本发明涉及咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果,可有效解决增强人体免疫力,利于身体健康的问题,其解决的技术方案是,由以下重量计的原料制成:姜粉34‑38g、黑枸杞提取物4‑8g、木糖醇615‑620g、栀子黄0.04‑0.06g、聚维酮K30 55‑65g和硬脂酸镁28‑32g;本发明原料丰富,药食两用,配伍科学合理,制备方法简单,易生产,产品质量好,口感好,老少皆宜食用,具有滋补肝肾、缓解身体疲劳的增强人体免疫力、利于身体健康,是糖果上的一大创新,有显著的经济和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品,特别是一种咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果。
背景技术
糖果是老少皆喜食用的食品,用于调节口味或增加营养,目前糖果有多种多样,但由于组分上存在的问题,其食用价值并不尽相同,特别是口味、口感和营养价值差异很大,而且对于含糖量较高的糖果有的人是不宜食用的,特别是糖尿病人和不喜甜食的人群,随着人们生活水平的提高和对物质文化的要求,不但要口感好,而且应该具有增强营养、促进健康之功能,到目前为止,还未有见到一种集口感好、食用面广、老人皆益、滋补肝肾、缓解身体疲劳的增强人体免疫力、利于身体健康糖果的公开报导。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果,可有效解决增强人体免疫力,利于身体健康的问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是,一种咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果,是由以下重量计的原料制成:姜粉34-38g、黑枸杞提取物4-8g、木糖醇615-620g、栀子黄0.04-0.06g、聚维酮K30 55-65g和硬脂酸镁28-32g;
其制备方法是:
(1)、制备姜粉:
取生姜切块或丝平铺于托盘中,置于烘箱中,40℃干燥3小时,在烘干的过程中每隔1个小时将姜块或姜丝翻动一次,以免阻碍水分蒸发影响干燥效率或使姜丝发黑;待姜块或姜丝表面的水分蒸发完全后,将温度调至65℃,继续烘至姜块或姜丝至用手可轻松折断,粉碎,过120目筛,成姜粉;
(2)、木糖醇、黑枸杞提取物、聚维酮K30、硬脂酸镁分别过80目筛,备用;
(3)、提取物制粒:将黑枸杞提取物用体积浓度80%乙醇做润湿剂,制粒、干燥,颗粒过14目筛整粒;
(4)、栀子黄用水溶解,加入乙醇,制成乙醇质量浓度60%的栀子黄溶液;
(5)、姜粉用聚维酮K30、木糖醇等量递增2次混合均匀,与剩余木糖醇按制粒锅次分别均分后,用栀子黄溶液做润湿剂,于制粒机制粒,60-65℃干燥至重量水分≤4%,成姜混合颗粒;
(6)、将姜混合颗粒、黑枸杞提取物、硬脂酸镁置于混合机中旋转混合13-17分钟,成压片粉料;
(7)、将压片粉料置于压片机上压制成片(常规方法),分装。
(8)、包装:对分装后的压片糖(按常规方法)分别进行内包装和外包装,即为成品。
本发明原料丰富,药食两用,配伍科学合理,制备方法简单,易生产,产品质量好,口感好,老少皆宜食用,具有滋补肝肾、缓解身体疲劳的增强人体免疫力、利于身体健康,是糖果上的一大创新,有显著的经济和社会效益。

实施例1
本发明一种咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果,是由以下重量计的原料制成:姜粉36g、黑枸杞提取物5g、木糖醇618.94g、栀子黄0.06g、聚维酮K30 60g和硬脂酸镁30g;
其制备方法是:
(1)、制备姜粉:
取生姜切块或丝平铺于托盘中,置于烘箱中,40℃干燥3小时,在烘干的过程中每隔1个小时将姜块或姜丝翻动一次,以免阻碍水分蒸发影响干燥效率或使姜丝发黑;待姜块或姜丝表面的水分蒸发完全后,将温度调至65℃,继续烘至姜块或姜丝至用手可轻松折断,粉碎,过120目筛,成姜粉;
(2)、木糖醇、黑枸杞提取物、聚维酮K30、硬脂酸镁分别过80目筛,备用;
(3)、提取物制粒:将黑枸杞提取物用体积浓度80%乙醇做润湿剂,制粒、干燥,颗粒过14目筛整粒;

(7)、将压片粉料置于压片机上压制成片(常规方法),每片0.75g,分装。
(8)、包装:对分装后的压片糖(按常规方法)分别进行内包装和外包装,即为成品。
实施例2
本发明一种咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果,是由以下重量计的原料制成:姜粉35g、黑枸杞提取物7g、木糖醇616g、栀子黄0.06g、聚维酮K30 56g和硬脂酸镁31g,制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本发明一种咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果,是由以下重量计的原料制成:姜粉37g、黑枸杞提取物5g、木糖醇619g、栀子黄0.04g、聚维酮K30 64g和硬脂酸镁29g,制备方法同实施例1。
本发明产品经检测,符合食品糖果的要求,具体情况如下:
色泽:本品符合品种应有的色泽
形态:块型完整,大小基本一致,无裂缝,无明显变形
组织:坚实,不松散,剖面紧密,不粘连
滋味、气味:具原料物质特有的香气、滋味,无异味
杂质:无正常视力可见杂质
干燥:重量水分<4%,每片重0.75g±5%
总砷:<0.5mg/kg
铅:<0.5mg/kg
净含量:符合《定量包装商品计量监督管理办法》的规定。
微生物:指标符合附表1的规定。

经试验和实地应用,效果非常好,有关资料如下:
感冒是人体免疫力低下最容易产生的疾病,因此,在试验中以患感冒人数的多少作为评价本发明一种咀嚼或含化增强免疫力糖果的有益价值,而且感冒也是体质差人群最容易得的疾病,是身体健康指标性的体现,在本发明组分中,其中:
姜粉:药食兼用,促进食欲、帮助消化、防治感冒、散寒镇咳等食疗功效。
黑枸杞提取物:药食兼用,具有多种营养成分,由阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖、鼠李糖这6种单糖成分组成,具有生理活性,能够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力,抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变,具有明显的降血脂、调节脂类代谢功能,对预防心血管疾病具有积极作用
木糖醇:药食两用,天然甜味剂,是人们身体正常糖类代谢的中间体,不致龋且有防龋齿的作用。代谢不受胰岛素调节,在人体内代谢完全,木糖醇能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖原合成,供细胞以营养和能量,木糖醇能促进肝糖元合成,血糖不会上升,是肝炎并发症病人的理想辅助品。
栀子黄:药食两用,栀子中的黄色色素,主要成分是类胡萝卜素类的藏花素( Crocin)和藏花酸(C rocet in) ,还含有环烯醚萜苷类的栀子苷以及黄酮、绿原酸。藏花素和藏花酸是少有的水溶性类胡萝卜素,胡萝卜素为主要的维生素A源物质,主要有α、β、γ三种形式,其中最为重要的为β-胡萝卜素。食物来源主要是深色蔬菜和水果,是最常见的维生素A补充剂。维生素A对于人体视觉发育至关重要。如果身体缺少维生素A,视力就会出现问题,甚至有夜盲症。
聚维酮K30:药食两用,为国际倡导的三大药用新辅料之一。应用最广的是片剂、颗粒剂的粘合剂。
硬脂酸镁:药食两用,在压片中用作助流剂,助于压片成型。
上述组分科学合理的组合,互相支持,经独特的制备,产品质量非常好,具体指标见表1,有效保质期可达18个月,食用方便,口感好,具有增加营养,增强体质,提高人体免疫力之功能,并经180人试尝,普遍感觉味道好,适口感好,喜欢食用,并经对316人进行食用效果比较,随机将316人分成本发明糖果试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规的市售产品(宏源白桃味糖,配料:白砂糖、葡萄糖浆、柠檬酸、浓缩白桃汁),每组158人,每组男女各半,年龄从5岁-80岁,经统计学处理,两组人员组成、年龄具有可比性,在(2020年)冬季12月、1月、2月,每天在任意时间咀嚼或含食3-6粒,连续食用3个月进行食用效果统计,具体情况是:服用本发明糖果158人中,仅有6人有不同程度的感冒症状,而对照组的158人中有42人出现不同程度的感冒症状,本发明试验组仅是对照组有感冒症状的1/7,也就是免疫力增强了7倍,而且本发明组的食用者普遍感到口感好、味道好,喜欢食用,缓解了身体疲劳的现象,有明显的滋补肝肾、保护眼睛的效果。也就是说,本发明糖果集滋肝补肾,缓解身体疲劳,增强免疫力,保护眼睛于一体,携带、储存、食用方便,风味独特,口感好,人体吸收利用率高,还可作为戒烟者的代食品,是糖果生产上的一大创新,有显著的经济和社会效益。
Claims (4)
1.一种咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果,其特征在于,由以下重量计的原料制成:姜粉34-38g、黑枸杞提取物4-8g、木糖醇615-620g、栀子黄0.04-0.06g、聚维酮K30 55-65g和硬脂酸镁28-32g;
其制备方法是:
(1)、制备姜粉:
取生姜切块或丝平铺于托盘中,置于烘箱中,40℃干燥3小时,在烘干的过程中每隔1个小时将姜块或姜丝翻动一次,以免阻碍水分蒸发影响干燥效率或使姜丝发黑;待姜块或姜丝表面的水分蒸发完全后,将温度调至65℃,继续烘至姜块或姜丝至用手可轻松折断,粉碎,过120目筛,成姜粉;
(2)、木糖醇、黑枸杞提取物、聚维酮K30、硬脂酸镁分别过80目筛,备用;
(3)、提取物制粒:将黑枸杞提取物用体积浓度80%乙醇做润湿剂,制粒、干燥,颗粒过14目筛整粒;
(4)、栀子黄用水溶解,加入乙醇,制成乙醇质量浓度60%的栀子黄溶液;
(5)、姜粉用聚维酮K30、木糖醇等量递增2次混合均匀,与剩余木糖醇按制粒锅次分别均分后,用栀子黄溶液做润湿剂,于制粒机制粒,60-65℃干燥至重量水分≤4%,成姜混合颗粒;
(6)、将姜混合颗粒、黑枸杞提取物、硬脂酸镁置于混合机中旋转混合13-17分钟,成压片粉料;
(7)、将压片粉料置于压片机上压制成片,分装;
(8)、包装:对分装后的压片糖分别进行内包装和外包装,即为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的咀嚼或含化增强免疫力的糖果,其特征在于,由以下重量计的原料制成:姜粉36g、黑枸杞提取物5g、木糖醇618.94g、栀子黄0.06g、聚维酮K30 60g和硬脂酸镁30g;
