现如今越来越多的年轻人因为长时间使用电脑、看电视、看书、在空调环境下办公,这直接导致的是视力模糊、眼睛干涩、疲劳,长此以往,干眼症和视力下降是直接后果,有统计数据表明,在眼科门诊中,每5个人就有1个人患干眼症,其中以电脑工作人员、上班族居多。目前,我国也生产出了一些改善以及保护视力的保健食品,虽然也能起到一定的作用,但是就现有保健品而言,功效相对单一,吸收率不高,并且现有的保健品多采用胶囊或吞片,消费者难以吞服,并且口感也不好。

本发明的目的在于提供一种补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,按重量百分比包括如下组分:叶黄素酯8-12%、糊精18-22%、木糖醇33-36%、天然胡萝卜素1-3%、脱脂奶粉18-22%、维生素C 0.5-1.5%、硬脂酸镁2-5%、草莓香精0.3-0.8%、菊花粉0.5-1.5%、荷叶粉0.5-1.5%。

S5:将上述片剂软材过筛后在40-50℃环境下干燥得干颗粒,将干颗粒进行压片制得缓解疲劳片剂;
S6:将缓解疲劳片剂进行包衣,再进行密封保存即可。

本发明制备的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片中,叶黄素酯是一种重要的类胡萝卜素脂肪酸酯,性状为深红棕色细小颗粒。主要结构由两个六元碳环由一个含十八碳原子的共轭双键的长链相连接而成,叶黄素的作用显得尤其重要,它能够有效的过滤蓝光,抵抗DHA氧化,有助保护人类的视网膜,所以需要更多吸收,叶黄素酯被摄人体内后,在人体脂肪酶的作用下,水解成游离态的叶黄素,以高浓度沉积于人眼底黄斑中,可作为近紫外蓝光的吸收剂,通过捕获自由基、防止或降低氧化和自由基对视网膜带来的伤害而行使保护功能,可以有效降低AMD的发生率。
糊精可用作填充剂,常与糖粉、淀粉混合使用,也可用作糖衣包衣组分中的成形剂和增稠剂,用来制备片剂、丸剂、颗粒剂和混悬剂等。
木糖醇在体内新陈代谢不需要胰岛素参与,又不使血糖值升高,并可消除糖尿病人三多(多饮、多尿、多食),因此是糖尿病人安全的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂,木糖醇能促进肝糖原合成,血糖不会上升,对肝病患者有改善肝功能和抗脂肪肝的作用。
天然胡萝卜素促进内感光色素的生成,加强视力形成;有助于视紫红质的合成,提高暗适应能力,预防夜盲症,胡萝卜素能增强免疫细胞的数目和活力,有助于消灭外源性病原体及被感染的细胞,胡萝卜素不但能直接清除自由基,而且还能增加体内超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量,从而延缓衰老。
脱脂奶粉因其脂肪含量较少,易保存,不易发生氧化作用,是制作片剂的最好原材料。
维生素C为抗体及胶原形成,组织修补(包括某些氧化还原作用),苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、叶酸的代谢,铁、碳水化合物的利用,脂肪、蛋白质的合成,维持免疫功能,羟化5-羟色胺,保持血管的完整,促进非血红素铁吸收等所必需,同时维生素C还具备有抗氧化,抗自由基,抑制酪氨酸酶的形成,从而达到美白,淡斑的功效;在人体内,维生素C是高效抗氧化剂,用来减轻抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的氧化应激。还有许多重要的生物合成过程中也需要维生素C参与作用。
荷叶粉采用荷叶制成,荷叶为多年水生草本植物莲的叶片,其化学成分主要有荷叶碱、柠檬酸、苹果酸、葡萄糖酸、草酸、琥珀酸及其它抗有丝分裂作用的碱性成分。荷叶具有解热、抑菌、解痉作用,同时还具有清暑利湿、升阳发散、祛瘀止血等作用。

从上表可以看出,本发明制备的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片中通过添加的叶黄素酯和天然胡萝卜素,通过中西医结合,补充视网膜营养营养,减缓近视的发生与发展,增加机体抵抗力,通过添加的草莓香精和木糖醇,味道香甜,可以提高口感,更易于人们食用,通过添加的脱脂奶粉和糊精可以提高片剂的保存时长。
叶黄素酯是一种重要的类胡萝卜素脂肪酸酯,性状为深红棕色细小颗粒。主要结构由两个六元碳环由一个含十八碳原子的共轭双键的长链相连接而成,叶黄素的作用显得尤其重要,它能够有效的过滤蓝光,抵抗DHA氧化,有助保护人类的视网膜,所以需要更多吸收,叶黄素酯被摄人体内后,在人体脂肪酶的作用下,水解成游离态的叶黄素,以高浓度沉积于人眼底黄斑中,可作为近紫外蓝光的吸收剂,通过捕获自由基、防止或降低氧化和自由基对视网膜带来的伤害而行使保护功能,可以有效降低AMD的发生率。
糊精可用作填充剂,常与糖粉、淀粉混合使用,也可用作糖衣包衣组分中的成形剂和增稠剂,用来制备片剂、丸剂、颗粒剂和混悬剂等。
木糖醇在体内新陈代谢不需要胰岛素参与,又不使血糖值升高,并可消除糖尿病人三多(多饮、多尿、多食),因此是糖尿病人安全的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂,木糖醇能促进肝糖原合成,血糖不会上升,对肝病患者有改善肝功能和抗脂肪肝的作用。
天然胡萝卜素促进内感光色素的生成,加强视力形成;有助于视紫红质的合成,提高暗适应能力,预防夜盲症,胡萝卜素能增强免疫细胞的数目和活力,有助于消灭外源性病原体及被感染的细胞,胡萝卜素不但能直接清除自由基,而且还能增加体内超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量,从而延缓衰老。
脱脂奶粉因其脂肪含量较少,所以易保存,不易发生氧化作用,是制作饼干、糕点、冰淇淋等食品的最好原材料。
维生素C为抗体及胶原形成,组织修补(包括某些氧化还原作用),苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、叶酸的代谢,铁、碳水化合物的利用,脂肪、蛋白质的合成,维持免疫功能,羟化5-羟色胺,保持血管的完整,促进非血红素铁吸收等所必需,同时维生素C还具备有抗氧化,抗自由基,抑制酪氨酸酶的形成,从而达到美白,淡斑的功效;在人体内,维生素C是高效抗氧化剂,用来减轻抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的氧化应激。还有许多重要的生物合成过程中也需要维生素C参与作用。
荷叶粉采用荷叶制成,荷叶为多年水生草本植物莲的叶片,其化学成分主要有荷叶碱、柠檬酸、苹果酸、葡萄糖酸、草酸、琥珀酸及其它抗有丝分裂作用的碱性成分。荷叶具有解热、抑菌、解痉作用,同时还具有清暑利湿、升阳发散、祛瘀止血等作用。

1.一种补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:按重量百分比包括如下组分:叶黄素酯8-12%、糊精18-22%、木糖醇33-36%、天然胡萝卜素1-3%、脱脂奶粉18-22%、维生素C 0.5-1.5%、硬脂酸镁2-5%、草莓香精0.3-0.8%、菊花粉0.5-1.5%、荷叶粉0.5-1.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:按重量百分比包括如下组分:叶黄素酯10%、糊精20%、木糖醇35%、天然胡萝卜素1%、脱脂奶粉20%、维生素C1%、硬脂酸镁3%、草莓香精0.5%、菊花粉1%、荷叶粉0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:按重量百分比包括如下组分:叶黄素酯12%、糊精18%、木糖醇35%、天然胡萝卜素2%、脱脂奶粉19%、维生素C1%、硬脂酸镁3%、草莓香精0.5%、菊花粉1%、荷叶粉0.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:按重量百分比包括如下组分:叶黄素酯8%、糊精22%、木糖醇36%、天然胡萝卜素2%、脱脂奶粉18%、维生素C1%、硬脂酸镁3%、草莓香精0.5%、菊花粉1%、荷叶粉0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:糊精采用玉米糊精、高粱糊精、土豆糊精、竹芋糊精、小麦糊精、米糊精、木薯糊精、西米糊精。
6.根据权利要求1所述的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:荷叶粉、菊花粉的规格均为50-100目。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:按重量份称取各原料组分;
S2:将各组分原料加入至球磨机中进行球磨,过50-80目筛;
S3:将球磨后的混合原料加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
S4:将混合粉添加10%乙醇制得片剂软材;
S5:将上述片剂软材过筛后在40-50℃环境下干燥得干颗粒,将干颗粒进行压片制得缓解疲劳片剂;
S6:将缓解疲劳片剂进行包衣,再进行密封保存即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:搅拌机搅拌速度为50-60r/min,搅拌时间为10-15min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的补充视网膜营养咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述咀嚼片的单片颗粒质量为5-8g。
