Description

Acaricidal bacteriostatic agent containing plant essential oil and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning products, in particular to a mite-killing bacteriostatic agent containing plant essential oil and a preparation method thereof, which are mainly used for household environment products such as mite-killing spray, pet cleaning products, air conditioner bactericide and the like, and have mite-killing and bacteriostatic effects.
Background
Dust mites belong to a class of microscopically small macroscopic arthropods of the subclass Acarina, the phylum Arthropoda. Dust mites are everywhere in daily life, and a large number of dust mites exist in bedding mattresses, wardrobe clothing, shoe cabinets, children toys, carpet sofas and all corners of rooms. The dust mites are tiny in body type but harmful, and can cause allergic eczema/dermatitis, urticaria, allergic rhinitis and the like besides asthma, so that the health of a human body is seriously harmed, and the problem of dust mite allergy is increasingly valued by people.
At present, common chemical acaricides (benzyl benzoate, tannic acid and the like) on the market have good control effect on dust mites, but have certain influence on human health, have the defects of harming non-target organisms, polluting the environment and the like, and are not suitable for being applied indoors. Therefore, the research for finding safe, efficient and pollution-free plant source acaricide to replace chemical acaricide is becoming a hot spot.
At present, plant essential oil is widely applied to the fields of spices, medicines, foods and the like. The essential oil has various action modes such as fumigating, contact killing, luring, repelling and the like on pests, and some essential oil is also rich in ideal acaricidal active substances and shows good biological activity on various mites. The plant essential oil is an acaricide which is more green, environment-friendly, safe and efficient than the traditional chemical agents, is friendly to the environment and human health, and can be used for a long time. However, as can be seen from the analysis of the existing plant essential oil, the oily components such as essential oil are difficult to be fused with the solvent, so that the oily components are difficult to be uniformly distributed in the preparation and use processes, and the properties are difficult to be stable, thereby affecting the final mite-killing and bacteriostatic effects.

Further, between each cycle period, froth is removed by a demister.
Further, in step 200, rosemary essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, patchouli essential oil and galangal essential oil are put into a stirring vessel in sequence, and deionized water is added for preliminary mixing between each time;
and adding a magnetic composite material as a carrier into the mixture of the essential oil, and carrying out magnetic stirring and ultrasonic treatment by an ultrasonic oscillator to obtain a semi-emulsified compound essential oil system.

As can be seen from Table 8, several mite killing products containing the compound essential oil show excellent mite killing effect in various furniture environments and pet products, and have high practical application value.
The synthesis of the above steps:
the invention takes PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil as an emulsifier, and uses laurylamine diylidene dipropylamine as a solubilizer to promote the fusion of essential oil and water, so that oily substances such as the essential oil and the like are uniformly dispersed in the water to form a more stable and transparent solution system, wherein, on the basis of the conventional rosemary essential oil and the eucalyptus essential oil, the acaricidal bacteriostatic agent prepared by adding the patchouli essential oil and the galangal essential oil is creatively used, thereby having more efficient killing effect on acarids, and the whole system is non-toxic and harmless and has no side effect on environment and human body.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present application and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered to be within the scope of the present application.
