and (2) planting all rape seedlings on a fourth land of the two lands, uniformly applying fertilizers to the land before planting the rapes, wherein the types and the use amounts of the fertilizers are respectively as follows: 40-50 kg/mu of rapeseed cakes, 6 kg/mu of biological compound fertilizer, 50 kg/mu of phosphate fertilizer and 5 kg/mu of potash fertilizer; continuing to plant the potatoes after the rapes are harvested, planting the black beans after the rapes are harvested and before the potatoes are planted and in the management process, crushing rape stalks before the black beans are planted, mixing the crushed rape stalks with soil, and then planting the black beans, wherein the using amount of the rape stalks is 30-40 kg/mu;
(4) three floors

The method for planting organic crops with high efficiency and low cost as claimed in claim 1, wherein the additive is prepared by the following method: humic acid, dried bamboo leaves and sawdust in a weight ratio of 6: 8: 32, mixing, crushing into 2-3cm granules, adding an aqueous solution containing 0.6 per mill of paecilomyces lilacinus which accounts for 22 percent of the total mass of the three substances of humic acid, dried bamboo leaves and sawdust, and then uniformly stirring to obtain the product.
3. The method for growing organic crops at high efficiency and low cost as claimed in claim 1, wherein the additive is applied in an amount of 20 kg/acre.
