As can be seen from Table 2, the characteristics of the tobacco plants such as plant height, stem circumference, leaf length, leaf width and the like after 20 days of transplantation are superior to those of the first treatment, wherein the third treatment is a peak value, which indicates that the growth potential of the tobacco can be effectively improved by using the fertilizer additive and the organic fertilizer together; the difference of the number of the treated leaves is small, which shows that the correlation between the fertilizer additive and the number of the leaves of the tobacco leaves is low, but the organic fertilizer can promote the early growth and the quick growth of the tobacco and promote the opening of the tobacco leaves; after 20 days of transplanting, the SPAD value difference of the tobacco plants is obvious, the second treatment and the third treatment are obviously superior to the first treatment, which shows that the SPAD value increase of the flue-cured tobacco is higher in correlation with organic matters, and the second treatment and the third treatment are not much different, which shows that the SPAD value increase of the flue-cured tobacco is lower in correlation with fertilizer additives.

3. Conclusion and discussion
The experiment adopts the full oil-dry organic fertilizer and the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function to carry out fertilizer efficiency comparison, so that the conclusion can be obtained, the use of the organic fertilizer is beneficial to the improvement of the growth potential of tobacco plants, and the fertilizer additive and the organic fertilizer are matched to show more obvious quality-improving and synergistic effects; the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function can promote the early growth and the quick growth of tobacco, can improve the plant height and the stem circumference of the tobacco, promotes the growth and the splitting of tobacco leaves, improves the activity of chlorophyll of the tobacco leaves, and can be popularized and applied in the planting process of the tobacco.
And (3) testing 2: research on the influence of the fertilizer additive on the function of the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function (example 2).
By adopting the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function in the embodiment 2, the promoting effect of the fertilizer additive on the fertilizer efficiency of the organic fertilizer is verified through a Chinese cabbage pot experiment.
1. Test materials and methods
1.1 test site
A testing greenhouse of a microorganism fermentation engineering research center, Inc. of Yunnan province.
1.2 test materials
Fertilizer to be tested: organic fertilizer (the formula is consistent with that of the organic material of the product in the example 2) and organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function (the product in the example 2).
And (3) test crops: chinese cabbage.
1.3 test methods
The test is carried out by three treatments, organic fertilizers and organic fertilizers with growth promoting function are respectively adopted for fertilizer efficiency comparison, a group of blank controls are additionally arranged, the test is carried out in a potting mode, seedlings with basically consistent growth vigor are selected for Chinese cabbages, each treatment is repeated for 3 times, the fertilizers and bottom soil are uniformly mixed, and then transplanting, watering and culturing are carried out in a greenhouse. The tests were carried out with the same management measures except for different fertilizer applications. The specific settings are shown in table 3 below.

2. Investigation and record
As can be seen from Table 4, the properties of the Chinese cabbage, such as crown width, leaf length, leaf width and the like after 15 days of transplanting are better than those of the first treatment and the third treatment, wherein the third treatment is a peak value, which indicates that the growth potential of the Chinese cabbage can be effectively improved by using the fertilizer additive in combination with the organic fertilizer, and the fertilizer efficiency can be effectively improved by using the fertilizer additive in combination with the organic fertilizer; the difference of the number of the treated leaves is small, which shows that the correlation between the fertilizer additive and the number of the leaves of the Chinese cabbage is low, but the organic fertilizer can promote the early growth and the fast growth of the Chinese cabbage and the growth of the leaves; after 15 days of transplanting, the difference of the SPAD value of the Chinese cabbage is obvious, the second treatment and the third treatment are obviously superior to the first treatment, which shows that the SPAD value increase of the Chinese cabbage is higher than the organic matter correlation, and the third treatment is also obviously superior to the second treatment, which shows that the SPAD value increase of the Chinese cabbage has certain correlation with a fertilizer additive.

3. Conclusion and discussion
The organic fertilizer and the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function are adopted for fertilizer efficiency comparison in the test, so that the conclusion can be obtained, the use of the organic fertilizer is beneficial to the improvement of the growth potential of the Chinese cabbage, and the fertilizer additive and the organic fertilizer are matched to show a relatively obvious quality-improving and synergistic effect; the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function can promote the cabbage to grow early and quickly, can improve the Chinese cabbage crown width, promotes the growth of Chinese cabbage leaves, improves the chlorophyll activity of the cabbage, and can be popularized and applied in the Chinese cabbage planting process.
And (3) testing: influence of organic fertilizer having growth promoting function on growth of rice (example 3 product).
Based on the early-stage optimization research foundation of the fertilizer additive, the effect of the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function is verified through a cell test, and a foundation is provided for later-stage product popularization.

The test material selects Yunju No. 37 bred by agricultural science research institute of Yunnan province, and has good plant type, strong tillering force, good rice quality and excellent taste quality.

Organic fertilizer produced by Kunming love mol science and technology development Co., Ltd, organic fertilizer produced by Yunnan Yunye chemical fertilizer Co., Ltd, organic fertilizer having growth promoting function (example 3 product)
1.3 test methods
The method is characterized in that three treatments are set in the test, organic fertilizers produced by Kunming-love-Moore science and technology development limited company, organic fertilizers produced by Yunnan Yunye chemical fertilizer component limited company and organic fertilizers with growth promoting function are respectively adopted for fertilizer efficiency comparison, the test is carried out in a cell test mode, 0.6 mu in each cell is set for 3 times of repetition, the fertilizers are used as base fertilizers for application, the base fertilizers are spread before planting, and then a plowing machine is used for deeply digging into the soil to ensure the uniformity of fertilizer application. The tests were consistent with the other management measures except for different fertilizer applications. The specific settings are shown in table 5 below.

2. Results and analysis
After the whole growth period is finished, the economic character analysis of each treatment is carried out. As can be seen from Table 6, the differences in plant height, ear length, effective ear length, seed setting rate and the like of each treatment are small, but the differences in ear grain number are obvious, and on the whole, the treatment 3 is superior to the treatment 2, and the treatment 2 is superior to the treatment 1. This is also shown by the relatively significant difference in yield when the thousand kernel weight is not very different, which is shown by the fact that treatment 3 is superior to treatment 2 and treatment 2 is superior to treatment 1 as a whole.

3. Conclusion and discussion
The experiment is based on the early-stage fertilizer additive optimization research foundation, and the effect of the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function is verified through a cell experiment, so that a foundation is provided for later-stage product popularization. From the economic traits of rice, two conclusions can be drawn: (1) compared with the organic fertilizer produced by the Amycol company, the organic fertilizer produced by the Yunye company is more suitable for the field production of rice; (2) after the organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function is applied, the rice is obviously better than the rice treated by the organic fertilizer in the aspects of grain number per ear and yield.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Claims (10)

1. An organic fertilizer with a growth promoting function is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 97-99% of organic material, 0.6-2.2% of medium trace element and 0.4-0.8% of fertilizer additive, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the organic material, the medium trace element and the fertilizer additive is 100%, and the fertilizer additive is one or more of water-soluble fulvic acid, gamma-aminobutyric acid, fish protein, polyglutamic acid and DMPP.
2. The organic fertilizer with growth promoting function according to claim 1, wherein the fertilizer additive comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0-5% of water-soluble fulvic acid, 25-35% of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 10-15% of fish protein, 30-55% of polyglutamic acid and 0-25% of DMPP, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of the water-soluble fulvic acid, the gamma-aminobutyric acid, the fish protein, the polyglutamic acid and the DMPP is 100%.
3. The organic fertilizer with growth promoting function of claim 2, wherein the particle size of the water-soluble fulvic acid, the gamma-aminobutyric acid, the fish protein, the polyglutamic acid and the DMPP is 100-400 mesh; the water-soluble fulvic acid is biogenic fulvic acid extracted from plant waste after microbial fermentation; the gamma-aminobutyric acid, the fish protein, and the polyglutamic acid are produced by microbial fermentation metabolism.
4. The organic fertilizer having a growth promoting function according to claim 1, wherein the organic material is one or more of rapeseed cake, tobacco waste, silkworm excrement, mushroom residue and peat.
5. The organic fertilizer with growth promoting function according to claim 4, wherein the organic material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0-100% of rapeseed cake, 0-70% of tobacco waste, 0-40% of silkworm excrement, 0-40% of mushroom residue and 0-30% of turf, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the rapeseed cake, the tobacco waste, the silkworm excrement, the mushroom residue and the turf is 100%.
6. The organic fertilizer with growth promoting function of claim 1, wherein the medium trace element is one or more of borax, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate and potassium silicate.
7. The organic fertilizer with growth promoting function of claim 6, wherein the weight percentages of the raw materials in the medium trace elements are as follows: 5-30% of borax, 0-50% of magnesium sulfate, 5-30% of zinc sulfate and 0-90% of potassium silicate, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the borax, the magnesium sulfate, the zinc sulfate and the potassium silicate is 100%.
8. A method for preparing an organic fertilizer with growth promoting function according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
weighing all raw materials in the organic materials according to the mass percentage, performing organic fertilizer fermentation by adopting an aerobic fermentation mode, and obtaining an organic fertilizer semi-finished product after full fermentation and decomposition;
adding medium trace elements and a fertilizer additive into the semi-finished organic fertilizer according to the mass percentage, and uniformly mixing to obtain a powdery organic fertilizer with a growth promoting function;
and (3) granulating the powdery organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function by adopting a flat roller extrusion mode to obtain the granular organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function.
9. A method for preparing an organic fertilizer with growth promoting function according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
weighing all raw materials in the organic materials according to the mass percentage, performing organic fertilizer fermentation by adopting an aerobic fermentation mode, and obtaining an organic fertilizer semi-finished product after full fermentation and decomposition;
adding medium trace elements into the semi-finished organic fertilizer according to the mass percentage, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed material;
preparing a part of mixed materials into a mixture water solution with the mass percent of 10-20%, weighing each raw material in the fertilizer additive according to the mass percent, and dissolving the fertilizer additive into the mixture water solution to prepare a fertilizer additive water solution;
and (3) adopting a disc granulation mode, putting the residual mixed materials into a granulator for granulation, using a fertilizer additive aqueous solution to replace water for assisting a granulation process, and granulating, drying, screening, metering and packaging to obtain the round granular organic fertilizer with the growth promoting function.
10. Use of the organic fertilizer having growth-promoting function according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the organic fertilizer having growth-promoting function is used as a base fertilizer, and the organic fertilizer having growth-promoting function is applied by strip application, broadcast application, furrow application or ring application in an amount of 100-300 kg/mu.
