藻为嗜钙石枝藻,无论是钙的形态、对肠胃的刺激、酸碱度、人体的吸收率上都属于优质的钙源,同时成品口味酸甜可口儿童很适口,在体外吸收实验中,其生物吸收率高达64%,远高于碳酸钙的36.8%以及柠檬酸钙的31%,同时不会引起便秘问题,反而具有润肠通便的作用,解决了无机钙容易引起服用者便秘的问题,同时嗜钙石枝藻还具有调节胃液酸碱浓度的作用,因此该饮料也具有一定的养胃作用;海藻钙具有良好的酸碱缓冲性,加强对胃部的保护作用,同时海藻钙可补充多重矿物质,帮助骨骼结构和功能;
(3)海藻和硒复配后,协同作用后所能产生的功效一般包括抗氧化、提高免疫、抗病毒等,硒元素还能与人体内的蛋白质结合,起到抗氧化作用。还具有修复细胞的功能,能保护人体重要器官和组织,如心、肝、肾等,能增强免疫系统,提高机体自身免疫力。还能抑制体内多种毒素的代谢,甚至具有解毒作用,并且具有抗病毒作用,能有效降低病毒感染率;
(4)由于补钙患者大多数长期服用无机钙,会导致便秘问题,本申请利用复合果蔬粉以及菌种和别的配方的科学配伍,解决了补钙产品容易引起便秘的问题,对便秘患者显效率高。

具体实施方式
实施例1、
一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:
富硒玉米粉50,食用葡萄糖20,复合果蔬粉10,魔芋粉4,嗜钙石枝藻5,副干酪乳杆菌0.1。
所述的复合果蔬粉其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:猕猴桃6、苹果肉5、西兰花2,菠菜2,黄瓜1,红甜菜1,苦丁茶1、蒲公英1、香菇2。
所述的复合果蔬粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)苦丁茶、蒲公英按重量份混匀,然后加入二者总量的10倍量的水,在100℃热水中煮3小时,过滤,得提取液备用;
(2)将除苦丁茶、蒲公英外原料洗净后,搅碎,得果蔬泥备用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得果蔬泥于零下5℃下冷冻4小时,再取出冷却至室温,再于零下1℃下冷冻4小时,取出冷却至室温,然后加入步骤(1)所得提取液,以及果蔬泥重量0.5%的果胶酶,在50℃的温度下酶解60分钟获得酶解浆料;(4)将酶解浆料干燥后,得复合果蔬粉。
所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将富硒玉米粉、甜味剂、复合果蔬粉、魔芋粉、海藻粉按重量份混匀后,过60目筛网,得混合物料混匀;
(2)将富硒玉米粉放于反应釜中,在温度60℃下维持2小时,使玉米粉水分含量在4.0%wt以下;
(3)将步骤(1)所得混合物料与副干酪乳杆菌一起放入三维运动混合机中,进行混合,混合时间为30min,得到富硒海藻粉固体饮料。
实施例2、
一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:
富硒玉米粉70,赤藓糖醇30,复合果蔬粉10,魔芋粉5,嗜钙石枝藻7,副干酪乳杆菌0.2。
所述的复合果蔬粉其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:猕猴桃6、苹果肉3、西兰花3,菠菜2,黄瓜1,红甜菜2,苦丁茶1、蒲公英2、香菇1。
所述的复合果蔬粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)苦丁茶、蒲公英按重量份混匀,然后加入二者总量的8倍量的水,在90℃热水中煮4小时,过滤,得提取液备用;
(2)将除苦丁茶、蒲公英外原料洗净后,搅碎,得果蔬泥备用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得果蔬泥于零下10℃下冷冻6小时,再取出冷却至室温,再于零下1℃下冷冻4小时,取出冷却至室温,然后加入步骤(1)所得提取液,以及果蔬泥重量1%的果胶酶,在50℃的温度下酶解60分钟获得酶解浆料;
(4)将酶解浆料干燥后,得复合果蔬粉。
所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将富硒玉米粉、甜味剂、复合果蔬粉、魔芋粉、海藻粉按重量份混匀后,过80目筛网,得混合物料混匀;
(2)将富硒玉米粉放于反应釜中,在温度70℃下维持2小时,使玉米粉水分含量在4.0%wt以下;
(3)将步骤(1)所得混合物料与副干酪乳杆菌一起放入三维运动混合机中,进行混合,混合时间为20min,得到富硒海藻粉固体饮料。
实施例3、
一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:
富硒玉米粉60,食用葡萄糖20,复合果蔬粉15,魔芋粉4,嗜钙石枝藻5,副干酪乳杆菌0.5。
所述的复合果蔬粉其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:猕猴桃6、苹果肉3、西兰花2,菠菜1,黄瓜1,红甜菜1,苦丁茶1、蒲公英1、香菇2。
所述的复合果蔬粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)苦丁茶、蒲公英按重量份混匀,然后加入二者总量的12倍量的水,在120℃热水中煮2小时,过滤,得提取液备用;
(2)将除苦丁茶、蒲公英外原料洗净后,搅碎,得果蔬泥备用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得果蔬泥于零下5℃下冷冻4小时,再取出冷却至室温,再于零下1℃下冷冻2小时,取出冷却至室温,然后加入步骤(1)所得提取液,以及果蔬泥重量0.8%的果胶酶,在40℃的温度下酶解360分钟获得酶解浆料;(4)将酶解浆料干燥后,得复合果蔬粉。
所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将富硒玉米粉、甜味剂、复合果蔬粉、魔芋粉、海藻粉按重量份混匀后,过60目筛网,得混合物料混匀;
(2)将富硒玉米粉放于反应釜中,在温度90℃下维持4小时,使玉米粉水分含量在4.0%wt以下;
(3)将步骤(1)所得混合物料与副干酪乳杆菌一起放入三维运动混合机中,进行混合,混合时间为30min,得到富硒海藻粉固体饮料。
对比例1:一种固体饮料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料混合均匀制得:富硒玉米粉60,食用葡萄糖20,实施例1所得复合果蔬粉15,魔芋粉4,碳酸钙5,副干酪乳杆菌0.5。
对比例2:一种固体饮料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料混匀制得:普通玉米粉60,食用葡萄糖20,实施例1所得复合果蔬粉15,魔芋粉4,嗜钙石枝藻5,副干酪乳杆菌0.5。
对比例3:一种固体饮料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料混匀制得:富硒玉米粉60,食用葡萄糖20,嗜钙石枝藻5。
下A、面进行产品改善骨质疏松作用的实验
下面依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(卫生部2003年版)中增加骨密度功能的评价检验方法进行动物实验,主要考察本发明对卵巢切除大鼠模型的股骨干重、骨矿物含量、骨密度、骨钙含量的影响。
1、实验动物:清洁级健康SD雌性大鼠48只,体重180-220g。
2、实验方法:84只SD雌性大鼠随机分为七组,每组12只,分为实施例1组,实施例2组,实施例3组,对比例1组,对比例2组,对比例3组,假手术组,模型对照组,除空白组外给药剂量均为300mg/kg.d。实验动物进行双侧去卵巢手术后一周各组实施灌胃给予相应药物或等剂量生理盐水,连续60天。

由表1可见,模型组与假手术组大鼠比较,股骨干重、骨钙含量、骨密度均显著降低;对比实施例1-3组与实施例1-3组的大鼠相对于模型组大鼠,股骨干重、骨钙含量以及骨密度的数据均有增加,而实施例1-3组的数据上升效果最好,说明本申请具有显著的补钙,增加骨量的作用。对比实施例没有本申请配方的科学配伍,显效率低。
B、下面进行产品改善便秘作用的实验
取有便秘证的600例进行了随机分组,每组100人,每天给予用实施例1、2、3以及对比实施例1、2、3生产的固体饮料200mg/kg,
结果见表2:

实验证明本申请具有很好得润肠通便效果,有效率高,对比实施例没有本申请各原料得合理配伍以及制备工艺,显效率低。
C、本申请对高脂饮食造成的骨质疏松的影响动物实验
1、实验目的
利用小鼠骨质流失的模型,比较在正常饮食、高脂饮食、高脂饮食加海藻钙,对于骨质流失的影响。
2、实验结果
与高脂饮食相比,添加海藻钙的组别可以看出,骨质流失的情形减少。显示海藻钙中的钙与矿物质是一个良好帮助体内骨骼健康的一个饮食补充品。如附图1所示,A组为正常饮食组,具有正常骨质;B组为高脂饮食组,具有疏松骨质;
C组为高脂饮食组,每日服用实施例1,服用量为200mg/KG,该组骨质保持良好。

1.一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
富硒玉米粉40-90,甜味剂10-70,复合果蔬粉8-20,魔芋粉0.2-10,海藻粉1-8,副干酪乳杆菌0.05-1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,
所述的海藻指的是嗜钙石枝藻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,
所述的甜味剂指的是食用葡萄糖或者赤藓糖醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,
所述的复合果蔬粉其是由下述重量份的原料制得:猕猴桃3-6、苹果肉3-6、西兰花2-3,菠菜1-2,黄瓜1-3,红甜菜1-3,苦丁茶1-3、蒲公英1-2、香菇1-3。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,所述的复合果蔬粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)苦丁茶、蒲公英按重量份混匀,然后加入二者总量的8-12倍量的水,在90-120℃热水中煮2-4小时,过滤,得提取液备用;
(2)将除苦丁茶、蒲公英外原料洗净后,搅碎,得果蔬泥备用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得果蔬泥于零下10℃-零下5℃下冷冻4-8小时,再取出冷却至室温,再于零下5℃-零下1℃下冷冻2-4小时,取出冷却至室温,然后加入步骤(1)所得提取液,以及果蔬泥重量0.5-1%的果胶酶,在40-50℃的温度下酶解30-60分钟获得酶解浆料;
(4)将酶解浆料干燥后,得复合果蔬粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种富硒海藻粉固体饮料,其特征在于,
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将富硒玉米粉、甜味剂、复合果蔬粉、魔芋粉、海藻粉按重量份混匀后,过60-80目筛网,得混合物料混匀;
(2)将富硒玉米粉放于反应釜中,在温度50-90℃下维持0.5-5小时,使玉米粉水分含量在4.0%wt以下;
