Abstract
本发明提供一种防锈组合物,其对车身的车门等板接合部的防锈性优异,具有充分的耐腐蚀性,并且能够防止车身的滴液。本发明提供一种防锈组合物,其包含防锈添加剂、蜡、膨润土、硬化油、以及两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂,上述蜡选自聚乙烯系或聚丙烯系的合成蜡、或者微晶蜡且熔点为60℃以上且130℃以下的范围,上述防锈组合物包含相对于组合物整体在12质量%以上且39质量%以下的范围内的上述防锈添加剂、包含相对于组合物整体在2质量%以上且6质量%以下的范围内的上述膨润土、包含相对于组合物整体在3质量%以上且13质量%以下的范围内的上述蜡。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防锈组合物。此外,涉及具有由该防锈组合物形成的防锈涂膜的汽车部件。
背景技术
作为用于汽车车身的行驶部件、车身的车门和引擎盖等的袋结构部和板接合部的防锈剂,目前使用作为将蜡和各种添加剂溶解或分散在矿油精或其它有机溶剂中的组合物的蜡型防锈剂。
例如专利文献1中公开了一种防锈组合物,其包含防锈添加剂、蜡、硬化油和稀释材料,相对于组合物整体,还包含2~6质量%的膨润土。
此外,专利文献2中公开了一种防锈组合物,其用特定的溶剂将热聚合干性油、蜡类和/或防锈添加剂类溶解或分散而成。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
这些以往的防锈组合物特别是对于上述板接合部的防锈性有改善的余地。本发明的问题在于提供一种防锈组合物,其对板接合部的防锈性优异,具有充分的耐腐蚀性,并且能够防止车身的液体流挂。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人经过研究,结果发现能够提供一种防锈组合物,其通过使用两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂,从而对板接合部的防锈性优异,具有充分的耐腐蚀性,并且能够防止车身的液体流挂。即,本发明包含以下内容。
(1)一种防锈组合物,其包含防锈添加剂、蜡、膨润土、硬化油、以及两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂,上述蜡选自聚乙烯系或聚丙烯系的合成蜡、或者微晶蜡且熔点的范围为60℃以上且130℃以下,上述防锈组合物包含相对于组合物整体在12质量%以上且39质量%以下的范围内的上述防锈添加剂、包含相对于组合物整体在2质量%以上且6质量%以下的范围内的上述膨润土、包含相对于组合物整体在3质量%以上且13质量%以下的范围内的上述蜡。
(2)根据上述(1)中所述的防锈组合物,其中,上述防锈组合物含有相对于稀释剂总量在40质量%以上且80质量%以下范围内的上述两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂中粘度最低的稀释剂。
(3)根据上述(1)或(2)中所述的防锈组合物,其中,上述两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂中粘度最低的稀释剂的运动粘度在40℃在10mm2/s以上且30mm2/s以下的范围内。
(4)一种汽车部件,其具有由上述(1)~(3)中任一项所述的防锈组合物形成的防锈涂膜。
发明效果
本发明的防锈组合物能够提供对车身的车门等板接合部的防锈性优异,具有充分的耐腐蚀性,并且能够防止车身的液体流挂的防锈组合物。此外,能够提供具有由该防锈组合物形成的防锈涂膜的汽车部件。
具体实施方式
作为本发明的一个实施方式的防锈组合物,其包含(A)防锈添加剂、(B)选自聚乙烯系或聚丙烯系的合成蜡、或者微晶蜡中的熔点为60℃以上且130℃以下范围的蜡、(C)膨润土、(D)硬化油和(E)两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂。
<(A)防锈添加剂>
作为防锈添加剂,能够赋予防锈组合物防锈功能即可,能够使用例如磺酸盐(烷基苯磺酸盐,例如钙盐等)、羧酸盐(羧酸胺盐等)、胺盐、脂肪酸酯、氧化石蜡盐、氧化蜡盐等,也可以直接使用市售的防锈添加剂。另外,防锈添加剂之中有预先用有机溶剂稀释的防锈添加剂,优选挥发成分尽可能少的防锈添加剂。具体地可举出油馏分中的磺酸盐、脂肪酸酯和氧化石蜡盐等。防锈添加剂能够单独使用一种,或者混合使用两种以上。
相对于防锈组合物整体,防锈添加剂的含量优选在12质量%以上且39质量%以下的范围内,更优选在16质量%以上且35质量%以下的范围内。
<(B)蜡>
作为蜡,只要是选自聚乙烯系或聚丙烯系的合成蜡、或者微晶蜡且熔点在60℃以上且130℃以下的范围内,则没有特别限制,优选熔点在80℃以上且120℃以下的范围内。
作为合成蜡,只要是聚乙烯系或聚丙烯系的合成蜡则没有特别限制,例如,可举出费托蜡、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、乙烯与丙烯的共聚物等。另外,聚乙烯系的合成蜡是指具有多个乙烯结构的蜡,聚丙烯系的合成蜡是指具有多个丙烯结构的蜡。蜡能够单独使用一种,或者混合使用两种以上。
另外,除上述微晶蜡外,也可以一起使用小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、米糠蜡、日本蜡、荷荷巴油等植物油系蜡;蜂蜡、羊毛脂、鲸蜡等动物系蜡;褐煤蜡、地蜡、纯地蜡等矿物油系蜡;石蜡、微晶蜡、凡士林等石油蜡等天然蜡。
相对于防锈组合物整体,蜡的含量优选在3质量%以上且13质量%以下的范围内,更优选在3质量%以上且10质量%以下的范围内。
在使用合成蜡的情况下,虽然也取决于合成蜡的性质,但能够将防锈组合物整体中的蜡含量降低,例如,相对于防锈组合物整体,能够为6质量%以下,进一步为5质量%以下。
<(C)膨润土>
膨润土是以具有由硅铝酸盐构成的板状结晶堆叠而成的层状结构的蒙脱土作为主要成分的矿物。膨润土的粒径优选在0.1μm以上且10μm以下的范围内,更优选在1μm以上且5μm以下的范围内。
相对于防锈组合物整体,膨润土的含量优选在2质量%以上且6质量%以下的范围内,更优选在3质量%以上且6质量%以下的范围内。
<(D)硬化油>
作为硬化油,可举出亚麻籽油、紫苏油、桐油、大麻籽油、红花油、奥蒂油、沙丁鱼油、鲱鱼油、蓖麻油等天然干性油、以及脱水蓖麻油等合成干性油。此外,硬化油的碘值优选为80以上。硬化油能够单独使用一种,或者混合使用两种以上。
硬化油的含量没有特别限定,相对于防锈组合物整体,优选在8质量%以上且25质量%以下的范围内,更优选在9质量%以上且15质量%以下的范围内。
<(E)稀释剂>
作为稀释剂,只要是成为基油的稀释剂,则没有特别限定,能够使用例如矿物油系润滑油类、合成润滑油类、液态饱和烃混合物类、植物油系半干性油类、植物油系不干性油类等。作为具体例子,作为矿物油系润滑油类,可举出石蜡系润滑油、环烷系润滑油等,作为合成润滑油,可举出酯类、聚α-烯烃类、聚亚烷基二醇类、聚丁烯类、烷基二苯醚类等,作为液态饱和烃混合物类,可举出液体石蜡等,作为植物油系半干性油类,可举出大豆油、棉籽油、菜籽油、米油、芝麻油、葵花油、玉米油等,此外,作为植物系不干性油类,可举出橄榄油、花生油、山茶油等。在本实施方式中,混合使用这些稀释剂中的两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂。
稀释剂的含量没有特别限定,相对于防锈组合物整体,优选在33质量%以上且60质量%以下的范围内,更优选在40质量%以上且57质量%以下的范围内。
两种以上的稀释剂的组合没有特别限定,相对于稀释剂总量,优选含有40质量%以上且80质量%以下的范围内的两种以上的稀释剂中粘度最低的稀释剂,更优选含有50质量%以上且78质量%以下的范围内的两种以上的稀释剂中粘度最低的稀释剂。
此外,上述两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂中粘度最低的稀释剂的运动粘度在40℃优选在10mm2/s以上且30mm2/s以下的范围内,更优选在15mm2/s以上且27mm2/s以下的范围内。此外,两种以上的稀释剂中的粘度最高的稀释剂的运动粘度在40℃为50mm2/s以上即可,优选为80mm2/s以上,更优选为100mm2/s以上。
<其它成分>
本实施方式的防锈组合物还可以含有填料。作为填料,可举出碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石、云母和其它现有公知的各种体质颜料。填料的含量没有特别限定,相对于防锈组合物整体,优选在5质量%以上且15质量%以下的范围内,更优选为6质量%以上且12质量%以下。
本实施方式的防锈组合物通过在汽车的车身的底板、车身的行驶部件、车身的袋结构部及板接合部等进行喷涂等而使用,具有充分的操作性和防锈性能。特别是板接合部的防锈性优异。此外,具有充分的耐腐蚀性,且能够防止车身的液体流挂。
另外,本实施方式的防锈组合物的挥发的有机溶剂能够为10质量%以下。能够优选为5质量%以下。另外,有机溶剂是指烃类(正己烷等)、卤代烃类(三卤甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯等)、芳香烃类(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、三甲苯)、多环芳香烃类(具有三个以上苯环的芳香族化合物,例如苯并[a]芘等)等化合物,尤其是对自然环境、生物体有害的化合物。另外,挥发的有机溶剂能够通过求出将防锈组合物在110℃的环境下放置1小时时挥发的有机化合物的质量,或者基于不挥发成分的质量来求出。另外,由于防锈组合物中也能够包含水,因此有时挥发成分也能够包含水。本实施方式的防锈组合物在110℃的环境下放置1小时时的不挥发成分优选为95质量%以上,更优选为97质量%以上。
本实施方式的防锈组合物即使涂敷成厚膜,即使在含有的蜡的熔点以上的高温环境下,也能抑制流挂的发生。根据本实施方式的防锈组合物,能够在汽车的部件等形成膜厚为200μm以上、特别是300μm以上、尤其是400μm以上的防锈皮膜。另外,通过防锈组合物形成的防锈皮膜的膜厚为在涂敷防锈组合物后形成稳定的皮膜后的该皮膜的膜厚。因此,本发明的防锈组合物特别适用于在由钢材等构成的汽车部件等形成膜厚为200μm以上的防锈涂膜的用途。进而,即使是难以赋予防锈性的板接合部,通过使用本实施方式的防锈组合物,也能够赋予高防锈性。
因此,具有由上述防锈组合物形成的防锈皮膜的汽车部件也是本发明的实施方式之一。
实施例
以下,使用实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明的范围不受这些实施例的限定。
<防锈组合物的制备>
将表1所示的各原料(质量%)与市售的防锈添加剂混合后,加热,搅拌。之后,自然冷却,得到实施例1~11和比较例1~4的防锈组合物。用于制备防锈组合物的表1中的各符号表示以下原料。另外,使用脱水聚合蓖麻油作为硬化油,使用碳酸钙作为填料。
(B1)微晶蜡
(B2)乙烯-丙烯共聚物
(E1)矿物油系润滑油(40℃的运动粘度为20mm2/s)
(E2)矿物油系润滑油(40℃的运动粘度为10mm2/s)
(E3)矿物油系润滑油(40℃的运动粘度为30mm2/s)
(E4)矿物油系润滑油(40℃的运动粘度为100mm2/s)

<防锈性评价>
使用棒涂机将实施例1~11和比较例1~4的防锈组合物以使得涂膜厚度为50μm的方式涂敷在已用溶剂(矿油精)除去油分并干燥的70×150×0.8mm冷轧钢板(JIS G 3141SPCC-SD),在室温干燥72小时后,进行最长720小时的中性盐水喷雾试验,测定直至生锈的时间。之后,按照以下的评价基准评价防锈性。其结果如表2所示。另外,“A”以上为合格。

B:240小时以上且小于480小时
<接合面的内部防锈性评价>
准备70(横)×150(纵)×0.8mm的合金化熔融镀锌钢板(以下称为A钢板)和40(横)×70(纵)×0.8mm的合金化熔融镀锌钢板(以下称为B钢板)。在以距A钢板的纵方向的上方60mm且距下方20mm、横方向为中央部的方式重叠的状态,在B钢板的横方向中心部且距纵方向的上方23mm和46mm的两处进行点焊。将接合部的间隙调节为200~300μm后,对该板接合状的试验片进行电沉积涂装(使用日本涂料株式会社制造的电泳涂料PN1010),制成接合内部的防锈试验用试验片。
对上述的防锈试验用试验片的板接合面喷涂实施例1~11和比较例1~4的防锈组合物以使得涂膜厚度为100μm,用复合循环试验机重复进行将中性盐水喷雾试验4小时、70℃强制干燥5小时、湿润试验12小时、70℃强制干燥2小时、自然干燥1小时作为一次循环的循环试验,试验后剥离接合部的焊接,求出接合部生锈的循环次数。之后,按照以下的评价基准评价接合面的内部的防锈性。其结果如表2所示。另外,“A”以上为合格。

B:30次循环以上且小于60次循环

<皮膜保持性评价>
准备70×150×0.8mm的电沉积涂装板(巴尔铁克株式会社制造)。用溶剂(矿油精)除去这些油分并干燥后,将试验片的下半部掩蔽,使用棒涂机将防锈组合物试样涂敷到上半部。制作最小膜厚为500μm,每次增加100μm膜厚,最大至800μm的涂装板。之后,以相对于地面为水平的状态自然干燥4小时后,剥离掩蔽,以相对于地面垂直的状态在80℃加热30分钟,检查发生流挂的膜厚。之后,按照以下的评价基准评价皮膜保持性。其结果如表2所示。另外,“A”以上为合格。

<渗出性评价>
将两张已用溶剂(矿油精)除去油分并干燥的70×150×0.8mm的电沉积涂装板(巴尔铁克株式会社制造)重叠,将一张电沉积涂装板的一部分(70×30mm)弯折至30度的角度。之后,用夹具固定,制作渗出性评价用的试验材料。以将该试验材料相对于地面垂直竖立的状态(将未重叠部分作为上侧的状态),使用微型注射器从上部向两张电沉积涂装板的重叠部注入24μl的各实施例和比较例的防锈组合物,在20℃静置48小时。之后,拆解夹具,测定渗出长度,按照以下的评价基准评价渗出性。其结果如表2所示。另外,“A”以上为合格。

Claims (4)
1.一种防锈组合物,其包含防锈添加剂、蜡、膨润土、硬化油、以及两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂,所述蜡选自聚乙烯系或聚丙烯系的合成蜡、或者微晶蜡且熔点的范围为60℃以上且130℃以下,
所述防锈组合物包含相对于组合物整体在12质量%以上且39质量%以下范围内的所述防锈添加剂、包含相对于组合物整体在2质量%以上且6质量%以下范围内的所述膨润土、包含相对于组合物整体在3质量%以上且13质量%以下范围内的所述蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防锈组合物,其中,所述防锈组合物含有相对于稀释剂总量在40质量%以上且80质量%以下范围内的所述两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂中粘度最低的稀释剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈组合物,其中,所述两种以上粘度不同的稀释剂中粘度最低的稀释剂的运动粘度在40℃在10mm2/s以上且30mm2/s以下的范围内。
4.一种汽车部件,其具有由权利要求1~3中任一项所述的防锈组合物形成的防锈涂膜。
