According to the invention, ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone is an elastin repairing agent, and can obviously improve skin elasticity, repair fine wrinkles and reduce fine wrinkles; the dimethylmethoxy chromanol is a high-efficiency antioxidant, can effectively prevent and repair skin injury caused by ROS, RNS, RCS and the like, and can improve the activity of skin cells; arctiin is the main active ingredient of arctii fructus extract, and can promote synthesis of skin collagen and glycosaminoglycan, and inhibit hyaluronidase activity. The anti-aging factors compounded by the three components exert remarkable anti-aging effect in a synergistic way, and effectively relieve the problems of loose skin, roughness, increased wrinkles, dark complexion, deposition of color spots and lack of luster caused by skin aging.
Meanwhile, by adding a proper amount of polyalcohol as a humectant, the skin care emulsion plays a synergistic moisturizing effect with skin care oil, so that the prepared anti-aging skin care emulsion has a good basic moisturizing effect. In addition, the skin-moistening oil also has the function of promoting penetration, and can obviously reduce the irritation of a system, so that the prepared anti-aging skin-care emulsion is easy to absorb, safe and free from irritation.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the three components of the ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone, the dimethylmethoxy chromanol and the arctiin in the formula of the skin care emulsion play a synergistic anti-aging role, and a proper amount of polyol humectant and skin-moistening oil are also added into the skin care emulsion, so that the skin care emulsion has good moisturizing effect and can effectively reduce the irritation to skin. The skin care emulsion is mild, has no stimulation, is stable in system and can be used for a long time.
Detailed Description
The following examples are further illustrative of the invention and are not intended to be limiting thereof. The components of the formulations in the examples below, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional commercial products.
Example 1
A skin care emulsion comprising the following components in weight percent: 3% of glycerol, 2% of 1, 3-propanediol, 4% of white pool flower seed oil, 3% of macadamia nut oil, 3% of sweet almond oil, 0.45% of ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone, 0.05% of dimethylmethoxychromanol, 1.5% of arctiin, 5% of cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, 5% of ethylene glycol palmitate, 3% of PPG-26 oleate, 1% of polydimethylsiloxane,PE 9010.5%, essence 0.01%, and deionized water in balance.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing white pool flower seed oil, macadamia nut oil, sweet almond oil, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, ethylene glycol palmitate, PPG-26 oleate and polydimethylsiloxane, heating to 80 ℃, stirring and dissolving to obtain an oil phase;
s2, glycerin, 1, 3-propanediol,Mixing PE 9010 and water, heating to 80deg.C, stirring for dissolving to obtain water phase;
s3, adding the water phase into the oil phase, homogenizing for 3min at 10000r/min, cooling to 50 ℃, adding ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone, dimethyl methoxy chromanol, arctiin and essence, and homogenizing for 3min at 10000r/min to obtain the skin care emulsion.
Example 2
A skin care emulsion comprising the following components in weight percent: glycerol 2%, butanediol 2%, white pond flower seed oil 4%, avocado oil 4%, sweet almond oil 4%, ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone 0.5%, dimethylmethoxychromanol 0.01%, arctiin 1.49%, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane 4%, ethylene glycol palmitate 4%, PPG-26 oleate 2%, polydimethylsiloxane 1.5%, and,PE 9010.5%, essence 0.02%, and deionized water in balance.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Example 3
A skin care emulsion comprising the following components in weight percent: glycerol 4%, 1, 3-propanediol 2%, 1, 2-hexanediol 1%, white pond flower seed oil 4%, wheat germ oil 3%, sweet almond oil 2%, ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone 0.1%, dimethylmethoxychromanol 0.05%, arctiin 1.85%, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane 4%, ethylene glycol palmitate 3%, PPG-26 oleate 3%, polydimethylsiloxane 1.5%, and,PE 9010.5%, essence 0.03%, and deionized water in balance.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Example 4
A skin care emulsion comprising the following components in weight percent: glycerol 4%2% of 1,2 pentanediol, 4% of white pool flower seed oil, 2% of macadamia nut oil, 2% of sweet almond oil, 0.5% of ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone, 0.01% of dimethylmethoxybenzodihydropyranol, 1% of arctiin, 3% of cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, 4% of ethylene glycol palmitate, 4% of PPG-26 oleate, 2% of polydimethylsiloxane,PE 9010%, essence 0.04%, and deionized water in balance.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Example 5
A skin care emulsion comprising the following components in weight percent: 5% of glycerol, 3% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 3% of white pool flower seed oil, 2% of olive oil, 1% of sweet almond oil, 0.1% of ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone, 0.01% of dimethylmethoxychromanol, 1% of arctiin, 5% of PEG-30 dimer hydroxystearate, 5% of ethylene glycol palmitate, 4% of PPG-26 oleate, 0.5% of polydimethylsiloxane,PE 9010%, essence 0.05%, and deionized water in balance.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Comparative example 1
The skin care lotion of comparative example 1 was compared with example 1, except that the formulation contained no ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone and the amount of arctiin was increased accordingly, the amount of arctiin was 1.95%.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Comparative example 2
The skin care emulsion of comparative example 2 was compared with example 1, except that the formulation contained no dimethylmethoxy chromanol and the amount of arctiin was increased accordingly, which was 1.55%.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Comparative example 3
The skin care emulsion of comparative example 3 was compared to example 1, except that arctiin was not included in the formulation and the amount of dimethylmethoxychromanol was increased accordingly, which was 1.55%.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Comparative example 4
The skin care emulsion of comparative example 4 was compared with example 1, except that the formulation contained no ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone and arctiin, and the amount of dimethylmethoxychromanol was correspondingly increased, and the amount of dimethylmethoxychromanol was 2%.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Comparative example 5
The skin care lotion of comparative example 5 was compared with example 1, except that the formulation contained no dimethylmethoxy chromanol and no arctiin, and the amount of ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone was correspondingly increased, which was 2%.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Comparative example 6
The skin care emulsion of comparative example 6 was compared with example 1, except that the formulation contained no ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone and dimethylmethoxy chromanol, and the amount of arctiin was increased accordingly, the amount of arctiin was 2%.
The preparation procedure is described in example 1.
Test example I, human skin patch test
The skin care emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 of the present invention were tested with reference to the requirements and measurement methods related to the "human skin patch test" in the 2015 edition "cosmetic health Specification" issued by the Ministry of health, and skin reactions were observed at 0h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, respectively, and the experimental results of all volunteer subjects were negative results, and skin adverse reactions did not occur. The skin care emulsion provided by the invention can not cause anaphylactic reaction, has no irritation and high safety.
Test example two, stability test
1. Cold and hot test: the skin care emulsions prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 were packaged in transparent emulsion bottles, and refrigerated in a refrigerator at 4deg.C for one week without delamination; placing in an incubator at 55 ℃ for 24 hours, and preventing layering.
2. Centrifugal test: the skin care emulsions prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 were packaged in a tube with a stopper and centrifuged at 3000r/min for 20min, and no delamination occurred.
3. Room temperature standing test: the skin care emulsions prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 were packaged in transparent emulsion bottles, and were left standing at room temperature (25.+ -. 1 ℃) for 6 months without delamination.
The results show that the skin care emulsion system provided by the invention is stable.
Test example III, evaluation of Using Property
66 volunteer healthy female subjects were selected, aged 28-50 years, all of which had no history of skin allergy, and were divided into 1-11 groups of 6 persons each. The skin care emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 5 were used in groups 1 to 5, respectively, and the skin care emulsions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 6 were used in groups 6 to 11, respectively. After each group of subjects cleaned facial skin daily, the corresponding skin care lotions were applied separately. Before and after 28 days of use, the skin moisture content change was measured by using a skin moisture tester Corneometer CM825, the skin brightness change was measured by using a skin colorimetry tester ColorMeter MAX, and the skin elasticity value and skin texture change were measured by using a skin elasticity tester Cutometer dual MPA and a skin image analysis system SkinVisiometerSV 600. The results are shown in tables 1-2.

As can be seen from tables 1-2 above, the skin moisture content, brightness, elasticity, texture depth of the subjects after using the skin care emulsions prepared in examples 1-5 of the present invention were significantly higher than those of the subjects using the skin care emulsions prepared in comparative examples 1-6. The skin care emulsion prepared by the invention can increase the moisture content of skin, improve the brightness of the skin, improve the elasticity of the skin, and reduce the depth of skin texture so as to reduce wrinkles, and has obvious moisturizing and anti-aging effects.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above-mentioned preferred embodiment should not be construed as limiting the invention, and the scope of the invention should be defined by the appended claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and adaptations are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. A skin care emulsion, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 4-8% of polyalcohol, 6-12% of skin-moistening oil, 1-2% of anti-aging factor, 3-5% of emulsifier, 3-5% of glycol palmitate, 2-4% of PPG-26 oleate, 0.5-2% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-1% of preservative and the balance of deionized water;
the anti-aging factor is composed of (0.1-0.5): 0.01-0.05): 1-2 by weight of ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone, dimethylmethoxy chromanol and arctiin.
2. The skin care emulsion of claim 1, wherein the anti-aging factor is composed of ethoxyheptyl bicyclooctanone, dimethylmethoxy chromanol and arctiin according to a weight ratio of 0.45:0.05:1.5.
3. The skin care emulsion of claim 1 wherein the polyol is any one or more of 1, 3-propanediol, glycerol, butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol.
4. The skin care emulsion of claim 1, wherein the emollient oil is any one or more of white pool seed oil, avocado oil, macadamia nut oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, wheat germ oil.
5. The skin care emulsion of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is any one or more of PEG-30 dimer hydroxystearate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, sorbitan sesquioleate.
6. The skin care emulsion of claim 1, wherein the preservative is phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, or a mixture of both.
7. The skin care emulsion of claim 1, further comprising 0-0.05% of perfume.
8. The skin care emulsion of claim 1, further comprising EDTA-2na 0-0.05%.
9. A method of preparing the skin care emulsion of any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing skin-moistening oil, an emulsifier, glycol palmitate, PPG-26 oleate and polydimethylsiloxane, heating to 80-90 ℃, and stirring for dissolution to obtain an oil phase;
s2, mixing polyol, preservative and water, heating to 80-90 ℃, and stirring for dissolution to obtain a water phase;
s3, adding the water phase into the oil phase, homogenizing for 3-5 min at 8000-10000 r/min, cooling to 50-60 ℃, adding the anti-aging factor, and homogenizing for 3-5 min at 8000-10000 r/min to obtain the skin care emulsion.
