在实际应用中,就同一种纤维来说,品级越高,纤维越细,则手感越柔软。运动面料一般是贴肤穿着,优良的柔软度,其穿着感越舒适。然而在纺织品加工过程中,经多次处理后的面料容易变的粗糙。为了提高面料的柔滑舒适感,会将面料通过柔软剂进行整理。柔软剂可分为非表面活性类、表面活性剂类、反应型和高分子聚合物乳液型等四大类。应用柔软剂处理的面料,极大的提高了面料的柔软度,提高了穿着的舒适度。但作为运动面料来说,由于运动时产生的汗液较多,其面料容易滋生细菌。将面料进行抗菌剂的处理后,面料的硬度较高,通过现有的柔软剂进行整理,其效果改善不明显。
发明内容
为了在面料抑菌性良好的同时,其柔滑性较优,本申请提供一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料及其制备方法。

通过采用上述技术方案,与现有技术中通过静电吸引作用,将抗菌剂吸附在纤维表面相比,通过在纤维表面接枝硫醇,然后与银离子进行络合,可以使银离子与纤维表面的结合力更强,在水洗时减少耗损。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1、本申请制备的柔软剂能够在纤维表面成膜,一方面,可以发挥柔软剂本身的作用,提高运动面料的柔软度,另一方面,在纤维表面成膜,可以将纤维表面的抗菌剂进行一定程度的包覆,从而使其在水洗时,其抗菌剂的耗损较小,从而可以提高运动面料的抗菌耐久性。
2、本申请制备的运动面料的抗菌率均在99.94%及以上,即使是在清洗50次以后,其抗菌率仍能够达到97.21%及以上;同时,运动面料的弯曲长度均在27.8mm以下,最小可达到26.9mm;说明本申请制备的运动面料在具有优异的抗菌性的同时,具有优异的柔软度。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体内容对本申请作进一步详细说明。
原料
本申请中所用的硅烷偶联剂为KH-550;聚氧乙烯醚为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,OP-10;季戊四醇脂肪酸酯,型号为pets-4;失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,型号为T-80;硬脂酸,型号为1801;聚乙烯醇粘度为20-26cps;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮型号为PVP-K90;其余原料均为普通市售产品。
制备例
制备例1
一种柔软剂,其制备方法如下:
1)将柠檬酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠按照重量份比为柠檬酸钠:十二烷基苯磺酸钠=1:4的比例进行混合,混合均匀后得渗透剂;
2)将聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮按照重量份比为聚乙烯醇:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮=1:3的比例进行混合,混合均匀后得交联剂;
3)在110kg的水中加入17kg的乙醇,然后依次加入2kg步骤1)得到的渗透剂、1kg的硅烷偶联剂、3kg的聚氧乙烯醚、9kg的季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、10kg的失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、4.5kg的硬脂酸和4kg步骤2)得到的交联剂,然后将其搅拌均匀,即得柔软剂。
制备例2
一种柔软剂,与制备例1的不同之处在于,其步骤3)中的添加的原料还包括1kg的抗静电剂,抗静电剂为2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵,其步骤3)的内容如下:
在110kg的水中加入17kg的乙醇,然后依次加入2kg步骤1)得到的渗透剂、1kg的硅烷偶联剂、3kg的聚氧乙烯醚、9kg的季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、10kg的失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、4.5kg的硬脂酸、1kg的2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵和4kg步骤2)得到的交联剂,然后将其搅拌均匀,即得柔软剂。
实施例
实施例1
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,其材质为涤纶,其处理步骤如下:
1)面料预处理:通过酯键水解酶进行预处理,通过清水洗净后备用;预处理工艺的工艺参数如下:酯键水解酶70U/L,pH为7,温度40℃,处理时间5h;
2)面料氧化处理:将步骤1)得到的面料通过TEMPO和漆酶进行催化氧化处理;氧化处理的工艺参数如下:TEMPO 3g/L,漆酶35U/L,处理温度37℃,pH为7,时间5h;
3)面料表面接枝:经步骤2)得到的面料通过1-氨基-2-甲基丙烷-2-硫醇进行浸渍处理;浸渍处理的工艺参数如下:1-氨基-2-甲基丙烷-2-硫醇12g/L,处理温度38℃,pH为7,时间4h;
4)面料表面络合银离子:将步骤3)得到的面料浸泡在硝酸银溶液中进行处理,然后清洗、烘干,得到抗菌处理的运动面料;其中其工艺参数如下:硝酸银2.5g/L,处理温度50℃,pH为7,时间2.5h;
5)柔软剂处理:将抗菌处理后的运动面料浸泡于柔软剂中20min,将其捞出后,在65℃下静置40min,通过清水清洗后,在55℃下进行烘干,即可得到运动面料。
其中,柔软剂由制备例1得到。
实施例2
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其柔软剂来自制备例2,其余步骤与实施例1均相同。
实施例3
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其运动面料的材质为氨纶,其余步骤与实施例1均相同。
实施例4
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其运动面料的材质为莫代尔纤维,其余步骤与实施例1均相同。
实施例5
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其运动面料的材质为竹纤维,其余步骤与实施例1均相同。
对比例
对比例1
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其渗透剂的添加量为0,其余步骤与实施例1均相同。
对比例2
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其渗透剂中未添加柠檬酸钠,其余步骤与实施例1均相同。

一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其交联剂中未添加聚乙烯醇,其余步骤与实施例1均相同。
对比例5
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其交联剂中未添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,其余步骤与实施例1均相同。
对比例6
一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,其步骤5)的内容如下:
柔软剂处理:将抗菌处理后的运动面料浸泡于柔软剂中20min,将其捞出后,通过清水清洗后,在55℃下进行烘干,即可得到运动面料。
性能检测试验
检测方法/试验方法
按照实施例1-5和对比例1-6的制备方法进行制备运动面料,然后按照以下的检测方法进行检测,其检测结果如表1所示。
抗菌率:参考国家标准GB/T20994.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗50次后织物的抑菌率;其中,以金黄色葡萄球菌为测试菌种。
柔软度:通过斜面法进行检测;斜面法:中国国家标准柔软剂评价方法GB/T18318.1-2009纺织品-弯曲行为测定-部分1:斜面法;其中,弯曲长度越短,柔软度越好。

通过实施例1-5和对比例1-6,以及表1的检测数据可以看出,本申请制备的运动面料的抗菌率均在99.94%及以上,即使是在清洗50次以后,其抗菌率仍能够达到97.21%及以上;同时,运动面料的弯曲长度均在27.8mm以下,最小可达到26.9mm;说明本申请制备的运动面料在具有优异的抗菌性的同时,具有优异的柔软度。
通过实施例1和实施例2的检测数据可以看出,本申请制备的柔软剂中添加了抗静电剂后,对运动面料的柔软度和抗菌率无明显影响。
通过实施例1和实施例3-5的检测数据可以看出,本申请制备的柔软剂对于涤纶、氨纶、莫代尔纤维和竹纤维均适用。
通过实施例1和对比例1-3的检测数据可以看出,本申请的柔软剂中,渗透剂的缺少对运动面料的柔软度和抗菌耐久性均有明显降低,并且柠檬酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠之间具有协同作用;渗透剂能够使柔软剂与面料充分接触,使柔软剂能够在纤维表面更好的成膜。成膜较好,可以使银离子得到缓释,因此其抗菌性受到较明显的影响。
通过实施例1和对比例4-5的检测数据可以看出,交联剂中,聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮之间具有协同作用。本申请的交联剂对于柔软剂在纤维表面的成膜性具有较大的影响,因此添加聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮其中之一时,其成膜性较差,对运动面料的抗菌耐久性和柔软度均产生不良影响。结合对比例6,可以看出,若缺少温度较高烘烤的步骤,其成膜性也不足。
上述具体实施方式的实施例均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,其特征在于:其通过抗菌处理步骤后,再通过柔软剂处理得到,所述柔软剂包括如下重量份的原料:渗透剂2份、硅烷偶联剂1份、聚氧乙烯醚3份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯9份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯10份、乙醇17份、硬脂酸4.5份、交联剂4份、水110份;
所述渗透剂由柠檬酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合制得,其重量份比为柠檬酸钠:十二烷基苯磺酸钠=1:(2-5);
所述交联剂由聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮混合制得,其重量份比为聚乙烯醇:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮=1:(2-4);
所述抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料的制备方法包括柔软剂处理步骤和抗菌处理步骤,其柔软剂处理步骤如下:
将抗菌处理后的运动面料浸泡于柔软剂中15-30min,将其捞出后,在60-70℃下静置30-50min,通过清水清洗后,在50-60℃下进行烘干,即可得到运动面料;
所述运动面料的抗菌处理步骤如下:
1)面料预处理:通过酯键水解酶进行预处理,通过清水洗净后备用;预处理工艺的工艺参数如下:酯键水解酶50-100U/L,pH为7,温度30-50℃,处理时间4-6h;
2)面料氧化处理:将步骤1)得到的面料通过TEMPO和漆酶进行催化氧化处理;氧化处理的工艺参数如下:TEMPO 2-4g/L,漆酶20-50U/L,处理温度25-40℃,pH为7,时间4-6h;
3)面料表面接枝:经步骤2)得到的面料通过1-氨基-2-甲基丙烷-2-硫醇进行浸渍处理;浸渍处理的工艺参数如下:1-氨基-2-甲基丙烷-2-硫醇10-15g/L,处理温度30-45℃,pH为7,时间3-5h;
4)面料表面络合银离子:将步骤3)得到的面料浸泡在硝酸银溶液中进行处理,然后清洗、烘干,得到抗菌处理后的运动面料;其中其工艺参数如下:硝酸银2-3g/L,处理温度45-55℃,pH为7,时间2-3h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,其特征在于:所述柔软剂还添加有0.5-1.5重量份的抗静电剂,抗静电剂为2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌透气柔滑梭织运动面料,其特征在于:所述运动面料为涤纶、氨纶、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维中的一种纤维或几种纤维的混纺织物。
