Abstract
The invention provides compound ozone oil and a preparation method and application thereof. The compound ozone oil comprises 60-90 parts by weight of ozonized camellia oil, 1-40 parts by weight of breviscapine oil and 1-40 parts by weight of honeysuckle oil, wherein the ozonized camellia oil is obtained by carrying out ozone curing reaction on camellia oil and ozone. According to the compound ozone oil provided by the invention, ozonized camellia oil, erigeron breviscapus oil and honeysuckle oil are compounded, so that the compound ozone oil has the effects of repelling mosquitoes, disinfecting wounds and moistening skin, the mosquito repelling time can last for more than 5 hours, and a user without a wound can be coated with the compound ozone oil to repel the mosquitoes and also can moisten the skin; the user with a wound can coat the compound ozone oil on the wound for sterilization and disinfection, so that the wound infection is prevented, and the trouble that mosquitoes bite the affected part is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to compound ozone oil and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Ozone, also known as ozone trioxide, is a natural oxidant, can resist various pathogenic microorganisms, can effectively sterilize and disinfect, has effects on various acute pathogenic bacteria infections, and can improve metabolism and immunologic functions of patients, stimulate and synthesize various growth factors, and promote wound healing. Ozone is a broad-spectrum, efficient, quick, safe and secondary-pollution-free sterilizing gas which is known at present and can kill various pathogens such as bacterial spores, viruses, fungi and the like. Ozone is combined with natural oil at a proper temperature and ozonized to form a special glycerin trimolecular ozone compound, namely ozone oil. Ozone oil is a mixture generated by reacting pure ozone gas with edible vegetable oil by using an ozone curing technology, has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, relieving itching and the like, and is currently dedicated to research on the application aspect of ozone oil.
In addition, mosquitoes suck human blood, which brings great trouble to life of people, and meanwhile, mosquitoes can also transmit epidemic diseases such as epidemic encephalitis B, filariasis, malaria and the like. People use various methods to kill mosquitoes, especially the use of chemical agents is common, but the excessive contact of the chemical agents can cause potential threat to the health of the body and can cause the mosquitoes to generate drug resistance, and the wound parts are not suitable for using the chemical agents, so that a safe, non-toxic and environment-friendly mosquito repellent medicine is needed to be provided.
Disclosure of Invention
By providing a novel ozone oil formula, the compound ozone oil has the effects of disinfecting, promoting wound healing and repelling mosquitoes, has the advantages of no toxicity, environmental protection, skin moistening and protecting, can be continuously used, and does not generate drug resistance.
The embodiment of the invention provides compound ozone oil which comprises 60-90 parts by weight of ozonized camellia oil, 1-40 parts by weight of erigeron breviscapus oil and 1-40 parts by weight of honeysuckle oil, wherein the ozonized camellia oil is obtained by carrying out an ozone curing reaction on camellia oil and ozone.
Optionally, the compound ozone oil comprises 70-90 parts by weight of ozonized camellia oil, 1-10 parts by weight of breviscapine oil and 1-10 parts by weight of honeysuckle oil, wherein the ozonized camellia oil is obtained by carrying out an ozone curing reaction on camellia oil and ozone.
Optionally, the compound ozone oil comprises 80 parts by weight of ozonized camellia oil, 8 parts by weight of breviscapine oil and 4 parts by weight of honeysuckle oil, wherein the ozonized camellia oil is obtained by carrying out an ozone curing reaction on camellia oil and ozone.

the oleum Camelliae Japonicae is used as base oil, and is mixed with ozone to make into ozonized oleum Camelliae Japonicae with antibacterial, antiinflammatory, antipruritic, and toxic materials removing effects.
Honeysuckle is a common traditional Chinese medicine with a long history, is carried by Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, cooling blood and removing blood stasis, is sweet and cold in nature and aromatic in qi, and can eliminate pathogenic factors and well remove toxicity. Modern researches prove that the honeysuckle contains pharmacological active ingredients such as chlorogenic acid and luteolin glycoside, has strong inhibitory effect on various pathogenic bacteria such as hemolytic streptococcus and staphylococcus aureus and pathogenic viruses of upper respiratory tract infection, and has the effects of detoxifying, diminishing inflammation, killing viruses, sterilizing and relieving itching. The honeysuckle flower oil extracted from honeysuckle has aromatic smell, can eliminate the fishy smell of the ozone oil, is cold and sweet in honeysuckle and can relieve the stinging feeling of the ozone oil to mucous membranes.
Erigeron breviscapus: sweet and warm, dispel cold and release exterior, activate blood and relax muscles and tendons, alleviate pain and eliminate stagnation, and treat rheumatic arthralgia and paralysis. The erigeron breviscapus extracted from erigeron breviscapus can kill fungi and bacteria, and the odor of the erigeron breviscapus has an effect of avoiding pests.
The compound ozone oil provided by the invention adopts the ozone camellia oil, the honeysuckle oil and the erigeron breviscapus oil in a synergistic compatibility manner, so that the wound disinfectant with the mosquito repelling effect is obtained, the wound of a patient cannot attract mosquitoes, the mosquito repelling effect is effectively improved by more than 5 hours, the wound cannot be infected and can be recovered more quickly, and the compound ozone oil is non-toxic and environment-friendly, and has no harm to the skin after being continuously used.
Further, the mass ratio of the breviscapine oil to the ozonized camellia oil can be controlled to be 1: (3-15), the duration of the mosquito repellent effect is long, and the compound ozone oil has no fishy smell.
Optionally, the ozonized camellia oil is prepared by introducing 2-10 g/h of medical ozone gas into 100-400 ml of camellia oil at normal temperature and pressure for 6-10 h.
Further, the ozonized camellia oil is prepared by introducing 8g/h of medical ozone gas into 200ml of camellia oil at normal temperature and pressure for 8 h.
The ozonized camellia oil has high ozone concentration, and the mosquito repelling effect can last longer.
Optionally, the compound ozone oil further comprises 1-10 parts by weight of a solanum dulcamara water extract and 1-10 parts by weight of a wild ampelopsis grossedentata extract, and the mass ratio of the solanum dulcamara water extract to the honeysuckle oil is 1: (1-15), wherein the mass ratio of the solanum lyratum water extracting solution to the wild vine tea extracting solution is 1: (1-5).
Optionally, the compound ozone oil further comprises 1-5 parts by weight of an achillea extract and 1-15 parts by weight of an aloe extract, and the mass ratio of the achillea extract to the aloe extract is 1: (1-3).
Optionally, the wild vine tea extract and the achillea millefolium extract are prepared by a water extraction method.

Achillea millefolium is a common traditional Chinese medicine with a long history, and is loaded in Shen nong's herbal Jing, which is bitter in taste and mild in quality. It can tonify qi, nourish skin, improve eyesight, and improve intelligence. It is effective for relieving hunger, aging, and weight loss. A raw valley ". The Achillea millefolium extract can promote cell to absorb nutrition and accelerate wound recovery.
Aloe, a evergreen, succulent herbaceous plant, has been widely used in the fields of food, beauty, health care, medicine, and the like. The aloe polysaccharide and vitamins have good nourishing, moistening and whitening effects on human skin. Aloe barbadensis Miller is the fresh aloe leaf most suitable for direct skin care, i.e., Aloe barbadensis Miller, and has skin astringent, softening, moisturizing, antiinflammatory, and bleaching effects. It also has effects in relieving sclerosis and keratinization, improving scar, preventing wrinkle, eye pouch, and cutis laxa, keeping skin moist and delicate, treating skin inflammation, and treating acne, freckle, acne, scald, knife wound, and insect bite.

Optionally, the nonionic surfactant is one or a mixture of at least two of the following components: coconut oil fatty acid glyceride, lauric acid glyceride, PEG-60 isostearic acid glyceride.
More preferably, the amount of the nonionic surfactant is 1 to 2.5 parts by mass, and when the amount is less than 0.5 part by mass, the emulsion stability tends to be lowered, and when it exceeds 5 parts by mass, the feeling of use tends to be sticky.
The menthoxypropane glycol has mint fragrance and has a cool feeling, and the menthoxypropane glycol added with a proper amount has the effects of repelling mosquitoes and covering the smell of the ozone oil-fishy grass on one hand, and has the cool feeling after being coated on the other hand, so that the product has stronger comfortable feeling.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the compound ozone oil, which comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing ozonized camellia oil: introducing 2-10 g/h of medical ozone gas into 100-400 ml of camellia oil at normal temperature and pressure for 6-10 h to obtain ozonized camellia oil;
step two, weighing 60-90 parts of ozonized camellia oil, 1-40 parts of breviscapine oil and 1-40 parts of honeysuckle oil, and mixing and stirring at normal temperature for 10-60 min to obtain a first composition;
step three, respectively preparing a water extract of solanum lyratum, an extract of wild ampelopsis grossedentata and an extract of achillea:
preparing a water extract of solanum lyratum thunb: weighing 500g of dry solanum dulcamara, soaking the solanum dulcamara in 5L of ozone water with the concentration of 0.5-1 mg/L for 6 hours, heating and boiling for 10-15 minutes, filtering the dregs by a 200-mesh screen, centrifuging the filtrate for 5min multiplied by 5 times at the speed of 10000-12000 multiplied by g, taking the supernatant, and evaporating 2/3 volumes of the supernatant to obtain the solanum dulcamara water extracting solution;
preparing a wild vine tea extracting solution: weighing 500g of dry wild vine tea, leaching in water bath, and filtering after leaching to obtain a wild vine tea leaching solution, wherein the leaching temperature is 80-90 ℃, the leaching time is 30-40 minutes, and the material-liquid ratio is 1: (5-9);
weighing 500g of dried achillea millefolium, leaching in water bath, filtering after leaching, and evaporating to obtain an achillea millefolium leaching solution, wherein the leaching temperature is 90-100 ℃, the leaching time is 20-40 minutes, and the material-liquid ratio is 1: (10-20);
step four, weighing 1-10 parts of solanum lyratum water extract, 1-10 parts of wild ampelopsis grossedentata extract and 1-5 parts of achillea extract, and mixing and stirring at normal temperature for 10-20 min to obtain a second composition;
and step five, adding the first composition prepared in the step two, the second composition prepared in the step four, 1-15 parts by weight of aloe extract, 0.5-5 parts by weight of nonionic surfactant with the HLB value of 10-12 and 1-5 parts by weight of menthoxypropanediol into a rotor-stator type mixer, performing first homogenization until oil drops with the average diameter of less than 10 micrometers are obtained, and then adding the oil drops into a high-pressure homogenizer for second homogenization until oil drops with the average diameter of less than 2 micrometers are obtained.
The embodiment of the invention also provides application of the compound ozone oil in preparing mosquito repellent medicaments.
The embodiment of the invention also provides application of the compound ozone oil in preparing a medicament for disinfecting and healing wounds.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the compound ozone oil provided by the invention, ozonized camellia oil, erigeron breviscapus oil and honeysuckle oil are compounded, so that the compound ozone oil has the effects of repelling mosquitoes, disinfecting wounds and moistening skin, the mosquito repelling time can last for more than 5 hours, and a user without a wound can be coated with the compound ozone oil to repel the mosquitoes and also can moisten the skin; the user with a wound can coat the compound ozone oil on the wound for sterilization and disinfection, and the user does not need to worry about mosquito biting the affected part and the wound can recover more quickly.
2. The compound ozone oil provided by the invention is further prepared by synergistically matching the solanum lyratum water extract, the wild vine tea extract, the achillea millefolium extract and the aloe extract, wherein the solanum lyratum water extract, the wild vine tea extract and the aloe extract have a synergistic effect in sterilization and disinfection, and the achillea millefolium extract and the aloe extract have a synergistic effect in promoting wound recovery; meanwhile, the aloe extract also has a synergistic effect in expelling parasites; in addition, through the synergy of hydrophilic substances such as the solanum lyratum water extract and the like, the greasy feeling of the compound ozone oil is reduced, so that a user can use the compound ozone oil more refreshing and has higher acceptance.

introducing 2g/h of medical ozone gas into 100ml of camellia oil at normal temperature and pressure for 6h to obtain ozonized camellia oil A2;
introducing 4g/h of medical ozone gas into 400ml of camellia oil at normal temperature and normal pressure for 6h to obtain ozonized camellia oil A3;

2.1 mosquito repelling experiment
Reference is made to GB/T13917.9-2009 "pesticide registration hygienic insecticide indoor efficacy test and evaluation part 9: the detection of the repellent comprises the following specific operations:
providing a test insect: aedes albopictus, female imagoes which do not suck blood 4-7 days after emergence;
the test conditions are as follows: relative humidity 60% RH at 26 ℃;
the number of experimental people: 8, 4 men and 4 women, 2 of which are juvenile, 2 of which are elderly, and 4 of which are middle aged; and when someone in the experimenters is attacked by mosquitoes, the experiment is failed, namely the experiment is stopped.
The test results are detailed in Table 2
2.2 conclusion of the experiment:
the experiments show that the compound ozone oil provided by the comparative examples 1-5 has short mosquito repelling time or no mosquito repelling effect, but the compound ozone oil provided by the embodiment of the invention can keep the mosquito repelling time for 5 hours or more, and has a good mosquito repelling effect.
3.1 the compound ozone oil provided in embodiments 11-16 is prepared by the following preparation method:
step one, preparing ozonized camellia oil: introducing 2-10 g/h of medical ozone gas into 100-400 ml of camellia oil at normal temperature and pressure for 6-10 h to obtain ozonized camellia oil;
step two, weighing 60-90 parts of ozonized camellia oil, 1-40 parts of breviscapine oil and 1-40 parts of honeysuckle oil, and mixing and stirring at normal temperature for 10-60 min to obtain a first composition;

and step five, adding the first composition prepared in the step two, the second composition prepared in the step four, 1-15 parts by weight of aloe extract, 0.5-5 parts by weight of nonionic surfactant with the HLB value of 10-12 and 1-5 parts by weight of menthoxypropanediol into a rotor-stator type mixer, performing first homogenization until oil drops with the average diameter of less than 10 micrometers are obtained, and then adding the oil drops into a high-pressure homogenizer for second homogenization until oil drops with the average diameter of less than 2 micrometers are obtained.

2) According to GB15979-2002 appendix C, antibacterial tests are carried out on comparative examples 5-10 and examples 11-16:

From the experimental results in table 4, it can be seen that the combination of the water extract of solanum lyratum, the extract of wild ampelopsis grossedentata, the extract of achillea and the extract of aloe can increase the mosquito repelling time by at least 1 hour, and the bacteriostasis rate is increased, and in addition, the composition does not have the earthy smell of ozone oil when in use, is relatively fresh and cool when in use, and can improve the comfort of consumers.

The compound ozone oil is characterized by comprising 60-90 parts by weight of ozonized camellia oil, 1-40 parts by weight of erigeron breviscapus oil and 1-40 parts by weight of honeysuckle oil, wherein the ozonized camellia oil is prepared by introducing 2-10 g/h of medical ozone gas into 100-400 ml of camellia oil at normal temperature and pressure for 6-10 h.

The compound ozone oil as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 1-10 parts by weight of a water extract of solanum lyratum and 1-10 parts by weight of an extract of wild ampelopsis grossedentata, wherein the mass ratio of the water extract of solanum lyratum to the honeysuckle oil is 1: (1-15), wherein the mass ratio of the solanum lyratum water extracting solution to the wild vine tea extracting solution is 1: (1-5) wherein,
the preparation method of the water extract of solanum lyratum thunb comprises the following steps: weighing 500g of dry solanum dulcamara, soaking the solanum dulcamara in 5L of ozone water with the concentration of 0.5-1 mg/L for 6 hours, heating and boiling for 10-15 minutes, filtering the dregs by a 200-mesh screen, centrifuging the filtrate for 5min multiplied by 5 times at the speed of 10000-12000 multiplied by g, taking the supernatant, and evaporating 2/3 volumes of the supernatant to obtain the solanum dulcamara water extracting solution;
the preparation method of the wild vine tea extract comprises the following steps: weighing 500g of dry wild vine tea, leaching in water bath, and filtering after leaching to obtain a wild vine tea leaching solution, wherein the leaching temperature is 80-90 ℃, the leaching time is 30-40 minutes, and the material-liquid ratio is 1: (5-9).
3. The compound ozone oil as claimed in claim 2, further comprising 1-5 parts by weight of achillea millefolium extract and 1-15 parts by weight of aloe extract, wherein the mass ratio of the achillea millefolium extract to the aloe extract is 1: (1-3) wherein,
the preparation method of the achillea millefolium extract comprises the following steps: weighing 500g of dried achillea millefolium L, leaching in water bath, filtering after leaching, and evaporating to obtain an achillea millefolium L leaching solution, wherein the leaching temperature is 90-100 ℃, the leaching time is 20-40 minutes, and the material-liquid ratio is 1: (10-20).
4. The compound ozone oil as claimed in claim 3, further comprising 1-5 parts by weight of menthoxypropanediol and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) of 10-12.
5. The compound ozone oil as claimed in claim 4, wherein the non-ionic surfactant is one or a mixture of at least two of the following components: coconut oil fatty acid glyceride, lauric acid glyceride, PEG-60 isostearic acid glyceride.
6. The preparation method of the compound ozone oil as claimed in claim 4, which comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing ozonized camellia oil: introducing 2-10 g/h of medical ozone gas into 100-400 ml of camellia oil at normal temperature and pressure for 6-10 h to obtain ozonized camellia oil;
step two, weighing 60-90 parts of ozonized camellia oil, 1-40 parts of breviscapine oil and 1-40 parts of honeysuckle oil, and mixing and stirring at normal temperature for 10-60 min to obtain a first composition;
step three, respectively preparing a water extract of solanum lyratum, an extract of wild ampelopsis grossedentata and an extract of achillea:
preparing a water extract of solanum lyratum thunb: weighing 500g of dry solanum dulcamara, soaking the solanum dulcamara in 5L of ozone water with the concentration of 0.5-1 mg/L for 6 hours, heating and boiling for 10-15 minutes, filtering the dregs by a 200-mesh screen, centrifuging the filtrate for 5min multiplied by 5 times at the speed of 10000-12000 multiplied by g, taking the supernatant, and evaporating 2/3 volumes of the supernatant to obtain the solanum dulcamara water extracting solution;
preparing a wild vine tea extracting solution: weighing 500g of dry wild vine tea, leaching in water bath, and filtering after leaching to obtain a wild vine tea leaching solution, wherein the leaching temperature is 80-90 ℃, the leaching time is 30-40 minutes, and the material-liquid ratio is 1: (5-9);
preparing an achillea extract: weighing 500g of dried achillea millefolium L, leaching in water bath, filtering after leaching, and evaporating to obtain an achillea millefolium L leaching solution, wherein the leaching temperature is 90-100 ℃, the leaching time is 20-40 minutes, and the material-liquid ratio is 1: (10-20);
step four, weighing 1-10 parts of solanum lyratum water extract, 1-10 parts of wild ampelopsis grossedentata extract and 1-5 parts of achillea extract, and mixing and stirring at normal temperature for 10-20 min to obtain a second composition;
and step five, adding the first composition prepared in the step two, the second composition prepared in the step four, 1-15 parts by weight of aloe extract, 0.5-5 parts by weight of nonionic surfactant with the HLB value of 10-12 and 1-5 parts by weight of menthoxypropanediol into a rotor-stator type mixer, performing first homogenization until oil drops with the average diameter of less than 10 micrometers are obtained, and then adding the oil drops into a high-pressure homogenizer for second homogenization until oil drops with the average diameter of less than 2 micrometers are obtained.
7. Use of a compound ozone oil as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 in the preparation of a mosquito repellent medicament.
8. Use of the compound ozone oil according to any one of claims 1 to 5 in the preparation of a medicament for wound disinfection and healing.
