本发明公开了一种保护儿童视力健康的营养软糖,按质量份数,其组成为:复配胶体120‑140份、鱼肝油50‑80份、木糖醇800‑900份、蓝莓汁10‑15份、胡萝卜素8‑12份、叶黄素酯0.5‑0.8份、叶黄素0.1‑0.5份、维生素0.5‑2.5份、复合微量元素0.05‑0.25份、乳酸钙30‑50份、葡萄糖酸锌25‑35份、卵磷脂5‑8份;其制备步骤包括:S1制备复配胶体水溶液和木糖醇水溶液;S2混合复配胶体水溶液和木糖醇水溶液,并浓缩,加入剩余的原料,搅拌均匀;S3浇铸成型;S4干燥或者不干燥,包装。其中,胡萝卜素、蓝莓汁等果蔬成分就有助于减少眼睛干涩,改善眼疲劳。叶黄素酯、叶黄素,可以促进视网膜发育,抵抗蓝光对眼睛的伤害,从而保护视力健康。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种保护儿童视力健康的营养软糖及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,针对3岁以上儿童的视力保护还是以预防保护为主,因今年来儿童外在因素的快速变化,电子设备占据了儿童大量时间,导致很多儿童过早的患上了假性近视等视力疾病。
糖果对儿童的吸引力巨大,考虑在糖果中增加预防保护儿童视力的原料,同时增加其他多种营养物质,在食用糖果的同时,在一定程度上对儿童视力起到保护效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种营养丰富、口感好保护儿童视力健康的营养软糖。
为解决上述技术问题,采用的技术方案为:一种保护儿童视力健康的营养软糖,按质量份数,其组成为:复配胶体120-140份、鱼肝油50-80份、木糖醇800-900份、蓝莓汁10-15份、胡萝卜素8-12份、叶黄素酯0.5-0.8份、叶黄素0.1-0.5份、维生素0.5-2.5份、复合微量元素0.05-0.25份、乳酸钙30-50 份、葡萄糖酸锌25-35份、卵磷脂5-8份;
所述复配胶体包含卡拉胶55-70份、淀粉20-40份和琼脂粉20-40份。
所述的维生素为:维生素A 200-300μg,维生素D 2.0-5μg,维生素E1-5mg,维生素C30-50mg,维生素K1 10-30μg,维生B1 200-400μg,维生素B2 400-600μg,维生素B6 200-300μg,维生素B12 0.6-1.2μg,叶酸10-50μg。
所述的复合微量元素为:硒15-20μg,钾100-300mg,钙150-300mg,磷 120-200mg,镁20-30mg,铁1.0-2.0mg,锌1.0-2.0mg,锰10-30μg,碘20-50μg,钠50-100mg。

所述复配胶体包含卡拉胶60-65份、淀粉30-40份和琼脂粉30-40份。

S2混合复配胶体水溶液和木糖醇水溶液,并浓缩,加入剩余的原料,搅拌均匀;
S3将步骤S2所得物料,浇铸成型;
S4干燥或者不干燥,包装,得成品。
有益效果:其中,胡萝卜素、蓝莓汁等果蔬成分就有助于减少眼睛干涩,改善眼疲劳。叶黄素酯、叶黄素,可以促进视网膜发育,抵抗蓝光对眼睛的伤害,从而保护视力健康。同时它还添加了优质天然植物果胶,所以好消化,易吸收。更适合儿童的肠道健康。
另外,通过维生素、复合微量元素、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、卵磷脂等多种营养的加入,增加了糖果的营养性,更加适合儿童成长需要。

所述复配胶体包含卡拉胶60g、淀粉40g和琼脂粉40g。
所述的维生素为:维生素A 300μg,维生素D 5μg,维生素E 3mg,维生素C 40mg,维生素K1 30μg,维生B1 300μg,维生素B2 500μg,维生素B6 300μg,维生素B12 1μg,叶酸40μg。
所述的复合微量元素为:硒15μg,钾200mg,钙300mg,磷150mg,镁 30mg,铁2.0mg,锌1.5mg,锰30μg,碘40μg,钠80mg。
一种保护儿童视力健康的营养软糖的方法,其步骤包括:
S1制备复配胶体水溶液和木糖醇水溶液;
S2混合复配胶体水溶液和木糖醇水溶液,并浓缩,加入剩余的原料,搅拌均匀;
S3将步骤S2所得物料,浇铸成型;
S4干燥或者不干燥,包装,得成品。

所述的维生素为:维生素A 280μg,维生素D 5μg,维生素E 4mg,维生素C 40mg,维生素K1 30μg,维生B1 300μg,维生素B2600μg,维生素B6 300μg,维生素B12 1.2μg,叶酸30μg。
所述的复合微量元素为:硒15μg,钾300mg,钙180mg,磷150mg,镁 30mg,铁2.0mg,锌1.5mg,锰18μg,碘50μg,钠100mg。

所述复配胶体包含卡拉胶55-70份、淀粉20-40份和琼脂粉20-40份。
