Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, relates to a disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to an integrated disinfectant for inhibiting viruses and pathogenic bacteria and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, infectious diseases such as SARS, ebola, MERS, and recently developed new coronary pneumonia have frequently occurred, and the frequent occurrence of these infectious diseases has seriously threatened human health. The world health organization has specifically shown that COVlD-19 has entered a pandemic worldwide. In daily life, people are exposed to the environment for a long time and frequently contact with the outside, and various bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms, which are pathogenic microorganisms, cannot be avoided. These pathogenic microorganisms not only infect themselves, but also may be transmitted to others by direct or indirect contact, causing cross-infection. In order to prevent the threat of pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms to human health, one of the simplest and most effective measures is to kill the pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms at the source and kill the infectious agents. It is therefore of great importance to disinfect the space environment, object surfaces, hands, skin, etc.
The disinfectant generally comprises three parts, namely a matrix material, a core material and an auxiliary material, wherein the matrix material can enable the disinfectant to form a uniform and stable system such as a liquid or gel state, the core material is a substance with the functions of sterilization, disinfection and microbial propagation inhibition, the auxiliary material comprises a buffering agent, a moisturizing agent, a flavoring agent and the like, and the use performance of the disinfectant can be improved.
At present, the disinfectant products in the market are various in types, and the components and the sterilization effect of various disinfectant products are different. However, most of the disinfectants are single disinfectants, and mainly comprise: (1) ethanol type, which has a disinfecting function but causes weak damage to the skin; (2) quaternary ammonium salts, including mono-quaternary ammonium salts and di-quaternary ammonium salts, which have a disinfecting function and cause little damage to the skin, such as benzalkonium chloride; (3) guanidines, including monoguanidines, biguanides and polyguanidines, which have a disinfecting function and low toxicity; (4) chlorine-containing, such as 84 disinfectant, etc., which have strong sterilizing power but are irritating or damaging to the skin and the surface of the appliance; (5) adding disinfectant containing plant extracts such as fructus Eriobotryae, Aloe, folium Artemisiae Argyi, etc., which has no damage to skin, but has enhanced disinfecting function.
Most of the disinfectant products have great irritation to skin, can cause damage to skin after long-term use, and are not enough in disinfection effect, use safety and comfort.
