Agricultural production is a periodic human activity which needs to go through seeding, growing, picking and selling, has stronger uncontrollable property compared with other human production activities, and is easily interfered by natural conditions and social environment. The application of the fertilizer can improve the crop yield and improve the crop quality. Agricultural and chemical experts at home and abroad generally think that the yield can be increased by 40-60% by applying the fertilizer to crops under the condition that other production factors are not changed.
The medium and trace nutrient elements required to be taken in from the outside in the growth process of crops can reach more than 60 kinds, and 21 kinds of the medium and trace nutrient elements are necessary elements for the growth of crops. The essential elements are indispensable nutrient elements for the growth cycle of crops, and if certain element is lacked, the nutrient deficiency can occur, and the crops can be recovered to be normal only after the nutrient of the element is supplemented. Therefore, the reasonable proportioning and scientific use of the fertilizer are the premise of the continuous development of the agricultural fertilization technology.

3. Results and analysis
3.1 Comparison of biological traits for different treatments
As can be seen from the statistical results of the biological characteristics of the treatments in Table 3, the number of leaves, the root weight and the overground weight of the treatment 3 are obviously superior to those of other treatments in the clumping stage of about 20 days after transplantation, and the treatment 2 is inferior to the treatment 1. From the field growth, the growth condition treatment 3 after about 20 days after transplanting is good in growth, shows strong growth, and plants are vigorous in vitality and relatively sufficient in development.

3.2 Comparison of agronomic traits for different treatments
As can be seen from the statistics of the agronomic traits of each treatment in Table 4, 45 days after transplantation, the leaf length and leaf width of the 6 th and 10 th leaves of treatment 3 were longer and wider than those of treatment 1 and treatment 2, and there was a significant difference that the 14 th leaf did not grow out. After 55 days of transplanting, the differences of the 6 th leaf, the 10 th leaf and the 14 th leaf in each treatment are not large, and only the width of the 10 th leaf in 1 treatment is slightly smaller than that of other treatments. The length and the width of the 6 th leaf, the 10 th leaf and the 14 th leaf of the 3 th leaf are superior to those of other treatments 65 days after transplantation, and significant differences exist. The agronomic characters of all periods are combined, and the treatment 3 is superior to other treatments.
